I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent visit to ALO. Both the manager and the cashier were unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Instead of offering help or support, their attitude was dismissive and rude, which completely ruined my shopping experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy—especially by those in leadership and frontline roles. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope ALO takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this kind of behavior, because no one should leave a store feeling disrespected.

I rarely give bad reviews, but this one really disappointed me. I don't know why the clerks are always so condescending. You don't feel welcome when you go there, let alone when you return something. Although I like their styles, they have the worst customer service. The prices are high but the quality is totally disproportionate. The quality control is terrible. I bought a pair of shoes a few weeks ago and loved them after trying them on. I paid without hesitation. I have so many shoes that I kept them there without wearing them once. My friend gave me the same pair as a birthday gift, and I think i don’t need two pairs of the same shoes. so I took it and my receipt and wanted to return it, but the man was so rude, he told me that the shoes were worn, had stains on them and could not be returned, oh my god, I swear I had never worn it again except trying it on in the store (so it was worn and dirty when I bought it, it's just that I trusted them too much and didn't check) but no matter how I explained he didn't believe me, even the man who looked like the manager threatened to call security, it was hilarious, this is how they treat their customers, well, you've lost me and I will never come back because I won't spend money to make myself angry.

I went to Alo today and it was such a positive experience. As soon as i walked in someone asked to help and was so nice in helping me look for what I wanted. The service is good and as soon as i got in line at checkout someone came over and opened a register to help me.

My wife came home balling her eyes out because the store manager (heavy set guy) was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She had gone to the store and tried to return a set that didn’t fit and the store manager declined it so she called corporate. After waiting on the line for corporate to answer for 2 hours corporate handled it with her and agreed to let her do the return and sent her a email for return confirmation. The next day she goes into the store to return. Declined AGAIN. Calls corporate AGAIN. Goes back into the store AGAIN and the associate grabs the rude store manager and the store manager just gave her extreme attitude and told her to not come back again. All over trying to exchange a $200 set that didn’t fit. Charging luxury prices for dollar tree service does not make sense. Luckily, we’ve got in contact with the CEO via instagram dm and reported to BBB so we are working on a resolution. We hope this whole store gets fired and replaced with people who’s hospitality can actually match the price of the clothes.

Sam has been/is one of the most helpful individuals I’ve ever met in terms of being an ALO customer shopping in-store. He helped me find the right size and all of the goodies that fit my individual style (lol which is most of what’s sold). He also informed me about how my personal size may differ based on the type of material (which I was not aware of at all and was confused by). I’m used to wearing Lululemon and am new to ALO so if you could imagine this info was super helpful in ordering online and getting to know the brand. Overall I’m happy with everything I’ve purchased and for Sam making my extensive shopping experience (not trip) a complete blast! Thanks Sam! Please note: I wasn’t asked to do a review or offered anything. I truly believe in giving credit where due and showing gratitude for the service I receive.

I ordered $500 worth things online and I received it in a box so I went to the store to get a bag so I can put the stuff in it because it’s going to be a gift the first person told me all go to the register the lady she told me All we cannot give you bag and then the manager say go get the stuff so we can give you a bag thank God that I have the stuff with me in the car after driving one hour so disrespectful

Last week I purchased a skort and T-shirt. My SA, Madison, was amazing and took me all over the store shopping for the right pieces! I didn’t try anything on at the store. When I got home, I tried them on and they fit perfectly!!! I will purchase more! TY, Madison 💋

Awful service. Employees at the front and check out are very judgmental and condescending. Maybe because I came in head to toe in Lulu? Regardless, if you judge people that are shopping while you’re on the job, maybe remind yourself you are the employee and they are the customer. Bought a few things, the girl didn’t even look at me or say anything once while checking me out. Acted as if she owned the mall. One of the man working in front, looked at me so strangely. Pissed me off so much I was tempted to spill my smoothie on the floor. I cannot phantom who some people can’t be taught human decency. Will be shopping online.

Alo has a great selection of yoga, workout and athleisure wear. I was able to find the cutest tennis skirt and dress to play tennis. I was helped by mostly the entire staff trying to help me find my correct size. The clothes are moderately priced but very comfortable.

Charles was really helpful. He took his time and really explained the skin care and let us try it out. Every was really nice and made sure they met my needs. Love this store!
