Aloft Palm Jumeirah

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The room was perfect: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But what truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. They were attentive and caring from start to finish, always warm and professional. A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and dedication. They even went out of their way to celebrate my mother’s birthday with such thoughtful and heartfelt attention, which made the moment even more special for us. Once again, a huge thank you to the whole team for their commitment and care. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back soon!

I'm very happy to share my experience at this hotel, where I stayed for the second time! Everything was absolutely superb. The staff, particularly Mr.Shawn, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their friendly service and attention to detail made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will come back next time too.

I enjoyed the breakfast here quite a bit. The beach is minutes from the hotel. Being on the corner of the palm can feel inconvenient if you are business traveler but I spent my days working remote looking out to the ocean. Wish I got to take advantage of their complimentary boat tour offer but maybe next time! Staff was incredibly friendly and top notch service. Fruit platter welcome was nice touch.

It's our first visit in Aloft The Palm, the service was absolutely spectacular! From the smiling and polite reception team (special shout out to May for her 5 star service!) to our incredible experience at the beach bar (most especially to the hardworking bartender, we can see that he's alone serving the guests but he managed it well). We've enjoyed as well our time while having breakfast (sorry to forget the hostess' name who was there on 6th June), even the chefs, waiters/waitress, employees at the beach (the guy who gave us towels did his best to impress us with his tagalog speaking skills and we truly appreciate that!) even the security at the door were so polite. ||And of course, to our hotel room that gave us a nice rest, balcony with the sea view and swift service from housekeeping team (shoutout to Sochin).||Congratulations for hiring and training such amazing employees. We will definitely come back!

The best part of our stay was the service by Aloft staff. I was so impressed when one of their service staff in the restaurant (Banu Prathap) came and gave me my 500 AED which I had dropped in the table. The breakfast was good, room was super clean and maintained well, pool and gym were good too. The live music and DJ in the Mexican restaurant was awesome too. All in all, me and my friends celebrated our 50th birthday in Aloft and it gave us a memorable experience !

Came for a weekend getaway to Aloft, truly a remarkable hotel! Very welcoming, with breathtaking views, a great place to relax. Ask for the rooms which have a view. The rooms were very clean and spotless. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from. The pool was also clean and well maintained. Would strongly recommend this place if you come with friends or family or need a well deserved break for yourself.

We had a great time! The staff is great, attentive and helpful! The hotel is clean and modern! The food is varied! They cater for food allergies! Thank you for your kindness! We recommend it to everyone!

We have had the most wonderful time here. The hotel staff, especially Daniel have been superb. So accommodating and so friendly. The hotel is in a great location for beach and easy access to down town via a taxi and free shuttle to local Mall. Food and hospitality was lovely and staff went out of their way to enable us to have food after check out due to airport pick up not being till 10pm. Thank you so much for making our Dubai trip such a fantastic experience 🫶🏻
