ALPIK Chalets - Bohinj

Very good accommodation - we (couple) stayed in one of the chalets. We really liked the location, as it's very quiet and peaceful, still you can reach everything (the waterfall, cable car, lake by foot)! Very good service as well, and everyone is friendly here - free parking space is also available. We would definitely return here, I can recommend this accommodation a lot! If you are looking for a peaceful mountain retreat, and you like hiking and/or a nice lake, you are in the right place.

Based on my experienced dealt with Host, which I agree with Daniela comments. 1-star rated! My comments are - Nice to See, Nice to Book, One Mistake Done, You're Cooked! It was my sincere mistake do the booking, and I contacted Host. But it was so arrogant! No Mercy! No negotiation! The best word is no empathy! it only one way booking and return back. Like other people comment, if it is rainy, it is not their responsibility, booking is non-refundable. I never had this inconvenience when booking with others. Only with this arrogant chalet. I could have burned my EUR450! Yes, it is EUR450, no jokes! I have to escalate up and fight for my right. Luckily someone help me out. It could be nice to stay here. But must be with correct attitude of Host. Good luck for the rest who made booking to this place. Praying you had better experiences.

We had a lovely stay in studio chalet Govic. The chalet has 2 private balconies and a dedicated patio with the perfect spot for playing cards - stunning views in every direction. We slept great with the comfy beds, linens, and sounds on the stream behind the property. Perfectly located for exploring Bohinj and Triglav. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our laundry.

High-quality accommodation, not cheap at all but really worth every euro. Comfortable beds , all included functional kitchens, beautiful surroundings. Very well managed , great service.

Amazing place. We have been there in the middle of October and there we it was around 18 Celsius during the day and sunny. The owners - they say it is like a fairy tale there and they dont lie. It is wonderful and I would recommend 10/10. There are beautiful places to see around. And you have your own SAUNA in the chalet! And you have your own SAUNA in the chalet!

All in all a good place to stay, but please don't expect me to start doing laundry when renting 400€+/night properties, especially while charging for final cleaning. We did wash the dishes and took a trash out though and still got message afterwards saying the house was left messy (which it wasnt, we left slippers on the floor and some crumbs on the table but that's it), it definitely killed all the vibe from an overall good communication and service. I guess we'll stick to 5* hotels as we used to

I had a wonderful stay at ALPIK chalets. The setting next to Lake Bohinj was beautiful and magical, but what made it even better was the coziness, comfort, cleanliness, and quiet that I experienced during my stay. Well-located for a variety of adventures, sight-seeing and hikes, great hospitality from the staff, and local recommendations and tips made my stay perfect. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself if I return to Lake Bohinj in the future.

Beautiful area and immaculate chalet. The staff are lovely. Kayaking and bike rental is near by. Apparently Bike and Hike will deliver a bike to you. Hotel Bohinj has a nice spa and the burgers at Foksner are 👌
