1. Additional charges that were not clearly communicated or not indicated in advance Upon arrival, we were charged several extra fees that were not clearly stated during the booking process, nor was it evident that these would be added at such high amounts. These additional costs increased the total price by approximately 30%, which is a substantial difference compared to the amount calculated at the time of booking. These fees included: • a cleaning fee, • an extra charge for bringing our dog, • a parking fee. This is particularly problematic because the accommodation was advertised as pet-friendly and offering parking. Therefore, we find it unacceptable that these features came with significant extra charges upon arrival. 2. Attempted withholding of the deposit for unjustified reasons Another highly unpleasant experience was that the accommodation attempted to withhold our deposit, claiming that “trash was left in the room” and that we were responsible for cleaning it up. We consider this entirely unjustified, especially since a separate cleaning fee had already been charged and included in the final bill. In our view, the attempt to retain the deposit(300€) was inappropriate and further worsened our overall impression of the accommodation. 3. The condition of the accommodation and the general environment were not confidence-inspiring The furnishings and quality of the accommodation resembled a simple sports or dormitory-style hostel, which does not match the total amount we ultimately had to pay after all the extra charges. In addition, there was constant foot traffic in the hallways, creating an environment that did not feel secure or suitable for families. 4. The price of breakfast was unreasonably high We would have gladly opted for breakfast; however, the price of 40 euros per person is completely disproportionate given the basic standard of the accommodation. This again indicated that the pricing did not align with the level of service provided. Overall, we felt that there was a major discrepancy between the reality of the accommodation and the fees charged, resulting in a very poor value for money. Had we been properly informed about the true costs and conditions, we would have chosen a higher-quality property for the same amount.

The hotel "Everything is sweet" is characterized by its excellent services and the comfort of guests. However, there seems to be a problem with the treatment of an employee, who has brown hair. It is indicated that her behavior towards guests is not at the required level, as she seems to be treated in a disrespectful and unfriendly manner. It is important to pay attention to this issue to improve the guest experience and ensure excellent service.

Very nice apartments. Had a 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and large kitchen/ living area. |Boot room very good and v short walk to ski lift . Paid extra for breakfast and it was well worth it.

The rooms were clean once we entered and the hospitality we received was amazing. The views from the balcony and windows was just perfect, and the hotel gives you a summer card to use for activities and even a booklet to let you know which activities are free with it or discounted. The breakfast buffet was incredibly tasty, the view for the outside seating is great, and the children’s playground was nice and clean. Me and my family also met the nicest person in the breakfast area Muath, he was nice and talkative but not annoyingly, he had great stories to tell and was overall a funny person. I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment, thanks for the great hospitality.

We booked the penthouse when we entered the place was miserable disgusting bugs were everywhere and it was so hot. I get that you don’t have any air conditioning but at least provide something that stops these insects from entering and it was really noisy from the train behind. They offered us to stay in the hotel ,sadly same problem . Staff down stairs were sweet and welcoming they definitely tried to do their best . “Note : looks nothing like the pictures “ Definitely don’t recommend staying here!

It was bad experience and its absolutely not like the room images. It shows its modern buts its really not. Its not value of the money at all. Even there is a female young receptionist could not help and also they told me to call agoda. Agoda was not helpful. So I stayed at this apartment. On check out, the same receptionist, female, was unrespected and she asked me twice if I throw the rubbish outside the apartment. So I told her if she didnt believe me she should come and check with me the apartment. I think this hotel dont respect Arab at all due how they treated me. I will not book any room with alpen or agoda next time

The apartment itself was decent, but unfortunately it was not clean upon arrival. What made the experience worse was the attitude at the reception — particularly from the women working there, who were extremely rude. We came here as paying guests, and we did not pay to be treated this way. Before arriving (6 days in advance), I specifically requested fans because we cannot handle the heat. I reminded them of this upon check-in, without saying anything offensive or disrespectful. Yet, I was told by the receptionist to “be respectful,” which was both uncalled for and insulting. This is not the standard of hospitality I would expect from any hotel or apartment service.

Not a very comfortable stay in their 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel has no AC and the weather was extremely hot , and you have to keep the window open during the night and I can hear all the noise from the street and in the early morning which was super annoying. Their costumer service is average because the reception doesn’t answer the phone . Plus in the laundry room they only have two washing machine and one dryer their dryer was not working as well!! And they don’t offer iron in the apartment anymore you have to iron your clothes in the laundry room !! What a joke! I hated every minute of my stay in this apartment! Never coming again .
