Aloft Riyadh

A massive thank you to Mozzam and Imran! From the moment I arrived, their service was nothing short of brilliant. They were incredibly welcoming, prompt, and assisted with my luggage with such a cheerful and professional attitude. Their warm smiles set the perfect tone for my entire visit. They are the best first impression the hotel could ask for! And a special appreciation goes to Bahaa, the Food & Beverage Manager. Bahaa's dedication to ensuring a top-tier dining experience is evident. He was attentive, highly professional, and ensured every detail during my meals was handled perfectly. His leadership in the F&B outlets truly elevates the guest experience. Thank you, Mozzam, Imran, and Bahaa, for your outstanding service and commitment to guest satisfaction. You are all true assets to the Aloft Riyadh team! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh.

We had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. Thank you for the welcome.

My experience at your hotel, particularly in the restaurant, was exceptionally noteworthy, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. Their collective effort created a welcoming and efficient environment that significantly enriched my visit. Good-||—Love the vibe of the hotel! Very cool and colorful. ||—The Front Desk staff are very helpful, charming, and know excellent English.||—You don’t have to insert your room key to get air conditioning or electric in the room. ||—Great water pressure. Plentiful hot water. ||—Very comfortable beds. Top quality linens. ||—WiFi was very good (even the “free” level). ||—Lots of amenities in the bathroom such as toothbrushing kit, shaving kit, scale, etc. ||—The hotel is an 11 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Ministry of Interior), the main metro line of all of Riyadh. ||— Beautiful pool (but be aware there are hours only for males, and others for females. ||—Room had nice light blocking shades. ||— Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of western and local food options. Love the cook to order omelette station. The freshly squeezed orange juice was nothing less than spectacular. You can even eat out on the sidewalk patio. ||—Even the bell man smiles at you upon arrival (like you’ve known him for years, even though you only met 30 seconds ago.)||—Lots of TV stations available in English. ||—There is a convenience store a minute walk from the hotel. ||—There is a “Denny’s - like” restaurant a minute walk from the hotel (they serve hamburgers, pizza, chicken fingers, and lots of local specialties). It’s called MealTime. ||||Bad-||—There’s a bit of street noise (car stuff) in the room since the hotel is on a main street in Riyadh. ||—There’s only one electric plug on one side of the bed. And the plug does not have a USB direct connection.

We had a pleasant stay at Aloft Riyadh. The room was clean and spacious, and the location is very good for tourist destinations. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hotel offers self-parking only. I would stay at this property again.

Modern, clean, and well-run hotel in a convenient Riyadh location. The staff were consistently friendly and efficient, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great vibe in the lobby and common areas, with solid amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. Would happily stay again.

I want to highlight how clean and orgsnized this hotel is. And the attention of 2 individuals: the tall guy in the kitchen that every morning prepared my breakfast . That guy just saw me entered and after 2d he just started preparing what I usually ordered and with a nod of this head towards me indicated "hey i've got you covered". That's real good service. The second and third are the guys at the hotel entrance during morning and night that helped with luggage and ive seen how they have been helping ppl with a smile in his face and good manners. That's respect. The rest of the staff is great also. Everyone at the reception and restaurant. Ppl in this hotel are so nice. I've tried gym and sauna. Pretty clean and organized.

The food was delicious, Ms. Grace and her staff were notably friendly, always greeting guests warmly. They were also very helpful, promptly assisting with any questions or needs, and incredibly accommodating, ensuring that each guest's experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
