Lovely Hotel! Really cute and friendly staff! The women at reception were always smiling and asked us how our day was, and if we needed anything. The waiters were also very nice and even recommended places to visit and some great restaurants! We received an apartment upgrade. The room was beautiful and had a private pool on the terrace, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I have to admit, the gym isn’t very big, but it’s more than enough for a vacation workout. Breakfast and dinner were really good. They offer a wide selection, and I especially recommend the seafood dishes—delicious, as you’d expect in Greece. The chocolate dessert also won our hearts! The only thing to keep in mind is that “first line” doesn’t mean a private beach. The beach is less than a minute away from the hotel, but it is public and you’ll have to pay 6 euros for a sunbed. At last one small suggestion for the hotel: it would be nice to have two or three bottles of water per person provided in the rooms.

Where to start....|I cannot fault this hotel in any way!!||Almyrida is a small resort and the hotel is located right next to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Every person we encountered from Almyridaa, from restuarant staff to shop assistants were friendly and welcoming.||Rooms(411) are spacious (we were a family of three) the beds were exceptionally comfortable with a choice of a pillow menu, although we were happy with the ones provided.|Cleaned to a high standard every day (despite our clutter) including fresh towels and bed linen.|There is a safe, fridge hairdryer and iron included in the room. Fresh water was left every day. My one recommendation would be to include a small set of drawers for underwear/swimwear, but this wasn't really an issue.|The nicest hotel breakfast I've experienced. Fresh omelette made to order plus an oray of hot and cold choices including scrambled eggs, pastries, granola, fruit compotes, yoghurt, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, breads and cakes.|Lunch|Great selection and everything we ordered was delicious, we didn't eat dinner so can't comment.|The pool is relaxed and quiet and there was always available beds. We arrived early some mornings, late others or after trips to the beach or into Chania and never had an issue.|There were also cabanas available each time we arrived.|The hotel have a policy, quite rightly about reserving beds, however this didn't seem to be an issue that we encountered, we and others occasionally left our towels to eat breakfast or lunch but this wasn't an issue and still plenty beds to go around.|There are buttons beside your beds to order food and drinks which was a really nice touch. The gym is well equipped.|The pool has no shallow end so being short, I couldn't touch the bottom but this wasn't an issue. The staff are the highlight of this hotel. The reception staff who took time to provide detailed information about our day trip to Chania, including mapping out taxi ranks, places to avoid and points of interest, and for organising a late checkout. The resturant staff who took time to get to know us and give information about the area and their food and drink. For serving with a smile at all times even late at night in blistering heat. The staff who cleaned the rooms impeccably. We were made to feel very welcome and can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel.||

We had a lovely 11 nights in May at this hotel. It was so quiet and the beds and pillows so comfortable. Breakfast was good but sometimes hot food not warm. You could have fresh cooked omelette though. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The reception staff were so helpful and kind. Cleaners great. In an excellent location in beautiful Almyrida. Please tell me what mattresses you use on your beds as we slept well.

We stayed as a couple in July and I must say this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. The staff are what make it so special they really cannot do enough for you. When we arrived there was a car waiting to collect us from the drop off point and take us to the hotel, it was late when we arrived so check in was quick and efficient. The room was really nice it was cleaned daily and 2 bottles of water left which was a nice touch.|Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice including made to order omelette. We ate in the restaurant for our main meal and this was also very good. The hotel is near everything its only a short walk to the beach, shops, tavernas which are all very good.|The pool area is lovely and we found it very quiet and peaceful with plenty of beds, the pool was also a really nice temperature, there is also a service button next to the Sunbeds so you can call for drinks etc which is really good.|I have to say all the staff are amazing from the cleaners to reception to bar staff and waiting on staff nothing is too much trouble and they are all really friendly and helpful. |Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and I would highly recommend for couples in particular.

Fantastic stay at the Aloe. We had a loft room, which had a pool and sea view. Hotel is the perfect location for the beach, and seafront restaurants. Staff are outstanding - always friendly and extremely helpful. Housekeeping is exceptional. Breakfast at the hotel is really good - lots of choice, with omelettes cooked to order and fabulous sweet treats. Sunday’s they serve complimentary fizz at breakfast. What is there not to like!

We stayed for 10 nights at the Aloe Boutique Hotel and Suites from June 24th and can honestly say it was one of our best holidays. |The hotel is impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff take a real pride and care in what they do. We had clean bed linen and towels everyday. The room fridge was replenished with bottles of water every day. we were allocate room 412 which was on the same level as the beautiful swimming pool. The room was quiet, and air conditioning very effective.||Every morning there was a copious breakfast. There was plenty of choice from cereal, fresh fruit, bread, rolls, mini croissants and other pastries, alongside eggs of all sorts and bacon. You could have a s much or as little as you wanted as well as juice, tea and coffee. All the staff at breakfast were attentive, friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Fabian, who made us so welcome every morning!||All areas of the hotel are beautifully maintained, modern and clean. It all looks cared for. Reception staff were always friendly and have a wealth of information on the immediate area. They helped us so much during our stay, as we wanted to see towns within the area. They arranged taxis and local buses for us - and certainly made our trips out much easier. Special mention to Theo, and the ladies on reception.||The pool area is a main feature of the Aloe. It has plentiful sun beds, and whatever time of day we wanted to use them, there were always some available, in all locations around the pool. Water is crystal clear, and very clean. A lovely touch is the little buzzer on each sun bed table to enable you to have waiter service at your sun-bed without leaving it! During the afternoons whilst we were there, little cups of mini cocktails were handed to the guests around the pool. A lovely, unexpected touch.||We stayed on a B&B basis, but did eat at the hotel on a couple of occasions. Both times the food was excellent, beautifully cooked, presented and served. Yannis who arranged for our Kir Royale aperitifs to be made is a real asset to the Aloe, as are Kleo, Bruno and Kristina. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We would have a drink in the restaurant area in the evenings, and they always had smiles on their faces.|The ‘laid back’ live entertainment was always good too.||We really loved our stay, and highly recommend the Aloe for those wishing for a superb adults only holiday. Thanks to all the Aloe staff.||We hope to return to this lovely hotel again.

Awesome hotel with good facilities but the best bit about it is the staff. On arrival we were greeted at the roadside and our cases whisked off to our room and the great service continued throughout our 2 week stay. Breakfast was buffet style with an option for fresh omelettes and plenty of choice. Poolside and pool were great, especially the call button between the sunbeds.|We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions and enjoyed all the food, especially when we booked a private dinner to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary. Again the food and the staff were exemplary. Highly recommended and we would go back without hesitation

This establishment is an exceptional example of high end modern living, yet very close to all the simple things that make the Greek summer a unique experience for all Greek and International tourists. The sea, the seafood, the slow life and warm hospitality and most of all the sun, the dramatic landscape and evening colors. The quality of all facilities is as good as it gets and the establishment stands out in this small seaside village close to Chania. The hospitality of all staff and especially Maria is wonderful. Sleeping was great and the breakfast is very rich and focused on the local ingredients and delicacies. If this is within your budget, do not think twice.
