First of the 2 receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating, my horrible experience happened from inception where I was told I can only check in at 130.so I went to get some stuff and came back, when I reached back the room was so called ready. Upon reaching the room, the ac, safe phone hot water wasn't working, the TV is a total waste as it grainy and always breaking up. Called them they said they can't do anything about the safe and phone, they did fix the ac though. So I paid for breakfast for 2 days and then I realized that my flights were very early. So I asked one of the lady's in the restaurant if I can have 2 packets of instant coffee and creamer as I wouldn't be there for both breakfast, so plainly told me that I have to buy it but breakfast time its free, so I explained again, she said there nothing ahe can do. At this point I told the receptionist who called her and asked her to gve me the coffee she told her to gve me 2 packs, got to my room and only got 1 coffee. Later that evening I went to the restaurant for food, the looks I got from her , if looks could kill I'd be dead, so I decided not to buy food there, so I ordered food, it soo happened as my food reached at the hotel she saw me collecting it as she was bringing food for the receptionist. Needles to say she was rolling her eyes again .I was supposed to back to Jamaica at that same hotel and I cancelled it because of the experience and I came straight back hme. Horrible experience for a first time visit to jamaica. Really don't care to visit again ever. FYI if management is reading this u need to gve those girls in reception and the bar lady an increase in salary the person whose runny the kitchen don't let her deal with customers, my experience was soo bad I canceled my flight back there. So just imagine how bad it was
