We stayed in the presidential suite for three nights, expecting a premium experience given the price point—but were left thoroughly disappointed.||||The hotel’s location is undeniably stunning. The white, powdery sand and beachfront cabanas are picture-perfect and made for relaxing walks. However, that’s credit to nature, not the hotel itself.||||The problems started right away. I booked via Booking.com and paid extra to include breakfast. Shockingly, the restaurant doesn’t open until 09:30 AM. This crucial detail wasn’t mentioned on the site. Who serves breakfast that late? Most guests are up and about well before then, and for a hotel charging premium rates, it’s completely unacceptable. I felt conned—this should’ve been made crystal clear during booking.||||Even worse, the bar and restaurant close at 5:30 PM. So, after sunset, you’re stuck in your room with no food or drinks available. One of the joys of staying at a beachfront property is enjoying the evening breeze with a cold drink. That experience was entirely missing.||||The bathroom water was incredibly salty—so bad that we could only manage to shower twice during our stay. Even brushing our teeth felt odd. The soap and body wash didn’t lather up, making it feel like we weren’t getting clean.||||The room lacked basic amenities: there was no kettle, no tea or coffee, and no access to drinking hot water. As the bar & resturant closes at 05:30pm, we thought of having some noodles or pot noodles from the local super market, but no luck as there was no access to hot water.||||Aside from the beautiful beach (which isn’t exclusive to the hotel), there’s little I can say that was positive. The stay was shockingly poor, especially considering the price—which was higher than what I’ve paid at Marriott and other 5-star hotels.||||This is not value for money at all.
