I feel bad for people who came here and didn’t get great customer service because they were so extremely nice and helpful and answered every single question I had! One of the girls working there even walked me through the store showing me what pieces were within the price range I specified. I bought four different pieces and I was able to redeem a discount so I didn’t spend as much as I thought I would! I will definitely be going back to purchase more

I’ve been buying these bags online and at various shops around Oahu for awhile. I’m excited that they have an actual store of their own. These waterproof bags are so pretty and useful. There’s a bunch of different bags and pouches to choose from in so many fun prints. They’re lightweight, easy to clean and good quality so they last awhile. I love taking them to the beach or when I’m traveling.

I had a nerve wracking experience after I placed an order online and later discovered it was being shipped to an automated deployment address. Adding to my panic, I later noticed that no changes for shipping could be made as stated on their website. I quickly called the Aloha Collection Waikiki store to seek guidance. Angela answered and ended up being the “aloha angel” to the rescue. She gave me some advice on what to do and also said that she would reach out personally to their main customer service asap and explain my situation. She also suggested I send an email to aloha collection. She continued to reassure me that she would help to the end and do what she could to remedy the situation. Within the same day, they responded quickly with the happy news of being able to update my shipping address. Because of her quick response and kind customer service, I was able to have a positive outcome. Mahalo Angela and Aloha Collection, you are the true epitome of Aloha

I recently made a purchase from Aloha Collection and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was charged for an item that I never purchased at Bishop Museum pop up collection with hokulea . When I reached out to Aloha Collection, they told me to contact Bishop Museum directly. However, when I contacted Bishop Museum, they made it clear that they had nothing to do with the charge. I’m now being put back and forth between the two with no resolution, and it feels very unfair and unprofessional. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase answers for a mistake I didn’t make. I’m really disappointed in how this situation has been handled.

The staff here is not trained well. We waiting in line hours. The bags tear easily and any splash proof ability is gone once a hole is made and you cannot return it. Used the bag 1x it for a hole from normal use at the mall within 24hr of purchasing. The manager was super rude and unhelpful

ALOHA Collection is a great shop in the heart of Waikiki. Their merchandise is well designed and manufactured using quality material. They sell colorful bags, pillows, and accessories. Walking into the shop today I was totally impressed by the quite and color palate of each design. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! Service was excellent! This business specializes in travel bags (pouches, totes, fanny packs, toiletry bags, and duffels) made from their “Splash-Proof” materials, and their Hawaiian flagship is conveniently located right in the heart of Waikiki. The boutique is cute, and well laid out, showcasing all their different designs and product types nicely on the wall shelves. I’m a huge fan of their pouches, and was thrilled to come across this store during my visit to Honolulu! The pouches are perfect for storing my wet swim suits on beach trips (they are so much cuter than a plastic bag), and for acting as an organizer for my luggage, and closet. I like to keep each swim set in their own pouch so that it's easy to just grab one and go without having to look for the matching top/bottom. The pouches come in many tropical designs, and in four sizes (Mini $24 USD, Small $34 USD, Mid $44 USD, and Max $48 USD). The staff at this shop were friendly, and provided just the right amount of service. The company also get brownie points for donating 5% of their profits to Hawaii-based conservation organizations.

I bought my bag online after seeing it in the store and got 20% discount as a first time customer. I love how spacious the bag is, the different compartments in the bag. The store is very cute and has a lot of options. Give it a try the reason I bought my bag online is because the store was crowded but after seeing the bag in store I knew what I wanted.

To start off, either park closer to the park or by the Zoo, or International Marketplace (need validation) and walk over, but the best way to arrive here is by foot or get dropped off. Forget about leather luxury goods, stop by Aloha Collection. As the first location on O'ahu, it's always nice to be able to check out a product or a print in person. Cannot recommend this spot enough for the simplicity of their mission and the high quality product. For what it's worth, the value of their products both for both function and form :)

Love the Aloha Collection! The bags are light, easy to clean, and the tropical prints are so cute. The day I went they had a great sale so definitely couldn't pass it up. Everything was 50% off! What a deal! They have totes, pouches, waist bags. Staff was friendly and helpful. This location is on the main street in Waikiki.

I love these Aloha bags. They are waterproof, easy to clean, light and the tropical prints make me feel that I'm on vacation. I currently have one bag with accessories that I use almost everyday. This was my first visit to the shop in Waikiki. The clerks were super nice, one spent a long time with me, telling me about the seasonal bags. Aloha started a little over a decade ago with two women (Hawaiian residents) designing travel bags. This IS a local brand. I was on a mission to get a backpack. They carry several colorful backpacks and the fall seasonal ones were on display. The backpacks are made of a nylon-type material, not the same material as the bags. I liked the backpacks, which were reasonably priced, but I couldn't settle in on a pattern, today. They carry many of the popular patterns in the shop. It was nice to see all the patterns together. I recommend.

Really cute store selling nylon and plastic-ish bags and some other wares branded with Aloha patch and some proceeds going back to a Hawaiian non- profit. It was crowded - it helped that everything was 40% off. I ended up with a cute purple print crossbody/hip bag. A lot of Hawaiian style prints, but black, camo and some other really nice options. Overall, happy with bag at 40% off, not sure I'd purchase at full price.

Service: I have been lucky enough to go to the new Maui store over the summer, as well as the new Newport Beach location. I first found their brick and mortar store on Oahu in August 2022. All of the workers are super friendly, make great suggestions, and conversational. The gal at NBeach, asked me where I was visiting from and I went their twice during our visit to Orange County in July. Ambiance: Such a huge variety of colors and patterns. So many different sizes, hats, T-shirts, and they do online points club and offer discounts over a certain purchase point. Value: I get the best deals online around the holidays, Black Friday and their birthday sales, the bags are durable and beautiful and I have quite the collection going between me and my two teen girls.

When in Hawaii, Aloha Collection at Ala Moana Center is a shop to check out. Selling all sorts of different collection of products with unique designs and with bright beautiful colors and floral patterns, etc. The products include a variety of different sizes of pouches, totes, cross body, duffles, hip packs, back packs, accessories and so much more! The material of these items are very durable, easy to wipe down, cute and ready to use for any occasion like a day to day use or a beach day or an adventure day l, etc. that's what I like most about them. I stayed a good one hour in this shop looking and touching all kinds of items deciding what to buy. Haha! I did end up purchasing two keep it light hip packs in Black and Camo print also two different sizes of tropical bright colored pouches. So glad there's a Boutique like this! Last year alone, I ordered most of my Christmas gifts on line from Aloha Collection. I have a lot of Ohana that enjoys these bags that are water proof, convenient and long lasting. When I was in Waikiki I dropped by to see what they had in the store. Everything was aesthetically eye appealing and organized. I loved it. Purchased another mini bag to give as a gift.

After seeing tons of Aloha bags around town I was happy to find the Aloha Collection that carried all the designs! These bags are great for the beach and everyday. I ended up purchasing the day bag which is large with a zipper and a larger bag for change of clothes. So far I am loving the bag.

Great place to pickup a few Aloha Collection. Lots of different selections from ruffle bags, hip bags, small or medium bags, to traveling bag. Customer services was great. Definitely will come back to get new style.

Great prices if you order directly from them and I received my orders all before Christmas. The people to whom I I gifted their products to were very pleased with what they got.

Your shipping!!! I ordered this during your Black Friday days within the first few days of December, and still have not received the order. This was part of a bunch of items that were supposed to be for Christmas gifts. It's already the first week in January 2025! Very irresponsible of Aloha Collection. And when I sent an inquiry, you're on vacation???? Absolutely no response as of today. Only take the money, right? No aloha here. You guys are only concerned of your sales while not even delivering the purchase. And your employees at the Aloha Collection shop at Ala Moana only make excuses. Offered to give me credit for my products (at the discounted price) for replacements (at full price!) in the shop. Your shelves were empty with only the basic designs left! You need to shape up your business. Stop acting like a local operation with your fake smiles and hands out and taking advantage of fellow locals. Horrible! Invest in your business operations and have a better online support system, not just the owner replying to emails. You're not a mom and pop shop, you're mainstream now, act like it.

Those that really know me I'm a genuine bag lady. What I've also have taken a passion to is escaping adulting by going up north and search for sea treasures which I could just spend hours getting lost loving and staring out to the ocean. With that I've been gifted several Aloha Collection totes and pouches all with the island shell prints and was just amazed with it's incredibly thin and lightweight it was...and that it's splash proof! Am I gonna test that...heck no! I treasure all my gifts and love them to the moon and back but know that when I eventually used them my klutzy self can definitely tell you it certainly is waterproof lol!! Yup spilled my coffee omg, the fabric itself is waterproof but the zippers and seams aren't but let me tell you it's super easy to clean which is why I love it so much!! Though you'll find these beautiful prints all around Hawai'i it's great to see their store in the Sheraton Moana Surfrider right in the heart of Waikiki as I'm a touchy feely shopper though seeing all the lovely prints and styles is a bit overwhelming. Leave it to a woman-owned business for creating these beautiful versatile totes as I take them to the beach, gym, work and it's the perfect eco bag for shopping as it can get tucked away so easily...Aloha! Thank you!!

I The Aloha Collection products! They are awesome and well worth the money! I finally was able to visit their flagship store in Honolulu on Waikiki Beach! The ENTIRE staff were awesome!! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to talk to!!!! They have a frequent buyers program/returning customer program that's quite generous! I loved getting to see all their prints in person! Thank You for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm an aloha bag fanatic. I love that they are so cute and waterproof and wash up easily. I use them for everything. Beach bag, a small clutch, bags to store phone etc Now, we were in Hawaii and walked past this storefront as it was right next to our hotel (Moana) I gasp. I didn't know they had a store front. Now I wanted to go a little nuts but my husband did purchase me 2 bags for this trip specifically so I was not too bad. The one I really wanted in the size was sold out so I was a little sad but I know I'll find more I love! I took a few pics and even took a pic from our lanai of all my bags I brought. I love this store so much!!!!!

Happy NY! Came here with my MIL for my bday gift. Customer service was really good. They were quick to greet us as we entered and were super friendly. The store itself is small, but clean and well organized. Perfect for a quick buy. I love how they had many bags on display of the different styles. So much easier to shop in store compared to shopping online since I could try it out and look inside. They had most of the online designs in store. Definitely will come back here!

My sis-in-law and I were super excited to see their actual shop in person, rather than scrolling online. Sis-in-law introduced me to them and they're an amazing company. The shop's vibrant and definitely exudes aloha vibes! it was nice to be able to check out their products and compare the sizes in real life. The only downside was their online site still had far more products than in real life. We were hoping to buy a lot of products to save $ for shipping but eh, minor details. I would suggest checking online and then if you are in HNL, check out the shop if you want to compare products.

I ordered two bags as a gift on July 4th and they still have not shipped. I was unaware of any shipping delays at the time of order and ,had I known, I would not have, as I needed them within the timeframe their shipping information states. Growing increasingly frustrated at their apparent lack of customer service. It's clear they are too busy opening new stores, providing merchandise for other retailers and marketing (I get emails every day about purchasing more products) than taking care of their individual customers. I was excited about this purchase and I'm not happy to write this review. I regret not digging into this business and reading other reviews before blindly ordering. I'm hoping they make this right!

It's located in the Sheraton Moana Surfrider hotel right on Kalakaua. These bags are so useful and waterproof. There's a bunch of different bags and pouches to choose from in so many fun prints. They're lightweight, easy to clean and good quality so they last awhile. I love taking them to the beach or when I'm traveling. I have pouches in all sizes since they're so practical. They are on the pricier end but worth it in my opinion. What do I use the pouches for? I use them as a purse, packing cubes when I travel, to separate/organize things in my bag or to hold my wet clothes when I go to the beach. If you live here, make sure you let them know that you're kamaāina. You can never have too many bags or pouches in my opinion. ******** I love buying bags. these bags are easy to clean and waterproof too.

They have the best bags. While visiting Hawaii I saw their bags everywhere! People at dinner, at the beach and on the streets. They have a following for a reason! The store had bags that were specifically for the location and it was awesome to see it all in person and not just online.

I was excited to hear they had their own brick and mortar store opening up and was excited to check out next time I'm in Waikiki. It was nice to see a lot of the all the different collections in person but was saddened that they didn't have anything exclusive to the store compared to online and/or retailer that may carry a handful of their products One bag that said HNL or Waikiki wording on it but nothing else. It was bit of a disappointment. I did find some pieces from the latest collection to purchase. I'm a big fan of aloha collection but they need to work on some getting better exclusive products when you visit their own store

Very nice people and love everything in this store!!!! Great beautiful Hawaiian designs and the bags are soft, light and easy foldable to make it easy for packing or carrying around during trips or packing stuffs to go to beach or traveling items.

A friend of mine went to the store in Hawaii and brought back a gift for me and I was hooked! I bought a few things online and was excited! This was during the holidays and I may have mentioned to a few friends how I wanted a specific item. I ended up getting it as a Secret Santa gift! So, I emailed the Aloha collection and discovered they were closed for a week during the holidays. I got a reply after the year turned over and they told me they could exchange it for the exact price I paid. Sure, no problem! I asked if I could spend more $$$ with my exchange. They said they are not able to do that type of transaction. I HAD to only exchange it for the exact price. That would mean that I lose money on a lesser-priced item because there wasn't an item that was exactly the price I paid for my bag. I've worked retail/wholesale all my life and doing business by NOT wanting to collect more $$$ from a customer for more gifts for me to spread the good word on the products is BAD BUSINESS. So, I ended up keeping the duplicate bag and am hesitant to give it away as a gift since the Aloha Collection has put a bad taste in my mouth. Be careful when ordering online. I've already turned a few people away with this bad experience. Poor customer experience!

Great customer service. Was going to buy online but ended up getting in store here in Honolulu. Good quality, style and designs. My wife really likes the new bag she picked out here.

I have several bags from aloha collection of all different sizes. However the last 2 bags (shoulder totes) have ripped fairly easily (within 2 months). I contacted customer service through email inquiring about the product quality and what the warranty was. They had me send pictures of the rips. The bag is black, the ripped areas are obvious and show white). They said it didn't qualify for their bag replacement that unless it affected the "splash" quality you can get a replacement. I questioned this because now I have a bag that looks ragged and is only 2 months old, why would I purchase again? They said "if they become worse reach out again. Mahalo! " That was it. Pretty disappointed with the whole thing, quality, customer service etc. Unfortunate but I did see there are similar products out there and will invest in other businesses. Mahalo.

Customer service is excellent. Always adding new designs and products. Love the variety of prints that appeal to both males and females.

Please be careful when ordering. It is difficult to do on a mobile. There was a glitch and I had accidentally clicked on 3 vs 1 pouch. I corrected the order on my phone prior to payment but noticed when the Apple Pay went through it had reverted to 3 pouches. I immediately tried to contact Aloha but was told that they couldn't do anything about it. They will not allow you to edit orders once placed. If I want to return any items, I need to pay for all shipping costs. I've since learned that there are similar items with better customer service from other online vendors.

Love the Aloha Collection brand. I have so many things from them and I love them all. The people that are working in the store are very nice and helpful.

Do not buy if you have are allergic to latex. I am allergic and had a very severe reaction as soon as I opened the plastic bag the Aloha bag was shipped in. The Aloha bag is made of a fabric that contains natural rubber. It also had a terrible strong smell. When I contacted the Aloha company, the rep was not the least bit helpful or caring. Cute designs, but highly toxic product.

We really love Aloha Collection, but had never been to the store in Waikiki. It was awesome- packed with all of their amazing bags and gear, and with the nicest and most welcoming staff! We can't wait to go back.

Originally went into the store looking for the ilima day tripper but they were sold out. They took my name and phone number and said they would call me when it was back in stock. I assumed that they would just forget but to my surprise they called back and had it on hold for me! Kanoe was so sweet and helpful!

my friend just bought me my first aloha collection as a birthday gift. wanted to make some exchanges, and the customer service here is absolutely wonderful. kudos to employees Naomi and Britini for there terrific help. not to mention their many beautiful prints and items. thank you gals for your help you go above and beyond to help the customer.

For a store in Waikiki, being told that you have 5 minutes to shop or come back later was rude and simply poor customer service. Who kicks people out of a store in the middle of the day???
