I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aloft Riyadh, and I must say, my experience was exceptional from start to finish. I arrived early in the morning, far before the usual check-in time, and understandably, I wasn't expecting to be able to check in immediately. However, I approached the Saudi receptionist (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and asked if there was any chance I could check in early, as I was extremely tired and needed rest. With a warm smile and a respectful attitude, the receptionist kindly informed me that he would check and see what could be done. He mentioned I could wait for an hour, which was more than fair. To my surprise, after a little while, he approached me and informed me that my room was ready and that I could check in early. This thoughtful gesture truly stood out and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. It provided everything I needed for a restful stay. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive, with everything meticulously maintained. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options, all freshly prepared and delicious. I could tell a lot of care went into ensuring that guests had a great start to their day. Overall, my experience at Aloft Riyadh was outstanding, and I will definitely recommend it to others. The excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and high-quality facilities make it a top choice in Riyadh. I will certainly return whenever I’m in the city again!

Great hotel, good staffs, best location in town, the only problem I see is that you have to always have the card because the elevator won’t work if you don’t punch in your hotel card key. Overall it was excellent

The rooftop pool was a standout feature, offering stunning views of the city and a great spot to relax. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, perfect for keeping up with my routine. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any requests. The food at the dining outlets was delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Overall, Aloft Riyadh offers an excellent balance of style, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays in Riyadh. I can’t wait to return!

I have 30 nights booked in the hotel. The staff are great, always welcoming, smiling, supportive and respectful. The breakfast is very descent in taste and variety. I liked the area around the Dish restaurant, its good for working during the day and the music is nice, not loud. But we need to be realistic: on a ling stay you notice details that could change your experience. Showers are equipped with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and there is not a single small shelf inside to put your own product that you use. The gym is disappointing, it’s a small room and the heaviest dumbbell is 14kg. Its good to warm up. A full month of warm up :) and the “air freshener” machine is a killer… it pumps every couple of minutes in this small room of a gym. The hotel location area is nice but the corner itself requires any car coming or leaving to spend 2-3 extra minutes to make the turn into or outside the hotel.
