Aloft Al Ain

I had a wonderful experience at Aloft Al Ain and truly enjoyed my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant, modern, and very welcoming. The food and drinks were very nice, with a great variety and excellent taste. Everything was well presented, fresh, and served with care, making dining a pleasant experience throughout my visit.||One of the highlights of the hotel is the pool view, which is beautiful and relaxing. The pool area has a great vibe, especially with the DJ, who added energy and fun to the atmosphere without being overwhelming. It was a perfect place to unwind, enjoy music, and spend quality time with friends or family.||The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and the cleanliness made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.||Special thanks to Pravi for the excellent service and support. His hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Room was super big, modern and clean. We asked for quiet location for our room and reception was able to do that, a bit noise in first night from outside but it didnt bother too much. Breakfast was good, all basic selections available. Parking was good aswell. Room service food was tasty and priced well. Loved all christmas decoration!

I had a great experience at the Aloft Bar. Everything was excellent, from the drinks to the food. The DJ created an amazing vibe with great music that really lifted the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially praveen Zuty, Amon, Arker, and Ilys — they truly stood out and made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax, enjoy good drinks and food, and have a great time. Highly recommended!

The best hotel with truly wonderful service. The food is among the most delicious I have ever had. I want to give a special mention to Shameem, Praveen, and all the bar staff — their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail consistently make every visit memorable. The atmosphere at the bar is vibrant and welcoming, and the team always goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire bar team for making my visits over the years so enjoyable!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I left my car with the valet parking, and when it was returned to me, there was a nail in the tire. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any help, Younes at the reception was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize. For a hotel that claims to offer good service, this was unacceptable. I expected professionalism, responsibility and at least a basic level of respect. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

The DJ was incredible! 🎶 She had amazing energy and knew exactly how to keep the vibe going all night. The music was perfectly balanced — fun, lively, and matched the crowd’s mood. She really made our stay even better. Loved every set she played! 👏🔥

Aloft is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff who are helpful and friendly. From the moment of arrival, I felt relaxed and at ease. Thanks to the staff who showed me the amazing Al Ain hospitality. The hotel reception greeted me with lovely smiles and a friendly attitude. The hotel surroundings and rooms are smart, clean, tidy and modern. The beds are very comfortable and tranquil. I would definitely stay at the Aloft Al Ain again.
