I went in planning on buying alot of outfits for a trip but didn’t get any service because I guess I looked poor. No diversity AT ALL and the only black people I saw were forced to work in the back. Alo must follow the paper bag test because why would they treat those employees with such disrespect smh. I refuse to come back, if I could give one star I would

i went to buy my wife a top, da doors were locked so i call and no answer. I waited and then checked the time it was 11:10. Time pass open time, time to open say 11 in morning but no one opened so i leave. i come back later around 1pm and ask for help for my wife, and the girl laughed and made a funny face at me. The girl than turned to the other girl there and they both laughed. I said you know what no im okay and left. I have shopped for my daughters and wife here spent thousands of dollars but never in store always online. First time in store but last time shopping with this company.

SAVE YOURSELVES. such weird people, like actually. Went to pickup my order and they would let anyone into the store ( Sundays opens at 11am, ( I got there at 11:15). I called to see if they were open and they looked at me and a couple of the other people waiting outside and refused to answer the phone. One of the older ladies that was waiting to go in knocked on the door to ask if they were not open today and they wouldn't come to open the door. I left and said you know what no i need my stuff and walked back also hoping they were now open and they were still closed. the lady that was waiting before me said they kept turnin and laughing at us which made me so uncomfortable. Its not like the stuff is cheap, i spent over $300 to be laughed at? no offense but this is a horrible image for the brand and how they treat clients. Not worth spending with a company who laughs at there customers for no reason and doesnt follow there own store hours

Willow was absolutely outstanding! Amazing 1-on-1 customer service, she definitely deserves a raise !! If I lived in palm beach I would definitely be coming back to shop as long as she’s around.

i'm not one to write reviews but this was easily the worst customer service and brand i had to deal with. I went to pick up my online order and i was 3 mins early before doors opened, totally my fault so i went to grab a coffee next door. Came back at 11:05 and the doors were locked, and inside i saw the staff sitting around on another laughing and talking. I figured you know what i need to run another errand ill come back. I came back at 11:30 doors were still locked, they were sitting inside and saw us and other guests and started laughing. we were all so shocked. one of the guest that were waiting tried calling the store and we saw them inside and on purpose not answer. we knocked on the door and they just laughed. We really didn't know what to do, more people started coming trying to get in and no one was let in, with no explanation. The worst service and customer service was just as bad on the phone. i really needed my order urgently, hence why i did in store pickup and had my email that said order was ready. Literally the worst company will never shop here again! there are much better companies out there.

I came to this location to buy some holiday gifts, but I was very off put by the unwelcoming staff, specifically the manager Alexis. Very rude and I will not be returning to this location.

This was my first experience at Alo and I will not be back… at least at this location. I spent $300 on two outfits for my daughter. They had to order a size online they didn’t have in stock… their offer and we accepted and made the purchase. With every $300 purchase, you receive a free tote bag:.. my daughter was excited, specifically for this bag. The manager told us it had to be in one transaction and since they rang up the online order separate, we did not qualify. It’s a tote bag… give me a break! The manager, Sam I believe, did not present professionalism or show to be customer centered. They asked if I’d like to open an account with them and when I said no, she told me my purchases would then be final sale if my receipt was lost. Okay….Is that supposed to be a threat!?! I’m unimpressed and will not be back. Spend your money elsewhere people!

I never thought I'd have to write something like this as someone who shop at alo religiously, but as a mother, I’m heartbroken and deeply disturbed by what my son experienced at this ALO location In city place. On the evening of July 15th, he came in alone, genuinely excited to pick out outfits for the new school year. He walked in with hope and left feeling dehumanized. Not once was he greeted. Not once was he asked if he needed help. Instead, he was stared at like a threat. he was aware that he was watched closely by a brunette staff member who never spoke a word to him. Just silence and suspicion. He's a teenage boy. A Black teenage boy. And he was made to feel like he didn’t belong, like he was being judged before he even had a chance to speak. That kind of treatment doesn’t just hurt, it stays with you. It teaches young Black kids that no matter how kind, respectful, or well-meaning they are, they’ll always be seen as less-than in some spaces. Is that really what ALO stands for? We shop here because we appreciate the brand and what it claims to represent. But it’s hard to believe in mindfulness and wellness when your staff makes customers feel so small and unwelcome. Black people deserve better. We deserve to shop without fear or shame, just like anyone else. I hope this is read with the seriousness it deserves. This wasn't just poor customer service, it was racial profiling. And it’s not okay.
