Food is Average - At best. And the service - absolutely terrible. The staff members act as if they're doing you a favour by serving you. The waiter didn't even bother to take my complete order. Quite bizarre to be honest, for a restaurant so highly recommended on the internet. The food is average at best, and there's better options in downtown. I only tried mansaf though, so maybe there's other options that are better. Honestly, the poor service just makes me not want to visit again, and I think a lot of other people agree based on the reviews.

If you are looking for original taste, your concern is tasty authentic food& don't care about ambiance & modern decoration This is the optimal choice The serving team need to be more friendly and cheerful The metre who supervise the staff need to be less serious & listen more to customers Prices are good & within normal range Lamb neck is highly recommended

Al Quds Restaurant in downtown Amman is a must-visit for authentic Jordanian cuisine. Known for its flavorful dishes like mansaf and other Middle Eastern specialties, the food is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, with efficient service and friendly staff. Its central location makes it convenient for locals and tourists alike. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the true taste of Jordan

Food quality is below average! My main dish was the Jordanian national meal (Mansaf), meat was hard and only a small portion, yogurt soup (Jameed) taste wasn't strong and only a small bowl. Salas (fatoosh) are simply horrible and Hummus is simply very bad. Only olives were ok. The staff were welcoming but the waiter wasn't professional!

The mansaf here is so overrated , large bone , little meat. Service is terse. The cashier is rude, reluctant to change note, and return the change in a rude manner. Despite it being recommended by locals as the place to eat local dishes, it is truly a terribly underwhelming unenjoyable eating experience ….

What a revelation! I do not think I’ve had Arabic food this good in my life. The restaurant is right in the middle of downtown Amman and it was nice to go there and enjoy the hustle bustle of the city whilst enjoying amazing food. If you ever get to go there, try the Mousakan and Mansaf. Damn that was a good meal. I still think about it.

this place has been around since my father's childhood, we were instantly greeted with warm smiles and cheerful staff. the food is amazing and the service is even better. it is most definitely not fine dining but it is a gem in the city center that makes authentic jordanian dishes that taste like it came from your grandmother's kitchen.
