I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent visit to ALO. Both the manager and the cashier were unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Instead of offering help or support, their attitude was dismissive and rude, which completely ruined my shopping experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy—especially by those in leadership and frontline roles. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope ALO takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this kind of behavior, because no one should leave a store feeling disrespected.

Last week I purchased a skort and T-shirt. My SA, Madison, was amazing and took me all over the store shopping for the right pieces! I didn’t try anything on at the store. When I got home, I tried them on and they fit perfectly!!! I will purchase more! TY, Madison 💋

Very Disappointed – First Order, Damaged Package I’m extremely disappointed with my first order from Alo. My package arrived damaged, and it was obvious it hadn’t been handled with care. For a brand that promotes premium quality and service, this experience fell far below expectations. I reached out hoping for a quick resolution, but the lack of urgency and accountability only made it worse. First impressions matter, and sadly, this one was a letdown. I expected more from a company like Alo. Not sure if I’ll order again.

Awful service. Employees at the front and check out are very judgmental and condescending. Maybe because I came in head to toe in Lulu? Regardless, if you judge people that are shopping while you’re on the job, maybe remind yourself you are the employee and they are the customer. Bought a few things, the girl didn’t even look at me or say anything once while checking me out. Acted as if she owned the mall. One of the man working in front, looked at me so strangely. Pissed me off so much I was tempted to spill my smoothie on the floor. I cannot phantom who some people can’t be taught human decency. Will be shopping online.

I came into ALO to make an exchange for my husband, and Kristen made the entire process so easy and seamless. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and even got my husband to try on pieces he never would’ve picked out himself—he ended up loving them! Her eye for style and warm, approachable attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Kristen, for such a great experience!

I have to shout out Madison she is seriously amazing. Every time I come in, she’s kind, helpful, and genuinely makes the shopping experience so much better. I honestly keep coming back just because of her. While some of the other staff can come off as a bit rude and full of themselves, Madison always makes me feel welcome and taken care of. She’s the reason I keep coming back every time.

Wow if I could give this store zero stars I would. When trying to process a return of a purchase I made, Kristen wasn’t accepting of the condition of the article of clothing I was attempting to return. Mind you I just bought these pants and they were unworn. I explained to her the situation of the clothing and she literally just THREW THE PANTS IN MY FACE. I approached the store with kindness. I had no intentions of being rude to any of the employees, yet Kristen comes over, as the horrible manager that she is, and assaults me by throwing this article of clothing in my face. It’s disgusting how as a paying customer you are paying over $100 for each piece of clothing there, yet you get treated like an animal, as if you’re worthless. I have already contacted customer service and expressed my concerns by reporting Kristen. But Alo, you need to do something about this soon because if she was dealing with the wrong person, she would’ve been in handcuffs walking out of her shift today.

This was my second time visiting the international mall location. And i had the same woman checking me out at the register both times - sooo incredibly rude. Like some of the other reviews said, I walked in with the best of intentions. I shopped around and made my purchases, both times I was asked if I had an email with Alo (I said no, I didn’t explain this to her but I did not want to spend time signing up for it and receiving marketing emails, it’s my personal choose). Both times I was told that if I didn’t create an email, I wouldn’t be able to do any return….. I checked Alo’s policy and as long as I have the receipt, I can make a return within 30 days if I’d like to. The lady was incredibly rude after I said I would like to skip the email part, she said I couldn’t return anything then, she made a face and was dead silent handing me the bag, no have a good day or thanks for coming.

Alo has a great selection of yoga, workout and athleisure wear. I was able to find the cutest tennis skirt and dress to play tennis. I was helped by mostly the entire staff trying to help me find my correct size. The clothes are moderately priced but very comfortable.

Charles was really helpful. He took his time and really explained the skin care and let us try it out. Every was really nice and made sure they met my needs. Love this store!
