We had our first family vacation in Hawaii. We have a 2 year old and needed a babysitter for 7 hours. I conducted hours of research to find the most trusted babysitter. It's hard when you don't know anyone in the place you are visiting. I contacted the Princeville resort kids club (AKA: Princeville Chaperones). My sitter came to my hotel (Bali Hai Villas) played with her there. Then took her to the kids club (by stroller). Finally returning to our hotel room. She took pictures and texted us updates frequently. My daughter had so much fun playing with other kids and made some art work. The next day my daughter asked when is the sitter coming back. We are very Satisfied with our experience. Two thumbs way up.

I called Paul to inquire about a team of kid-sitters for a large wedding I was coordinating in June. He returned my call promptly, and after listening to what I needed, emailed me an all inclusive bid for 5 sitters, complete with crafts and games. Our correspondence was easy and swift, even when he took a trip to the mainland, Paul was always available to answer questions. On wedding night, the 5 sitters arrived on time, armed with their quiver of goodies, ready to round up the little ones. Managing a wedding timeline requires a lot of multi-tasking, and thanks to Paul and his wonderful chaperones, I was completely confident in their ability to oversee, entertain, and most of all, keep the kids safe (we were on an oceanfront cliff!) throughout the entire evening. They simply made the vacation possible for everyone to enjoy. We need to spend some time just being adults but feel guilty when the kids lose out so no matter what someone has always had to suffer. Thanks to the folks at Princeville Chaperones we were able to enjoy our vacation and the kids had a FANTASTIC time! We are going back to Kauai, and everyone is looking forward to the next trip. We've never left our son with a stranger, but we were itching to get away for an adult's night out. The hotel highly recommended Princeville Chaperones, and our butler told us they watch his kids occasionally. Captain Paul was professional and very easy to deal with. Our chaperone Petra was sweet and cared for our son as if he were her own child. We don't love the idea of letting strangers babysit anyone's kids, but if you have to do it, Princeville Chaperones is the way to go! Also, the rates are surprisingly reasonable considering how expensive everything else is on Kauai (and especially Princeville).

We used this service to schedule a babysitter for 2 girls (22 mo and 8 mo). Paul was awesome to work with - very friendly, helpful and flexible. We were originally set up with Nutan who I wouldn't recommend, but then Paul introduced us to Arlenna who was fabulous. The girls loved her and she really made our trip more enjoyable. We also had Elizabeth watch the girls one night and she was excellent too. I would highly recommend this babysitting service.

We love Princeville Chaperones. We've used them the last two times we stayed at the St. Regis and were very happy with the service. The babysitters really entertained my boys in creative ways and it was an easy transition (which it isn't always). We will use them again in the future.
