This company is not across the board policy. They will pick and choose what they want to stand behind or not. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I have spent thousands with them and they are now following return policy on a pair of unworn brand new running shoes of which sizing is inconsistent. Called customer service and they hung up on me then had a survey on how my call went. This is such a joke. They claim quality but they do not have quality customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Comfy shoes, cool look, high price, 3 time wearing and not moving much just sitting at work. Stitching is lifting up. Liked the shoes but won’t be purchasing anymore due to low quality unfortunately. Very comfy tho, but stitching coming loose after 2 uses and I haven’t even done anything physical in them is a big no for me.

If you are a BLACK WOMAN steer clear of this store. ( TAMPA INTERNATIONAL LOCATION) They make you feel as if you are stealing, they follow you and give you the nastiest stares. I even caught a worker standing outside my dressing room I guess to listen in if I was stealing? ( I was just on FaceTime with my friend trying on clothes and showing her, literally). I’m an attorney with more than enough money to buy the entire store so having to feel like that while shopping was a 0/10 for me.

I have never felt so unwelcomed at a place, I usually shop online but decided to go in-store as I am going on a trip and needed my items asap. Employees have such a disgusting degrading attitude. I didn't receive even a “hello welcome in or is there anything I can help you with” and when I went into the fitting room to try the items I selected my boyfriend noticed the fitting room employee sized me up.yet a white woman came in after me and they welcomed her in with no problem. Remember us Hispanic people have money too. Employees act like they are higher up making minimum wage lol weirdos.

My experience in Alo was amazing. I had never been in one before, and this store exceeded my expectation. The staff was helpful and friendly. They seemed eager to help. Some of the friendliest store employees I’ve meet in a long time. It was clean and had a great selection of items.

I absolutely love the clothing from Alo. Their pieces are so stylish and comfortable, perfect for both workouts and casual wear!

I like this store and it has great selection but I’m very unimpressed by the service and employees. Not helpful and super rude; makes me feel super unwelcome there.

I ordered online and paid extra for 1 day shipping. Shipping was delayed which I understand can happen and is out of the businesses control but when I asked for a refund on the shipping that I paid extra for they refused. You could also tell their customer service is either AI or foreign because they were extremely tough to deal with. You’re better off buying LuLu Lemon.

Alo has a great selection of yoga, workout and athleisure wear. I was able to find the cutest tennis skirt and dress to play tennis. I was helped by mostly the entire staff trying to help me find my correct size. The clothes are moderately priced but very comfortable.

Charles was really helpful. He took his time and really explained the skin care and let us try it out. Every was really nice and made sure they met my needs. Love this store!
