Traveled in various places in Rajasthan and this was the worst hotel and service - however they did accommodate us with a lower floor room the next morning. They moved everything while we were away for the day. That was appreciative but other than that not very welcoming and friendly.
In every other visit from Delhi, Rishikish, Uddaipr, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Mumbai there was the basic courtesy of drinks or a friendly smile.
The restaurant staff was just awful. No smile. The morning buffet was blah. My dad wanted powdered milk and staff indicated its only in the room. Well, how is it only in the room? Did it climb on its own? Could they not have asked front staff to find out how to get one?
They could not bother asking if I wanted coffee? When I went to the machine, there was an error code - and when I requested someone (which took 2 minutes minutes to grab someone's attention) he mumbled something and had the audacity to grab a cup but put his finger inside the cup when handing it to me. God knows where your hands have been and when I told him don't ever do that - he did not care.
Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable and rooms are what is expected of a heritage property.
Staff throughout needs improvement. Compared to other places I was at, Alsisar can use an improvement. The pictures are deceiving of what is actually reality. The property itself is ok.
Would never recommend this to my friends and Will never return.
I will also be informing Rajasthani Tour Travel to reconsider recommending them for accommodation.Traveled in various places in Rajasthan and worst hotel and service - however they did accommodate us with a lower floor room the next morning. They moved everything while we were away for the day.
