Aloette Go

I ordered chicken tenders and truffle fries from Aloette Go for the very first time, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The chicken tenders were not cooked properly and had no salt at all. I specifically requested both the tenders and truffle fries to be made extra crispy, but they weren’t crispy — in fact, they felt soft and underwhelming. The truffle fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Everything arrived cold, which made the meal even less enjoyable. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere and was expecting higher quality, especially at this price point. Hoping they improve consistency and food temperature moving forward.

Whenever I’m in this neighbourhood, Aloette Go is a must-stop. Their chicken tenders are consistently juicy and full of flavour, and the Cajun chicken sandwich is an equally satisfying option—grilled, well-seasoned, and never dry. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly battered for extra crunch. Seating is limited to a few stools so I usually order to-go.

The burgers and fries at Aloette Go were awesome :) Both the Go Burger and Aloette Burger were awesome. The bun was soft and delicious. The 4 ounce beef patty was tender, juicy and savoury. The crispy cheddar cheese was nice and crispy in the Go Burger. The griddled elemental cheese in the Aloette Burger was nice and cheesy. You cannot go wrong with either burger option :) The Crinkle Cut Fries were crispy and delicious. The Go Sauce was an interesting but good tangy mayo sauce.

This restaurant has gone downhill and it's really a shame. It used to be one of my favorite spots in the city but I'll no longer be wasting money for horrible food from this place anymore. I called ahead of time to request that my lettuce wrapped burger wasn't dry and smashed to a crisp like it was the last time and it was obvious that the person who answered couldn't understand English. Then my burger arrived as black as charcoal, burnt to smithereens. Instead of making another burger, they tried to cover both burnt patties with cheese and probably hoped I wouldn't notice. I've included a photo. Absolutely insane and awful. Never again. Edit: I was contacted by the manager who was very nice in offering me a meal to make up for what happened with my order. The quality of the burger, though better, still wasn't as good as it used to be. But thanks again to the manager for the amazing customer service.

We ordered their beginner burger and chicken sandwich- loved the bun and toppings on both, but found the chicken and beef pretty dry. The fries were excellent though. Appreciated the fast service.

Never had a burger I didn't like before. Honestly. Very under cooked and a greasy mess.

The beef patty wasn't as juicy as I expected. However, the buttermilk fried chicken was tasty, but the crispy skin was a bit too thick. I enjoyed the combination of the griddled cheddar cheese, which was crispy and flavorful. The bacon in the Buffalo Chicken Club was too salty. Also, the take-out burger looked a bit messy, and the take-out bag handle was too sharp to carry.

I'm not big on burgers and usually I find them just okay BUT this place was great. The burger was very delicious. Succulent and well seasoned! The service was very good as well and the lady who helped us was very helpful and even made valid recommendations. She knows the menu very well. Prices aren't completely horrible either. The only thing I'd say to note is that there was a little effort needed to find it. The main blue wall and window that you see in the photos is inside Dollarama themed doors. Pay attention to the address if you're coming (look out for the blue sticker 🔵).
