Truly amazing service from Shabir, Isaac & the Alphagraphics team! They printed out my GIANT poster same-day, which was must appreciated. I kept coming back and will keep returning for all printing needs.

We used AlphaGraphics for some signage for a networking event I hosted - they were awesome. They delivered to the hotel for me and everything was wrapped up nicely.

We have used Alpha graphics for Holiday cards as well as large poly weather proof signage print outs - fast service, if they can provide same day they will, we usually have things back within 24 hours. they're a nice, helpful team and we enjoy supporting local.

While I have some complaints about spotty service and communication issues...their prices really can NOT be beat. I got a 1/2 off discount at another copy center down the block for postcards I wanted to print and Impressions was STILL cheaper. More than half of the price of the same job printed down the block.

A little bit of weird service, but I'd definitely go here to print cardstock/heavy weight paper because they print great quality for my resumes and photos. ***TIME: Weekdays ***PRODUCTS(5/5 stars): CHEAP prices for printing regular stuff. I'm not sure about how cheap other stuff such as business cards and logos are. They do a lot of other types of printing. I print directly from the computer, which is $2/10 minutes I think, The ink comes out so well for the price you pay. 5 cents for blk/white and i think 45 cents for color. Then the price depends on what paper you use, heavy weight, yours or theirs. Then I think they make up the price, but I'm trying to keep track of what they charge me with receipts. There was this one time when a gentleman, very professional looking, came in to pick up his logo. He ordered a black logo, but I agreed with the complaint that it looked more off black than the black that he wanted. This specific observation is just a warning if you order something here, make sure to reiterate you want black. ***SERVICE (3/5 stars): A little unorganized maybe? I hate coming up to them to ask for help. I wish when they see me come in, they walk towards me and greet me and ask if I need help instead of finding them. But they are nice! Becareful, the prices for copying or printing different paper at the copy machine directly from the computer might be different and they won't tell you. You have to ask, then it gets a little confusing because he changes the price sometimes. ***CUSTOMERS: Professionals, designers, creative field. I see people coming in to pick up their logos or technical flats for fashion. ***ENVIRONMENT/SPACE: 2 comfortable seats. 2 computers and 2 copy machines I believe. ***WILL I COME BACK?: In a heartbeat.

Fantastic Service - great design work - they packed the signs very well so I could walk them to my destination - perfect all around !! I'm a happy Real Estate agent now that my listings are noticed from the street.

After an amazing experience with Alpha Graphics in Chicago (produced my business cards while I was on a flight, and had it at my hotel for no extra charge) I thought I will give a try to the New York one. Totally disappointing: They don't know what type of paper option to offer for simple business cards. Got quoted 55$ per person on the phone and once I sent my cards their sales team (Ana) requested 102.5$ per person due to the different options they have!!!!! Better options around grand central.

An amazing print shop with really caring employees! Made the mistake of going next door to the FedEx office first. Printers that didn't work. Uninterested employees. So I went across the street to Alphagraphics. Great people and so helpful!! Definitely use this place for all your printing needs!

The staff from Elisse to the designer to the manager were wonderful to work with and made our wedding program look just perfect... They handled the project very quickly and were thorough in changes that we made... a great experience...thank you!

the service is a hit and miss? but for the most part i do like their staff. this is hands down the cheapest and most convenient means of printing! i don't own a printer so i just need the basic stuff done. going into my hotmail and printing out sheet music or whatever, and it costs nearly nothing! this place is my printing staple.

Lazy unmotivated staff. They are utterly incompetent people working here, they take weeks to complete designs on simple orders and are unresponsive to emails. They misspelled my name on my order request and were clearly not concerned about anything since I had already given payment upfront. Showed ZERO attention to detail or thought in designing my business cards, pathetic effort all around. I would never recommend these people to anyone DO NOT GO HERE. I can't name a single think they've done well and they haven't even delivered my order yet.

Excellent print shop! I worked with Lamont who couldn't have been more professional, skilled, understanding, and flexible with me. I needed an emergency print done and he turned it around within an hour. He listened to all of my crazy requests and delivered a final product that was beyond my greatest expectations. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Been ignored and had my projects messed up by the local kinko's and realized this place is right across the street. Much friendlier staff who took care of my order eifficiently and quickly and at a better price! Thanks so much for this place, will definitely go back

Quality and speed if you go into the store and get a job done right there. Trying to get a quote online tho, don't waste your time. 2 weeks it took them to respond. By that time however I chose another place.

I can see how the service here could be a bit inconsistent, but I lucked out when I went in, as I was the only person there. I didn't have anything complicated to print, just some double-sided prints from a flash drive, but they answered any questions I had and the price was great. I'm not usually in that area, but if I ever need anything printed and am in the neighborhood, I'll definitely be back.

If I could give these folks ten stars I would! They REALLY know graphics, design, copying and large format printing. Most importantly though, they keep their pro level equipment calibrated and in top condition for great quality at great pricing. I have been using Alpha Graphic for years and have never had a problem with quality and deadlines - in fact, most times their work blows me away. If you are not a graphics person, they have a large staff of graphics specialists who can help you get exactly what you want. On the other hand, if you know what you are doing, these people will always make you look good. They pretty much do everything from simple copying to full blown trade displays. My favorite service is their 12x18 semi-gloss card stock copies with only an 1/8" no print border! I use this all the time for presentation and sales displays sometimes stitching sheets together for large displays. My clients are always impressed with the quality they provide. As far as a few comments here on service - these people are in demand, so there are times when you just need to be patient - but trust me, it is always, always always worth the wait! These guys are the best!

VERRY DISAPPOINTED. Sloppy work, lack of attention to detail, my projects were rushed. I had to proofread all of the designers work because there were TONS of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Unacceptable quality for the price. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Not worth the headache.

Quality service, and a friendly and helpful staff...this place is a must!! They always do my jobs so quick and efficiently. I couldn't ask for more:) Check them out!

Bait-and-switch central. They advertise a banner for $128 and then try to charge you $350 for the same product. Waste of time to call. I see others complaining about the same issue.

Um no. One grade above kinko's in my experience. I only needed a small order, which clearly is below them to fill, as it was not given any respect. They bound my portfolio in the wrong place, and when I brought it up, I was referred to a manager, who also didn't seem to care. I had business cards printed by them, and to my surprise, the were all cut at an angle. It was obvious that the whole job was rushed and that they didn't care because I wasn't a big time client. In the end their loss because I work for a large design firm and only needed some print materials in a pinch, I will be taking company business elsewhere. They blew it and I will be sure to let everyone know to take important materials some where else. At least at kinko's they pretend to care. Impressions gets an F+ from me. Thanks for nothing.

I wish I could give 0 stars. After multiple amazing experiences with alphagraphics in Salt Lake City, I went to this location with high hopes. Everything about my experience was awful. Unprofessional emails, inability to meet any deadlines, and overall lack of care or hard work. I ended up going to kinkos at 7pm the night before a big event because alphagraphics was somehow unable to print our work. Both of their machines broke, I paid for a rush order and they were still late. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy! It was really that bad.

I am based in Norway, and needed to find a print-house that could fix my orders so that everything was finished when I arrived in NYC and was ready for the fair my company was attending. And I couldn't have chosen a better company. These guys are really good, and provide a service that I have never experience in Europe. They even called me (on my norwegian number witch is extremely expensive) to warn me that the file I sent had some print issues. Normally, a print-house would just print it and don´t care. But I had the change to stop by, fix the issues on my file, and then they started to print it. This saved us a lot of money. These guys are the best, and the print job they did, was stunning. Actually two guys on the fair came up to us and asked who had done the print job. So I can really recommend these guys!! Going to use them for prints in the future, easily!! And agree, would give them 10 stars if possible!

I head here whenever the printer at my office is down; far superior to Kinko's. The people are friendly and actually seem to know what they're talking about, and the prices are ridiculously good- 35 cents for color copies! The store is neon lime green, very hard to miss.

They did an excellent job creating posters that I needed for a presentation, very fast turn around time and were very patient when we had some trouble with the files/graphics. They even suggested a lower cost alternative from what we asked for that saved us quite a bit of money. Would definitely use them again.

I always have a very positive experience at AlphaGraphics. The quality of the final product is excellent and the staff is super helpful - especially Lamont - he's the best.

I went to give them a try from reading some of the positive reviews on yelp. Sadly to say, I am pretty dissapointed. First, they try to overcharge me by $100. Then, the proof came out incorrectly. Also, service is so slow. They tell me when my job is ready on so and so date. I call on the day to make sure it's ready before I make the trip and they tell me it's not ready. Time and time again. The good party is, they messed up on the proof and they will re-do it again. But, they keep messing up. Messed up twice. For some simple mistake, which was written on the job order. Although, the price can be good, but make sure you check around and make sure they don't try to rip you off with some crazy price. They try to pull a fast one. Very sneaky. beware.

Love going to this location. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond with making sure my orders were done properly. The quality of the prints was amazing. Lamont went out of his way to make my experience great. The manager was very kind and helped me make sure all of my prints came out to my standards. The job was done quick and I was in and out in no time. I will be coming back again soon because they are the only printers that I trust with my artwork.

Very helpful and friendly and they solved all my problems within 30 minutes for a 40% less cost than other places I've been to. My programs looks great and I'll definitely come back. I can without a doubt give them my highest recommendations.

THis place sucks!! I had them screen print 75 bags witch they ruined and then charged me nearly 1000 $. They went as far as hiding the worst prints on the bottom of the box so I would`nt find them in the store. They then told me that it was difficult to print on the bags and that it was a rush job, but if you cant do the job, why do you take it on ? These people are about as clueless as they come. Kinkos is a print heaven compared to these people. Do NOT go there.
