Aloft Palm Jumeirah

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any request or question. A very special thank you goes to Otmane, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. He was kind, professional, and always attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Thanks to him, we felt valued and well looked after. We would happily return and strongly recommend this hotel to others for future holidays and memorable experiences.

We've just returned from a truly wonderful stay, and I felt compelled to write this review. The hotel itself was excellent—beautiful grounds, a pristine beach with soft sand and turquoise water, and very comfortable rooms. Everything met our high expectations.|However, what truly elevated our holiday from great to exceptional was the staff. The level of genuine hospitality was remarkable, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.|A special shout-out must go to the fantastic beach team. These individuals work tirelessly to ensure every guest has a seamless and relaxing experience by the sea.||Ashan, Ganga, and Ruhun – you are absolute stars! You represent the heart and soul of this hotel's service. Thank you for your hard work, your constant smiles, and for making our days on the beach so utterly perfect and carefree.|We will not hesitate to return and are already recommending this hotel to all our friends and family because of people like you.

Aloft Palm Jumeirah (فندق ألوفت نخله جميرا) I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah in December 2025. The hotel was very clean and tidy throughout, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely polite. I also really enjoyed the food — the meal was tasty and nicely presented. The view from my room was beautiful and made the stay even more special. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. I would be happy to stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. The rooms were pretty neat, comfortable, and well-maintained. The lively atmosphere around the property added to the experience, with plenty of activities to enjoy. There’s a pool, table football, and even direct access to a swimming pool area, making it a fun place to relax and unwind. The sea view from the room was absolutely fabulous — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a vibrant and enjoyable hotel experience!

And the room sea view is just amazing. Room service is beyond my expectations. Very friendly staff all over the hotel. Definitely I would recommend it over and over

We stayed here for a couple of days for work and the experience was amazing. The views are spectacular on the higher floors. The entire staff were very attentive to all our needs. I do want to shout out the two ladies at the front desk and the valet team. We were extraordinary, apologies for not remembering their names. I hope you be back with the family one day.

Great hotel and staff. Fun place to be and great restaurants and service. Located out on the tip of the Palm. Perfect if you want a great view and quiet. Not so good if you want to drive downtown quickly (traffic can build up from 5-7pm) but it’s a busy time anywhere in city. Highly recommended and I’ll be back again.

The receptionist went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel at home. It’s rare to see such genuine friendliness and professionalism combined, and it really set the tone for our short but delightful visit. Overall, Aloft Palm Jumeirah exceeded our expectations, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Dubai. We would definitely love to return for a longer stay next time.
