Usually I write feedback only when I'm happy with the place ...but in this case I can't avoid a little comment. (Because the expectations were high and many, considering the michelin chef N.R.)
...result: disappointing, after a "bomba al pistacchio" and a "torta ricotta e cioccolata".
I understood the concept, the work behind, the "filiera", the quality ingredients, the re-invented recipes and the light/non-fat outcome ...but
....were are the flavours ?!?! ...zero, totally flat...
