Aloft Al Ain

Aloft is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff who are helpful and friendly. From the moment of arrival, I felt relaxed and at ease. Thanks to the staff who showed me the amazing Al Ain hospitality. The hotel reception greeted me with lovely smiles and a friendly attitude. The hotel surroundings and rooms are smart, clean, tidy and modern. The beds are very comfortable and tranquil. I would definitely stay at the Aloft Al Ain again.

Stayed here from for 4 nights for a seminar in Alain. Amazing stay. Hospitality was really wonderful. Front office team was so pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend to try this property. I would like to stay again. Breakfast at Olive restaurant was too good. Staff at restaurant was too good and welcoming.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Praveen at the bar. He was professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish. His knowledge of drinks, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly stood out.||It’s rare to find someone who can balance skill with genuine customer care, and Praveen did exactly that. I look forward to visiting again and hope to be served by him in the future.

Great food, great people simple and budget friendly. Had a wonderful two nights stay. Things were prompt and the amenities were as mentioned during booking. Great property.

In town for business, excellent facilities. Gym works for my preferred style of exercise. Breakfast and dinner buffets are pretty great, but the staff in the restaurant make the dining experience wonderful. Nehal made my breakfast multiple days and was a wonderful person to interact with. Would def recommend staying here 👍

The stay was nice. We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Al Ain. The hotel seems new and clean, personally I found the "pixelated" esthetics fun and enjoyable. The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied, and the service was nice.We also went to the bar on the terrace - the prices were really good. The proximity to the stadium makes it worth staying here if you're going for an event in that location.

I stayed at this hotel for just one day over the weekend, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. Upon arrival, the bag boy dropped my luggage—inside was a very expensive bottle of perfume that shattered. The entire situation was made worse by the fact that he had extremely foul body odor, which made the interaction unbearable. rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how disappointing and unprofessional this experience was. Definitely not worth the hassle.
