I had a great experience at Alsip Home & Nursery. I stopped in while looking for a specific plant for one of my customers, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. One of the employees was extremely helpful (Pretty sure it was Jennifer, could be wrong) and even took the time to walk me into the back to show me some of the plants they have coming in soon so I could get a better idea of what would be available. The customer service was excellent, best Nursery experience.

I ordered a fall decor item through the Alsip Home & Nursery website. The ordering process was easy. I was updated on the shipping status of my order frequently. The parcel arrived very quickly. I am quite pleased with my purchase. I will recommend this company to my friends. Thank you.

Just happened to be in the area. Amazing huge garden and home store. Not only garden related items. Pet supplies for dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits. Yes they have animals there too. Be sure to wander into the back right area to see rabbits and birds and fish. Grilling supplies. Small fashion area. House plants too. Bird feeder selection. It's February and they were preparing for the spring expansive inventory. Be sure to visit his place. Support this business especially if you enjoy flowers and gardens.

I got a great deal and customer service. I decided to purchase another dog food after finishing my initial order. I got a call from customer service to be sure I hadn't mistakenly made a duplicate order. That is MISTAKE PREVENTION CUSTOMER SERVICE. Alsip Home & Nursery cares more about customers' pocketbook than a sale . That's more than REAL 5 STAR SERVICE that is Customer Quality Assurance Service!

They have excellent quality artificial greenery that I’ve purchased from them several times. They were exceptionally helpful with my online order. They personally checked their inventory and called me back within 30 minutes with answers to my questions. Very friendly and had my order packaged and at the shipper by the end of the day. I had a very pleasant experience with Alsip’s gift department. I ordered Michel Design Works hand lotion, and received it in good condition and in a timely manner. I will be a repeat customer. Too bad they aren’t near Pittsburgh, PA!

I placed the order and received a confirmation. Within 2 days I was notified that not every item I ordered was available. My refund was immediate. The items that were available were packaged well and received promptly. Based on my experience, I would recommend doing business with them.
