Aloft Singapore Novena

I'm speechless. As a loyal bonvoy member, this is the kind of hospitality I wish upon every brand. Every staff that I came across were so genuine and going extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Ms Lina and the rest of the team were just simply AMAZING! The cleanliness of the room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The pool is beautifully design and safe for the kids to enjoy. We certainly love that it has a self coin operated laundry that we could use during our stay. The hotel location has slight distance from the nearest MRT station, however they do provide a frequent shuttle that can comfortably accommodate the number of passengers. There's a mall beside connected to the hotel that has couple of restaurants, a food court, grocery and convenient store.

We had our wedding at Aloft Singapore Novena in October 2025 and had a great experience overall.||||Our coordinator Owen was friendly, professional, and very reliable. He knows his stuff, was prompt in replies, and worked closely with us throughout. We really appreciated his attention to detail. He even printed and annotated an excel sheet we sent him and shared it with us.||||We loved the vibe and regular layout of the Zhong Shan Room. It is a comfortable space with natural light. The food was yummy and well-received by our guests. The wedding package was comprehensive and ideal for an intimate wedding. It was an amazing stay! The room is decent, not too spacious, but comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Near to supermarket and food court, and of course the hotel has lots of instagramable spots. Been staying here many times. Each and everytime, they deliver a consistent service. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Had a really pleasant stay at Aloft Singapore Novena. The hotel feels modern and lively, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The location is super convenient too—close to malls, food options, and public transport. Facilities were good, and breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

We had stayed in this hotel for one week with kids. The hotel is very clean and new / good shower head and enough space for taking shower with kids / breakfast is quite nice and change some meals every day / 16th floor is sky lounge with free juice and coffees / there is mall with foods and supermarket with direct back door with hotel card key. Also washing machines are in 3rd floor, very convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and nice. One thing , sometimes we can’t get on shuttle bus because of no space. Peek times or holiday seasons , it might be better to increase bus timings if possible. Thank you so much.

I attended a wedding banquet at Yue and was served by Doris. The food was excellent And the service provided was superb. They changed our plates after each dish and fulfilled our request for cut chillies and refilled our drinks etc. Doris served with a smile. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable. 👍🏻

We had our company CNY dinner here and it's a very good decision. Location is central and accessible. Most important is the service that greeted us and is providedm Tiptop from Izwan and team from start til end. Everything was smooth and all we had to do was enjoy the evening. 👍

Had the chance to participate in a wedding banquet at Aloft Novena. Presently surprised that the access from carpark to ballroom was quite convenient. The banquet crew impressed me more than the already impressive food that was served with generous portions. My table was attended to by Jeraldine and Jamie. When my towel dropped, it was replaced, when i finished each serving, the plates were cleared promptly. My drink was always refilled before it became empty. What impressed was the smile and enthusiasm they had in their work. The event was supported by Nic, Anson, Izwan and Nash over the course of execution - from the chair arrangements during the tea ceremony to the support given for materials needed on stage for the sequence of events, and including error free AV management. All in all - everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, the crew made the experience a whole lot more welcoming too. Kudos to the team. Will recommend this venue in future!
