Alpin Garden Luxury Maison & Spa - Adults Only

Our stay at Alpin Hotel in the Dolomites was exceptional in every way. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and carefully designed down to the smallest detail, from the scent in the lobby to the quality of the bedding and food. The atmosphere is calm, the view breathtaking, and every corner radiates peace and elegance. Marcus and the entire team were outstanding: kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They make you feel like you’re at home, not just a guest. Every request was met with warmth and professionalism. A perfect place for anyone seeking a high-level vacation with personal attention and a true sense of home. We’ll definitely return.

Nice location close to town but not IN town. Nice room with great view of Ortisei. Quiet. Terrific staff and good breakfast. Lobby area has lots of grouped seats so you can relax with friends and have a cocktail before dinner. The negatives: no control over your room’s temperature. It was unbearably warm at night even with our door to the patio open. Cigarette smoke frequently permeated the air- in our room, hallway, and at dinner. Dinner (we did half board) was hit or miss. Some of the entrees were not very good. If I visited again I’d not do dinners.

One star hospitality marketed as a five star. Although the hotel is nice and facilities are good, I have never felt more unwelcomed at a stay. Similar to some other experiences in the review section, I had a few additional requests to the usual check in / check out guests and I was met with a hostile response for that. I was ridiculed for asking for a fan, and was told it is 11 degress outside and the owner Markus made a joke is the camera recording this. Some members of the staff (Giulia and Viktoria) don’t know what hospitality means and you are always met with snarky responses and snubbish behavior. There are others who are good and accommodating but the overall hostility of the others overpower the experience. Owner is horrible and i would say AVOID staying here if you need peace of mind Edit for reply to the review: We didn’t ask for a free upgrade. Our request was that we can see in your website that you have other available rooms of the same type as we had booked and if you could provide us one from the others which had a better view (given he gave us the oldest one however he had the other parqueted floor newly renovated one). We even said we are fine with carpeted floor room. Regarding the next day we again didnt ask for a free room. We asked how much would an upgrade cost, and were quoted a price twice of the difference to the one being sold online. We did see the rooms which were being charged as an upgrade and the view didnt seem any different to ours and we didnt opt for the paid upgrade so Markus STOP LYING. Reviews about you shows how you are and how you treat the guest.

We, three brothers, were here Sunday to Thursday in late September. We appreciated the friendly and serviceminded staff and our spacious room. It was also great that our emtbs could be stored and charged at the hotel during our stay. The dinner options were incredible and especially the deserts were magical.

If I could rank this hotel and the whole experience there 10 stars, I instantly would do it!|My wife and I spend 7 nights in this super luxuries amazing hotel. All was special and top quality, from the hotel decoration, rooms and spa to the culinary experience!|The rooms are beautiful, luxuries with an amazing view. The chef's breakfast and dinner are outstanding! The quality, variety and use of the raw materials is fantastic and the imagination of the chef's creation is outstanding.|The spa and swimming pools, like the rest, are excellent|- especially for those who spend their days in outdoor activities and return in the afternoon to relax and relieve their muscles!|And final words on the owner and hotel stuff - Markus, you did an amazing job turning your nostalgic parents' house into your dream and share that with us! Erica, Veronica and all the others, you're amazing! Without you, it couldn't be the same fantastic experience!|We're already planning our next vacation in "Alpin Garden Luxury Maison & Spa".

Beautiful location. Stunning views. (I didn’t even have to leave my room😍) Beautiful hotel & facilities, carefully thought out by the owner. Lovely welcoming staff Lucas & Juliette. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel with spacious and luxurious rooms. The staff were incredible and the food and dining experience was 5 star. We booked half board and so glad we did as looked forward to each evenings dinner and menu. We loved our balcony and the view’s over the meadows to the mountains and can’t wait to return some day.

We have been coming to Alpin Garden for 15 years and have always enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent! We will continue to return to our favorite hotel in Val Gardena! Thanks Markus! See you next time, Elaine
