Aloft Hotel Al Ain has so much going for it — spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, a prime location, and one of the friendliest reception teams we’ve encountered. Ahmad Hasan at the front desk deserves special mention for his professionalism, warmth, and welcoming attitude. He genuinely made our stay better and reflects the standard this hotel should be proud of.||Unfortunately, a few service issues held the experience back. The operator (dial 0) repeatedly assured us that housekeeping was on the way to refill shampoo, yet after four calls and more than an hour, we learned that no one was available the entire time. The repeated false reassurances were frustrating and unnecessary.||Another concern was a Filipino staff member in a suit stationed at the entrance — possibly valet or security — whose behavior came across as unnecessarily aggressive. Despite the entrance being spacious and the valet team immediately taking charge of the car, he would still snap instructions to move left or right, often contradicting himself from one day to the next. His tone was confrontational and made arriving or leaving the hotel more stressful than it should have been.||The valet service itself needs better coordination. Our car was left unlocked overnight, and when we handed over a wheelchair, it was placed carelessly, causing it to bang around throughout the drive. Vehicle retrieval also took longer than expected, even during quiet hours — suggesting the valet team may simply need additional staffing and supervision to match the hotel’s otherwise high standards.||That said, we want to emphasize that this was overall a good stay, highlighted by the exceptional reception team and especially Ahmad Hasan, whose professionalism stood out.||We would love to visit Aloft Al Ain again and sincerely hope these concerns are addressed. With its excellent rooms, great beds, and strong foundation, this hotel has every potential to become one of the best stays in the city. 🌟
