I’ve been here for five months and this is, hands-down, the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Communication is strong and steady, amenities are spectacular, the apartment itself is awesome with incredible views. The location is also perfect. Downtown-adjacent in Goose Hollow, giving you quick access to downtown shopping and food and also a reasonable walk to 23rd street and the Pearl District. If you like going on outings, the highway is also *right here,* so you can be on your way quickly! The staff is also incredible. Helpful, friendly, accessible, and just amazing. Plenty of community events, as well! No complaints whatsoever!

Moved in to Alta ART Tower a little over 2 months ago and it was absolutely the right decision. Moving to downtown for the first time after living in the area for about 9 years I knew what I was looking for and when I tour I knew i wanted Alta Art Tower to be home. Couldn’t be happier with how this building is managed. Everything from the very friendly management (Leah, Emily, and Nashawn) they are all amazing. The building is kept in great condition and feels very safe. If you’re looking for a new place near the downtown area, I would definitely recommend checking out Alta ART Tower. 2+ years and still loving all. Amazing building and staff.

If you pay 250$ monthly for parking here and your car is broken into in said protected garage and the person breaking into the car steals the garage clicker which is supposed to prevent people from getting in - the leasing office will in fact hear all of these details, scold you for leaving the garage opener in your car, then charge you 75$ for a replacement! So don’t get your car broken into in their 250$ monthly gate controlled garage because they will fine you 75$ if you are a random victim of a crime

My family and I recently moved into Alta ART Tower in downtown Portland, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! Emily was always prompt, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the perfect unit to fit our needs. Her warm personality and dedication to her work made all the difference. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the city, easy access to restaurants, and everything you could want in the heart of Portland. The building itself offers fantastic amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, rooftop lounge, and common areas that are perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day. Amazing apartment. Would recommend living here because you have access to so much around you. And it’s very quick to get to places like grocery stores. My complaint is that parking sucks. 250 per month is around how much you’re paying unless you ok with walking .5-1miles to a cheaper parking place. I pay 185. And it’s about .7 miles of a walk to get to there

We wish we moved to Alta Art sooner! Such a beautiful and well maintained apartment building. We love the gym, the roof top is peaceful and offers great views of the city. Great community events like this rooftop wine & chocolate tasting + a live harpist and typewriter poet! Totally recommend living here

One of the safest apartments to live in downtown as they have 24 hour security on site!I’ve been overall very happy with our experience living here for the last 3 months. I’ve haven’t had any packages stolen because the package room is closely monitored - also only open during specific hours. There’s amazing amenities such as the pent house lounge, karaoke room and cold brew coffee. They also host resident events that have been so much fun to attend. The last events held were taco & tequila tasting then there was a sunset party for summer solstice! The leasing staff is really great to work and made the move in process a breeze. Housekeeping staff is always friendly and they are always on top of it. Definitely recommend this place!
