This is the worst Intersport I have ever been to. We paid 70–80 CHF per day for rentals, yet the experience was absolutely terrible.
The female staff member’s attitude and service were extremely poor. She only asked for our shoe sizes and did not measure our feet at all before giving us the ski boots, which is highly unprofessional. All of us ended up with boots that were far too tight.
I told the staff clearly that the boots did not fit my feet, but she insisted that rental boots are not supposed to fit perfectly and refused to change them. Only after I strongly insisted a second time did she give me another pair—which was very old and still too tight. Throughout the process, she kept insisting that this was “not a problem.”
In the end, I had to completely loosen all the buckles just to ski, otherwise my feet went completely numb and I couldn’t move them. When my companions and I got home that evening, we all had blisters on our calves and ankles, which took over a week to heal.
For such an expensive rental, this level of service and professionalism is completely unacceptable.
