This is a real Indian hotel with character. Good check in. Stairs to room. Old style India door lock. Nice rooms, definitely not a concrete jungle hotel. Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Bathroom water pressure great. Towels good. Bath products fine. Safe in room. Good lighting in room and good air con. Breakfast would be better if a choice of fruit juice and cereal. The rest was fine. Staff good.|The breakfast/Dining room is absolutely amazing. Fit for Royalty . |Local live music all the time. Nice pool. Good layout of the grounds. |Only a few things which concerned me…. (1) The bar/pool area runs separate to the restaurant. Have to order with the correct staff and pay the correct people. This is silly as you are the same hotel (2) Wanted a glass of Indian Red OR white wine. 700 R on the menu. Said not available as out of stock BUT you can buy a full bottle!!!!!!! This is not showing a good standard of hospitality. Shame as 95% of our stay was brilliant. Would go back again.

Alsisar Haveli is a charming heritage stay with a warm, rustic feel. The property is well kept, and the old-world ambiance comes through in the courtyards and interiors. The location works really well—close to Central Park and convenient for getting around to key spots like Hawa Mahal and Amer Fort / City Palace. A great choice if you want a heritage vibe without compromising on ease of getting around.

Traveled in various places in Rajasthan and this was the worst hotel and service - however they did accommodate us with a lower floor room the next morning. They moved everything while we were away for the day. That was appreciative but other than that not very welcoming and friendly. In every other visit from Delhi, Rishikish, Uddaipr, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Mumbai there was the basic courtesy of drinks or a friendly smile. The restaurant staff was just awful. No smile. The morning buffet was blah. My dad wanted powdered milk and staff indicated its only in the room. Well, how is it only in the room? Did it climb on its own? Could they not have asked front staff to find out how to get one? They could not bother asking if I wanted coffee? When I went to the machine, there was an error code - and when I requested someone (which took 2 minutes minutes to grab someone's attention) he mumbled something and had the audacity to grab a cup but put his finger inside the cup when handing it to me. God knows where your hands have been and when I told him don't ever do that - he did not care. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable and rooms are what is expected of a heritage property. Staff throughout needs improvement. Compared to other places I was at, Alsisar can use an improvement. The pictures are deceiving of what is actually reality. The property itself is ok. Would never recommend this to my friends and Will never return. I will also be informing Rajasthani Tour Travel to reconsider recommending them for accommodation.Traveled in various places in Rajasthan and worst hotel and service - however they did accommodate us with a lower floor room the next morning. We had a wonderful two nights in this delightful place. We booked directly with the hotel and were in a double deluxe which was a grade above the superior room. The only reason I give four and not five stars is based on room size. It was small. It had everything we needed, from television to fridge but we were a tad cramped. The bed was high! No stool provided to get on so if you’re less than 5’3 it’s going to be a struggle!|The loo was also small. But we had good linen and toiletries and excellent shower pressure!|Breakfast was included and delicious! Served in their exquisite dining room or you could eat outside. Plenty of options between Indian, and eggs, waffles, sausages, the works. |They have a really beautiful pool with a bar right by it, and there’s parking for your car. |The price is right too!

A best place to go for a small staycation or a long weekend. The breakfast is superb a mix or veg and non veg food is available. The staff is very helpful. We didn’t had any problems as such here and stayed for 2 days. Everything touristy is pretty much accessible from hotel itself

The hotel was super quaint and nicely setup with open areas for dining and sitting. The food was okay, we did have much nicer throughout our trip. The air conditioning was super windy and blew right on your face all night which was rather annoying as it could not be adjusted. Also, the staff was actively looking for tips which I found to be too aggressive. It was however a little oasis from the chaos outside.

Absolutely beautiful old Haveli, lovingly restored. Very spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, you get water and facial tissues. Restaurant and Bar are good, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

You pull off the chaotic main street, through an arch, and enter an oasis of calm. Lovely surroundings and staff. 3 nights b&b. Ate out 2 nights but stayed for the 3rd.|Beautiful hotel which made you feel very welcome. Thanks to Ram Prakash at the pool bar for looking after us.|Had a massage at the pool spa also, really good.
