Aloft Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

There was a musky smell in the room assigned to us when we checked in. The smell was unbearable so we asked for a change and was upgraded to a city view room which was much better.On one of the days, when we were still in the room preparing to go out, housekeeper rang the door bell, came into the room and started cleaning up. This, I thought was pretty rude, they could have asked if we were ready or waited for us to leave before starting to clean.Overall, service was mid, but location is good, few mins walk to Nana BTS station.

I had a really great stay, but honestly the bar was the highlight for me. I ended up going there every day. The vibe is super nice and the team is just genuinely kind and welcoming. Big thanks to Bright, Time and Mind. Always professional, always smiling, and really attentive. They made my nights there special. I’ll definitely come back.

The atmosphere is fun and vibrant which is exactly what you want in Sukhumvit + there is bar and club in the same building. The location is perfect right in the middle of everything yet the rooms are impressively quiet. The staff were genuinely kind, accommodating, and thoughtful from start to finish. My room was upgraded, and Khun Sai even arranged a special anniversary amenity for my parents as a surprise before we arrived a gesture that truly meant a lot. Mr. Art was phenomenal handling reservations last minute cruise bookings sourcing a very specific bottle of wine within an hour securing a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view and even delivering items straight to the room. Exceptional service. Look Moo also arranged seamless limousine transfers for my parents and myself and the free all day shuttle to Nana and Asok BTS made getting around effortless even though everything is walkable. Bonus points that you can play the team in pool for a free drink at the bar although I am pretty sure they let me win! Pool bar, gym location and service. Everything you need in one place. I will be staying here every time I return to Bangkok.

We recently stayed at the Aloft Bangkok and had a very good overall experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish vibe that feels fresh and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed, with a cozy bed and great city.||The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with directions or requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is another strong point, as the hotel is conveniently close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, though there’s room for a bit more selection. And they could have avoided taking a big sum as advance even after we pay amount in full forbtge total stay. |Overall, Aloft Bangkok offers great value for money with comfort, style, and convenience. I would happily recommend it and would consider staying here again on my next trip.

Really exceptional customer service at Aloft. The concierge, Art, took care of my family and I. Our travel agent booked 3 rooms for the wrong night but thankfully the hotel was able to find 3 rooms on the same floor for us to check into. Then Art went above and beyond by helping us plan our day with restaurants and arranging cabs. He even drove us to lunch in a Tuktuk! He always responded quickly through WhatsApp and we felt very taken care of for our short stay in Bangkok. We all also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. As a vegan there were some Japanese tofu soup options, fresh fruit and an Indian food section. The room and bathroom were also very spacious. The street outside the hotel is very busy with bars and restaurants but no street noise carried into the rooms at night.

The location is at a vibrant area. It is 8-10 minute walk from BTS Nana station. They also can shuttle you to the 7-Elevn drop off so you can walk to BTS Nana station in a minute. The hotel shuttle can also drop you off at the Westin Hotel, from where you can easily walk to Terminal 21 for shopping and access the MRT station||The staff was very nice. I had a wonderful experience at Aloft. They are very communicative and responsive when arranging for a shuttle. Lookmoo was wonderful, I request for a shuttle late at night and he was responding even he was not working (sorry about that). I feel that they take care each of their customers like their family. ||I highly recommended this hotel for those who like the hospitality, sincerely and accommodating experience. All the staff were just wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The service was great and communication with stuff can be done via Bonvoy App so we could be in touch even I was offsite. Pool : The view was great and drink menu is awesome! The atmasphere and vibe is great. Location : It is little bit of walking from the BTS station and the others. But also it is manageable to walk even Skumvhit and other major department stores.

The Aloft Sukhumvit Bangkok is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. It’s perfectly located just a short five-minute walk to Nana BTS, Bumrungrad Hospital and plenty of great restaurants and spas. I love the hotel’s vibrant vibe and the genuinely friendly, enthusiastic team who always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The recent renovation has lifted the look even more fresh, modern and stylish. Rooms are thoughtfully designed with plenty of space, whether you’re working on your laptop or relaxing on the comfy sofa. The Crave breakfast buffet is excellent, with lots of variety and dishes that rotate regularly. The gym and outdoor pool are great bonuses too. It’s a well run hotel through and through, so a special shout out to Khun Poon, the General Manager, and Khun Narengsah, Rooms Division Manager, who together lead a truly cool and trendy property. Highly recommended.
