We arrived in the middle of the night and were shown your room very promptly after the necessary admin. bags were taken up for us, The room was a loft suite . the bed was super comfy. an the morning . breakfast choice was second to none . Staff were extremely helpful especially with my milk choices .The hotel is pretty new with outstanding views. good choice of restaurants around the area. We had a meal on the greek night and it was amazing . My husband said the steak melted in your mouth and the two guys plating the music were off the scale. Super talented . We took full advantage of the spa which was pretty quiet and I had a wonderful massage . The rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and was topped up each day. We had a fabulous lady who came to clean and change the bedding each day . I didn’t catch her name, She was Ukrainian, and noticed I was sleeping with my coat over me as i left it on the bed , She went and got me a huge thick duvet and after that, I was so cosy. This attention to detail . the staff . and the whole experience of this wonderful hotel made our holiday as it had been postponed . I can’t recommend it highly enough and we are looking to visit again and. the wonderful island in the next couple of years .

Recently returned from aloe boutique. Lovely small hotel for adults only. Spotlessly clean, all the staff seem to work really hard. Even saw them change the covers on the cabana sun beds round the pool. We were there on a bed and breakfast basis but we had a couple of lunchtime meals and one evening meal. All the food was lovely. |Our bedroom was great, beds really comfortable and the showers were nice and hot with good water pressure. I’ve never stayed where a bathroom has so many hooks for towels and wash bags. Was fab. Even a magnifying mirror! If I had only one suggestion for improvement, it would be a full length mirror in the bedroom. Us ladies like to check the whole outfit! Fortunately for us personally, wasn’t too much of a problem as the lift was near our bedroom so we checked ourselves in the mirrored lift doors!|The beach and restaurants are a stones throw way and if you want to visit Chania, it’s an easy 35 minute drive away.|Would I return? No, BUT only because the world is a big place with so much to see. Would I recommend Aloe Boutique? Absolutely 100%

Just returned after our third stay. The most perfect Hotel that we know. The most helpful staff and great location. The buffet breakfasts are perfection special thanks for the made before you omelettes. It's the little things that make perfection like the poolside mocktails brought to your sunbed as a surprise gift. It would be wrong to name a staff member they are all helpful and brilliant. Superb visit. See you again soon hopefully!

We have been staying at this wonderful hotel for several days now, and it is without a doubt the best hotel on the coast. Very clean, modern, beautiful and cosy. Just 20 metres from a magnificent clean beach. Simply 10/10. 😍 Beautiful grounds with a swimming pool and modern cabanas, with a magnificent restaurant overlooking the sea. And what beautiful mountains in the background! Incredible beauty! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention and thank the receptionist Anelia. She is a real Angel! We definitely want to come back here again🥰

From the moment my son and I were collected from the coach drop off point in the village in the very early hours I knew we were going to be in for an amazing holiday. |Welcomed with a refreshing drink while we checked in our luggage was taken to our room where a much needed cold meat, fruit & cheese platter was waiting for us (at our request). |Our room was spotlessly clean, extremely comfy beds & pillows and as we were in an end room (316) we had the most fabulous view of the mountains, pool and sea! Fresh bottled water daily as well which was a bonus! I will say that the shower was wonderful, the only little niggle being I couldn’t reach the high bathroom window to open it to let the steam out.|Breakfast was more than we expected. A selection of cooked items and made to order eggs, an array of fruit, deli meats & cheeses, breads, pastries, sweet treats, Greek yogurt, honey & nuts and plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juices which we enjoyed around the pool. We didn’t eat at lunch as we were full from breakfast so can’t comment on the lunch menu. |The evening menu wasn’t really to our taste as we don’t eat fish or a lot of red meat, however the evenings we did eat we enjoyed what we had. The portions are enormous though and we could have shared starters and desserts. There are plentiful tavernas to eat at in the village should you fancy a change from the hotel menu. |The pool area was lovely, quiet and relaxing and we didn’t have any trouble securing sunbeds. Loved being able to order drinks straight to our sun loungers barely lifting a finger. The pool is fantastic, one of the best, quite deep, I couldn’t touch the bottom at 5ft 3 but it’s perfect for swimming, very refreshing.|The hotel had a very wide age range of guests and although I was visiting with my son we didn’t feel out of place amongst the couples, young and older and a few pairs of friends.|The friendly village itself is very small, a 5-10 minute walk from one end to the other with lots of small shops, cafe’s & restaurants and the small but beautifully sandy beach is literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel.|All in all we had an amazing holiday. Every single one of the staff that works there is cheerful, friendly and hardworking, striving to make your holiday perfect. They are all a credit to the hotel and both my son and I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and hopefully will return. We were definitely both sad to leave this little piece of Cretan paradise.

We stayed here for the last 6 nights and can only share positive feedback. Without exception, every staff member – from the reception and the masseur to the waiters and housekeeping – was consistently friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the food is delicious. Some guests tend to reserve sunbeds early in the morning, which should be enforced more strictly, perhaps by clearly mentioning the ban at check-in. Apart from that, it was an excellent all-round service, and we truly have nothing but positive things to say.

We stayed at this hotel in august. It was awesome. Room was very clean, everyday changed sheets and towels, breakfast was very good and diverse. The stuff was extremely friendly. At our arrival we were greeted with orange juice and chocolate. We got towels for the beach. The hotel is 2 min far from the sea. We had to leav late, so we enjoyed the last day at the beach, the hotel has bathrooms to take a shower, you get fresh towels, so you can shower and get ready for your departure. I would recommend.

Such a beautiful clean and welcoming hotel set in the ideal location a few feet from a sandy beach. The water is so calm you can walk out such a long way and the selection of bars and restaurants are all amazing. The cleanliness and friendliness of this small boutique hotel is what makes your stay so enjoyable. The call button around the pool is a big luxury especially while reading a good book. 10/10 would definitely return thank you xxx
