Very big, clean and comfortable room. I enjoyed the stay very much. |The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially K. Art and K. Lookmod. They never fail to greet us with handsome smiles and help us whenever we need assistance. This is the best hotel ever that I will missed in Sukhumvit area! Will come back again. I have stayed this hotel when it was opened under different management.|However, the place is well maintained and still have a new vibe.||At the same time, I had an opportunity to work with PP. He is an assistant event manager.||He is a professional and knows his job very well. It took me less than five minutes to arrange a venue for the important meeting with him.||In addition, he went above and beyond his responsibility. Not only he has arranged and well prepared for the meeting; he has helped me for the luncheon as well.||Moreover, he ended up, took the ordered, brought the food, serving our table as well||Igreatly appreciated for his outstanding performance.||Lastly, there is a person named lucky. She is supervisor at the WXYZ bar. She is super friendly and her performance has been well appreciate it.||I will definitely come back to this hotel for business and personal trip as well soon.

The Aloft Bangkok is a young, modern, and stylish hotel! The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable, with technological touches that make your stay easier, as well as windows with beautiful city views. The location is strategic, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife, yet the hotel manages to maintain a welcoming and safe environment. The staff is attentive and always willing to help, exuding the warm hospitality that makes all the difference in Bangkok. The cleanliness is impeccable, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The rooftop pool is a highlight, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing!

Much better options out there with more respectable employees.||I just spent three nights at the Marriott Westin , then I moved to this hotel to check out a different neighborhood. ||Unfortunately, on my departure. I showed the driver in the front parking area the exact station I wanted to go to. ||Direct to the Airport via BTS Skytain-||He nodded Yes he will take me there.||When exiting, I said, you going wrong way.||I again explained to him and showed him the map, including the name of the station I wanted to go to. He said yes yes. Then he continue to drive towards Nana station and main Road.||I was late for my flight, if he would’ve said no, I can only take you to Nana, I would’ve understood in a taxi. Or a grab. ||I explained to him again as he pulled up to Nana and pointed upstairs saying this is Nana station. |This was 9:30 AM on Tuesday.||He pulled up to Nana station in point Nana station upstairs. At this point, we were already twice the distance in the wrong direction.||Now mind you, if he drops you at Nana’s station, you have to take two trains to the airport and connect and walk with all your luggage.||I am an ambassador member with Bonvoy program and stay at Marriott’s 3/4 of the year.||I will never stay at this aloft hotel again.||Choose wisely||To management, please educate your staff as to being more clear to your clients. ||I will also be letting my ambassador representative with Bonvoy of this lapse in judgment by your employee||I don’t think I’m going to be making my plane at this point. I will be leaving reviews on all five Google yelp Travelocity sites.||Very disappointing

Good stay at aloft hotel in Bangkok in a big and comfortable king bed room. We stayed 3 nights upon our arrival in Bangkok and it was a restful place to arrive. The staff is very kind and helpful, always there to greet you and answer your questions. The room and bathroom are big, very clean and well set up. The bed is comfortable and the AC unit is quiet and works well. The breakfast is very good but quite steep when not included in the room price, 550 baht for one person. The common spaces are comfortable, fairly quiet and the pool is nice, though no umbrellas for sun protection and the windows around the pool deserve a clean once in a while.

The environment is good, spacious room, good location. The hotel provided the free shuttle service to the Nana station and Westin hotel which easy to access to the public transport. ||Besides, staffs are very friendly especially Khun Art and Khun Look Mod on getting the luggages and recommendation on place to visit and food. ||Will visit this hotel again.

This is my third time here. Can’t beat the location and the price. So much to do right down the street. Room is comfortable and the pool is relaxing. Lucky and Bright at the WXYZ Bar make the best Mai Tai! Can’t wait to come back.
