Alpine Attitude Boutique Hotel

It is a beautiful venue. However, the coffee shop next to our writing retreat room was occasionally noisy. The food was really good, but the waiters need to be a bit more friendly and smile. The waiters generally looked quite serious and not too approachable.

A beautiful place and people with very lovely welcoming attitude. The food was divine, from canapes to the buffet, compliments to the kitchen staff. The projector and speakers worked very well. Please pay note and improve on the following: Make sure your white tablecloths are spotless clean. We had a few with stains. Make sure your white chairs are spotless clean, and don't bring the ones with stubborn stains to the venue. For an event as big as ours, with 80 people, please make sure you have enough people on the shift as early as possible. There was no way that the venue would have been ready by 14:00 with more people only arriving after 11:00. We had to remove all the curtlery and glassess for a re-wash because majority were dirty. We were told theyd be polished, they needed not to be polished but washed. One glass even had lipstick on. We asked that drinks and canapes be ready by 14:00 and were only ready by 14:15 after the guests have arrived. You have lovely staff members. And I believe with proper allocation of people per shift all will be perfectly balanced. Unless if most of the preparations are done a night prior, and in this case make sure everything is clean. Thank you for the good service.

We stayed for the entire week. Flat is spacious and clean and has everything you need. An extra bowl or two, dishcloth and scissors would be nice. The interior is modern and minimalistic but the very low coffee table is terribly dangerous and out of one’s peripheral view/normal line of sight. The window in the tv room shines light into the bedroom from very early. The unit was spotless upon arrival but some checks need be done during the stay, bath was left for 3 days, until I ran into cleaning staff on the way out and problem was addressed, also dust bunnies where gathering everywhere so floor wasn’t cleaned sufficiently. Events are hosted here so expect late night music over the weekend but it didn’t bother us, we were out until around 23:00, music was off shortly after we arrived back. Breakfast was included and is delicious, we had the eggs benedict, a farmhouse and avo on toast and everything was cooked well and fresh. All in all a good stay, with helpful staff. A side note, they are busy with building works/maintenance so expect noise during the day.

The team here has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for the VitalAire Diabetes team. We thank you all for your support and making our conference run smooth and easy. We would highly recommend this boutique for conference and a good night's rest.

The rooms, decor and function venues are beautiful with amazing architecture. We had our wedding there and it was exactly what we wanted, classy, stylish and chic. The food was delicious.||We had to bring all our decor in ourselves, but the staff was helpful where they could be.||The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning, but the bathroom is quite unpractical. |We had the most amazing breakfast the next morning, which really exceeded our expectations. Overall a good stay.

A wonderfully appointed guest house and conference venue and restaurant offering a unique and very centrally located experience. The rooms are beautiful with king size beds and I absolutely loved my bath in the ‘nature room ! I arrived just as a thunder storm broke and listening to the rain outside was quite an experience! The staff and service is thoughtful and they offer great and varied conferencing facilities. The drive through coffee stop is a unique way to attract attention.

Stunning boutique hotel, with spacious rooms. Two items that can be improved: 1. No desk in the room. As a business traveller this is essential. 2. Too much light in the room making it difficult to sleep. Suggest some blockout curtains or something to block the exterior area lighting.

I know some things are beyond your control, like electricity being off for 2 days in the neighbourhood, however maybe look into having proper backup for guests in times like these. I was traveling for business, arrived at night due to flight delays from Cape Town, couldn't iron, charge devices and had a cold shower because there was no backup power overnight. Had to leave before time to go iron and prep elsewhere. Other than that, the place is beautiful and clean. Pity i couldn't stay for breakfast.
