AlQasr Metropole Hotel

A very good hotel. Our welcome was friendly and the staff were very helpful with our luggage and settling in. The bedroom was large and well appointed (safe, tea and coffee making facilities and, for the ladies, inside the wardrobe). The bathroom was equally well appointed (hairdryer, etc). There is free wi-fi in all rooms and public areas. The hotel has three restaurants, fitness facilities and is within walking distance of all major banks, shopping arcades and business centres. Can certainly recommend.

A beautiful local hotel. The rooms are maintained. The overall ambience is very bright. The fitted carpets in the corridors need to be removed or changed. There were no employees around during breakfast. At least 2 people need to be there.

My stay in Amman was at the AlQasr Metropole Hotel, which was an absolutely fantastic experience. The team made us feel welcome from the time we came in, with warm smiles and an easy check-in process. The hotel room was big, tidy, and wonderfully furnished with everything I could possibly need, including a comfortable bed, quick Wi-Fi, and a breathtaking view of the city.The on-site restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet, although certain selections may be added or changed. I really loved the hotel's attention to detail, which included fast delivery of new towels and nice details such as complimentary bottled water and amenities.The location was ideal, just a short walk from local restaurants.Overall, I had a great visit and would definitely suggest.

Great stay! Roof top restaurant is very good. Wonderful staff, polite and very welcoming especially my brother Wissam and his team who made the orchestra feels at home. Food is delicious and the hotel is very clean and quiet! Attractions are 30 minutes and the location is surrounded by all what you need.

Solid service, quiet rooms. Yummy breakfast. Good access to restaurants. Easy access to other parts of the city. Hotel restaurant has good seafood. Good hummus at morning buffet. Staff helped us find and book places for live music. Excellent service.

Disaster hotel. Bed super hard Claim to have connecting rooms that are basically 2 facing rooms with a corridor that stays lit all night since it is part of the common corridor. This hotel has a pub that has music super loud impossible to sleep with the music banging on your head. Worst front desk(mohd) and supervisor (oday), a bunch on liars that don’t do anything

Excellent hotel with clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast buffet staff and the night doorman are very polite and helpful. Water pressure was abit low and AC was blowing hot air at the beginning but then it stated to blow cold air. Recommended
