Villa Gabriela is truly a paradise. Our stay was exceptional in every way. The property was beautiful, the rooms and spa were amazing after long days of hiking, and the views were gorgeous. What really makes this property special is the family. Gabriela, Renee, and Michelle offered amazing service and Gabriela cooked some of the best food we’ve ever had. We cannot say enough good things about our time there and we are looking forward to staying with them again in the future. If you’re planning to visit the area, there is no better place to stay.

This is the best stay we ever experienced. Beautiful little hotel, lovely and comfy rooms, quiet sorrundings, calm atmosphere and lovely and accomodating hosts. |We stayed there 9-13 2025september toghether with 2 friends, and what a treat it was!||The hotel was beautifully decorated and very "homey", abundance of choises for breakfast and at night- fantastic 5 course dinner. |2 mornings we were served breakfast in the lovely garden- such a great way to start a day!||This topped with lovely coversations and interactions with the hosts- a lovely family- who spoiled us with their cozy presence, good conversations, and unique service attitude. Not to forget the staff, that made our rooms so lovely every day, prepared the lovely food and made everything lovely, fresh and readu for us. My family and I just returned from an incredible stay at Alpine Boutique Villa Gabriela in St. Michael, Alpe di Siusi. I'm still dreaming about it. My wife Stacey, our daughter Isabelle, Trevor, Molly, Caiden, and I spent several magical days here. It surpassed every expectation.||From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the warmth and genuine hospitality that make this place special. Chef and owner Gabriela is an amazing culinary artist whose passion and dedication shine through in every dish. Her five-course dinners were the highlight of each evening: thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of authentic South Tyrol flavors. Each course featured local ingredients and traditional recipes elevated by Gabriela's skill and creative vision.||The breakfast buffet deserves its own praise. It's not just breakfast—it's a celebration of Alpine abundance. We enjoyed fresh local cheeses, artisanal breads, house-made jams, and perfectly cooked eggs. The spread also included local charcuterie, fresh fruits, and pastries that would make any Viennese café proud. We found ourselves lingering over breakfast each morning, savoring both the food and the stunning mountain views.||Gabriela's daughter Michelle is a wonderful presence throughout the villa—warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. The full staff shares this same spirit. The villa was perfectly maintained, with every detail carefully attended to. What impressed us most was how effortless everything felt, with the team putting a lot of heart into their work. Their smiles were genuine and constant, making us feel less like guests and more like welcomed friends.||Alpine Boutique Villa Gabriela isn't just a place to stay—it’s an experience that captures the very best of South Tyrolean hospitality. My husband and I stayed at Villa Gabriela for three nights as part of our wedding anniversary trip and were thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail throughout the property creates an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. The family who runs Villa Gabriela provides exceptional service with genuine warmth. The food was outstanding, and their recommendations for local wines and hiking trails were spot-on, helping us discover the best of the region.

Amazing hotel, well maitained with very good taste. The hosting family is frindley Location is the best and very quite and romantic. Close to many villages and supermarkets but you need a car.

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. We seriously can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The family is absolutely wonderful and the food was fantastic. Thank you all again for your kindness throughout our stay!

From the moment we arrived we knew we had found somewhere very special. The whole family and staff were attentive, the room was immaculate and the food was on another level. And it’s located in a stunning location with amazing views from the room and terrace. We were sad to leave. Thankyou Team Gabriella for an amazing restful time. 5 stars are not enough
