Aloft Riyadh

I have 30 nights booked in the hotel. The staff are great, always welcoming, smiling, supportive and respectful. The breakfast is very descent in taste and variety. I liked the area around the Dish restaurant, its good for working during the day and the music is nice, not loud. But we need to be realistic: on a ling stay you notice details that could change your experience. Showers are equipped with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and there is not a single small shelf inside to put your own product that you use. The gym is disappointing, it’s a small room and the heaviest dumbbell is 14kg. Its good to warm up. A full month of warm up :) and the “air freshener” machine is a killer… it pumps every couple of minutes in this small room of a gym. The hotel location area is nice but the corner itself requires any car coming or leaving to spend 2-3 extra minutes to make the turn into or outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at Aloft Riyadh, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel has a modern and trendy vibe, with beautifully designed interiors that instantly make you feel at ease. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Riyadh, with many attractions and business hubs nearby. The rooftop pool was a standout feature, offering stunning views of the city and a great spot to relax. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, perfect for keeping up with my routine. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any requests. The food at the dining outlets was delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Overall, Aloft Riyadh offers an excellent balance of style, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays in Riyadh. I can’t wait to return!

Just excellent service through and through. I would love to go back to Riyadh and I wouldn’t hesitate booking again. The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful. The restaurant manager and team gave excellent service and took a lot of pride in the quality of their cuisine, and rightly so because each day was so tasty and healthy and nutritious- and able to satisfy my sweet tooth! The gym has enough for a proper workout and the swimming pool and sauna is a real bonus!

A beautiful and elegant hotel. I really enjoyed my one night stay there. The location of the hotel is amazing. I loved its interesting lobby very much. Staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel, centrally located. Wifi is a bit slow but reliable. Clean rooms, great service and good breakfast. Polite and reliable staff

Women’s gym hours are not at reasonable times - either in the middle of the day or after 9 pm. So for female business travelers who are looking to exercise, I would recommend a different hotel. Hopefully they change the policy in line with other Bonvoy hotels soon. For the steep price I would expect to be able to use the gym at a normal hour. Rooms are a bit dark, desk not so comfortable. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly.

The Aloft Team is spectacular! The effort they made went above and beyond expectations to accommodate a dietary restriction at every stage of my experience. Bahaa and the breakfast Chefs are just amazing! Highly recommend
