Aloft Palm Jumeirah

Had a great stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. The rooms were pretty neat, comfortable, and well-maintained. The lively atmosphere around the property added to the experience, with plenty of activities to enjoy. There’s a pool, table football, and even direct access to a swimming pool area, making it a fun place to relax and unwind. The sea view from the room was absolutely fabulous — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a vibrant and enjoyable hotel experience!

Great hotel and staff. Fun place to be and great restaurants and service. Located out on the tip of the Palm. Perfect if you want a great view and quiet. Not so good if you want to drive downtown quickly (traffic can build up from 5-7pm) but it’s a busy time anywhere in city. Highly recommended and I’ll be back again.

I recently stayed at Aloft Palm Jumeirah with my family for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — especially at the reception, where the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt warmly welcomed right away. The hotel has a modern and vibrant atmosphere, perfect for both families and couples. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering us everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent, and the location on the Palm is ideal for enjoying beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. What truly made our stay memorable was the service. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel at home. It’s rare to see such genuine friendliness and professionalism combined, and it really set the tone for our short but delightful visit. Overall, Aloft Palm Jumeirah exceeded our expectations, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Dubai. We would definitely love to return for a longer stay next time.

1/5 stars - A Nightmare Anniversary at Aloft Hotel I'm writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration. The Aloft hotel utterly ruined what was supposed to be a romantic anniversary night with my wife. We booked a dinner at the beach with a candlelight setup, but what we got was a catastrophe. The appetizer was fine, but the main course was a disaster. The food was cold, dry, and the meat had a bad smell. My wife's prawns were served cold, and the fries were not only cold but also refried when we complained (yes, you read that right - refried!). We didn't want to ruin the night further, so we left without eating dinner. The next day, we confronted the management, and their response was laughable. They offered a complimentary drink for 2 and a day at the pool as compensation. Are they kidding? My anniversary isn't cheap, and this offer was an insult. To add to the misery, the location of the dinner was not disclosed, and the help line number was switched off, forcing my wife to walk a long way in heels. The whole experience was absolutely horrible, and the hotel's customer service was nonexistent. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel or dining at their restaurant. The staff's incompetence and lack of respect for customers are appalling. If you value your special occasions and want to be treated with dignity, avoid Aloft hotel at all costs. Do not stay here. Do not eat here.

Great experience from the day one to the very last moment. Clean modern hotel with outstanding personnel. From the concierge to the room service, everything was just perfect. I have to point out the restaurant - excellent food and very professional and friendly staff. Thank you Mohand Kranti, Mahmoud Hassan and all their colleagues. We want to come back the next year.

I spent unforgettable time with family at Aloft. The staff was warm and welcoming, the pool was excellent, the private beach was 3 minutes walk, I suggest to offer a buggy as this walk is painful in the summer. The breakfast is amazing. The view was great too on the gulf sea.
