Aloft Palm Jumeirah

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here this week. Clean friendly and comfortable. All the staff work hard to keep things immaculate. Location is great food is lovely. Thank you for a great holiday. Special thank you to Melvin who works at aloft. Had such a funny evening at the Mexican restaurant. Great cocktail maker and friendly guy made us all feel welcome... had a good laugh this holiday. 10 out of 10

My recent stay at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah was truly outstanding, exceeding expectations in several key areas.||First and foremost, the staff were a highlight. Everyone I encountered was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile. A special mention must go to Wissem at the reception. Her warm welcome, efficiency, and constant cheerful attitude set a fantastic tone for our entire visit. She embodies the hotel's commitment to excellent guest service.||The dining experience was superb. We enjoyed delicious food through out our stay, whether at breakfast or other meals. The fresh fruits and juices were a particular delight – vibrant, flavorful, and the perfect refreshment, especially by the pool or beach.||Speaking of the beach, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a beautiful and relaxing setting. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was further enhanced by the pleasant music playing in the common areas – upbeat enough to be enjoyable but never intrusive, creating a really cool and contemporary vibe.||Combining great service (thanks again, Wissem!), tasty food, refreshing drinks, a pristine beach, and a great ambiance, Aloft Palm Jumeirah delivered a fantastic experience. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning.

It's our first visit in Aloft The Palm, the service was absolutely spectacular! From the smiling and polite reception team (special shout out to May for her 5 star service!) to our incredible experience at the beach bar (most especially to the hardworking bartender, we can see that he's alone serving the guests but he managed it well). We've enjoyed as well our time while having breakfast (sorry to forget the hostess' name who was there on 6th June), even the chefs, waiters/waitress, employees at the beach (the guy who gave us towels did his best to impress us with his tagalog speaking skills and we truly appreciate that!) even the security at the door were so polite. ||And of course, to our hotel room that gave us a nice rest, balcony with the sea view and swift service from housekeeping team (shoutout to Sochin).||Congratulations for hiring and training such amazing employees. We will definitely come back!

Less than a year has passed since I visited my favorite hotel Aloft again from June 5th to June 26th. I can confidently compare it to the best 5-star hotels. All hotel staff are well trained, very polite and treat guests with great respect. I would like to thank all hotel employees. Especially Mr. Shakir the chef, Ms. Christine Balayut, Mr. Mahmoud, Ms. Angvkali, Mr. Sandeepa, Mr. Manu from F&B, and Mr. Obidjon from Aloft Aloha Beach, Ms. Katherine and Ms. Oleysa from reception and Ms. Bilha Gaitho from room reservation. The above mentioned staff did everything to make my stay at the hotel more comfortable. I will continue to stay at this hotel.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The room was perfect: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But what truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. They were attentive and caring from start to finish, always warm and professional. A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and dedication. They even went out of their way to celebrate my mother’s birthday with such thoughtful and heartfelt attention, which made the moment even more special for us. Once again, a huge thank you to the whole team for their commitment and care. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back soon!

Came for a weekend getaway to Aloft, truly a remarkable hotel! Very welcoming, with breathtaking views, a great place to relax. Ask for the rooms which have a view. The rooms were very clean and spotless. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from. The pool was also clean and well maintained. Would strongly recommend this place if you come with friends or family or need a well deserved break for yourself.

We have had the most wonderful time here. The hotel staff, especially Daniel have been superb. So accommodating and so friendly. The hotel is in a great location for beach and easy access to down town via a taxi and free shuttle to local Mall. Food and hospitality was lovely and staff went out of their way to enable us to have food after check out due to airport pick up not being till 10pm. Thank you so much for making our Dubai trip such a fantastic experience 🫶🏻

I'm very happy to share my experience at this hotel, where I stayed for the second time! Everything was absolutely superb. The staff, particularly Mr.Shawn, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their friendly service and attention to detail made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
