AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Central Zell am See

The rooms were clean once we entered and the hospitality we received was amazing. The views from the balcony and windows was just perfect, and the hotel gives you a summer card to use for activities and even a booklet to let you know which activities are free with it or discounted. The breakfast buffet was incredibly tasty, the view for the outside seating is great, and the children’s playground was nice and clean. Me and my family also met the nicest person in the breakfast area Muath, he was nice and talkative but not annoyingly, he had great stories to tell and was overall a funny person. I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment, thanks for the great hospitality.

We booked the penthouse when we entered the place was miserable disgusting bugs were everywhere and it was so hot. I get that you don’t have any air conditioning but at least provide something that stops these insects from entering and it was really noisy from the train behind. They offered us to stay in the hotel ,sadly same problem . Staff down stairs were sweet and welcoming they definitely tried to do their best . “Note : looks nothing like the pictures “ Definitely don’t recommend staying here!

Lovely spacious apartments which were very clean and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location near to the bus and train station, cable cars and town. Lots of room for families with living space and a kitchenette. Ski depot to store any ski equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a very comfortable stay in their 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel has no AC and the weather was extremely hot , and you have to keep the window open during the night and I can hear all the noise from the street and in the early morning which was super annoying. Their costumer service is average because the reception doesn’t answer the phone . Plus in the laundry room they only have two washing machine and one dryer their dryer was not working as well!! And they don’t offer iron in the apartment anymore you have to iron your clothes in the laundry room !! What a joke! I hated every minute of my stay in this apartment! Never coming again .

Rooms were quiet basic. I have no idea what this blue light was right in front of the bed. I have no idea who, what or why you would put this in our bedroom. Unable to turn it off.

Very bad hotel.. no house keeping, no water in the rooms, no coffee and the bathroom was very bad smell. The price is too high compared to the servicesl in the hotel

Had a great experience at this apartment! 3 min walk from Zell am See bus stops and train station, very well located and close to several supermarkets. The receptionist Agusto was very helpful and provided excellent customer service by providing all facilities required to make my family and I more comfortable. I could ask for many advice and suggestions for our holiday. The region itself is beautiful and very underrated! No less than Switzerland and also more reasonable with prices. Must go!

The property is good but they charged us for the final cleaning after checking out 120euros which is part of their duties and should charged to the customer. Even the daily cleaning has to be paid and it is not included in the rent amount. I wonder what we are paying for, for only the room or the services. They have to look for these issues if they want to continue in this business.
