ALTAR Community

ALTAR is such a beautiful, unique, and inviting space in a cool neighborhood of the city. We had the incredible privilege of hosting a very intimate marriage celebration at ALTAR last month, and I cannot imagine doing it anywhere else. The space is so warm and inviting, and the atmosphere was ideal for our evening of dinner, cocktails, and dancing. The only downside was when the night ended and we had to leave. Kathy and her team are thoughtful, helpful, and easy to work with. We can’t wait for the chance to return.

This is such a beautiful space! With spots that are open and welcoming, spiritual and soothing, and cozy and inspirational, each room brings its own high vibe energy into your work and events. I have been here several times now, and can't wait to go back! Everyone involved in ALTAR from the owner to the team is so kind. I highly recommend going to events here, being a part of the community, and seeing all they have to offer! Such a special space to gather!

ALTAR is a one of a kind, brilliant space for women, entrepreneurs, & the Chicago community. Whether you join the membership or come to an amazing offering like sound healing events, Red Tent Women’s Circles, or see a top tier speaker in the space, it’s a divine experience. They also have a healing room where you can book reiki, energy healing, and acupuncture. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The community is truly special & the members only events are just incredible. If you’re a looking to meet conscious women in the city of Chicago, start at ALTAR.

I'm blessed to have found Altar. Yes, the space itself is both stunning and comforting. (It feels like a museum, sacred temple and home all at the same time.) But, even more than the space is the beautiful community. I've meet incredible people through Altar - treasured friends and business contacts. This kind of community is hard to find. I highly recommend utilizing the space, attending events and becoming a member.

My first time at ALTAR filled my cup! I was a speaker for one of their Bring Your Soul to Work days and I connected with so many amazing women who came from various professions and walks of life. Everyone in the room aligned on being present and enjoying the day together. As someone from out of town, I wish this existed in my own town!

My company hosted an event at Atlar recently (Puppy Yoga!). We absolutely loved the space and found it incredibly easy to coordinate with Kathy and Tia. When you rent out their space, you get access to a lot of different rooms (all of which are beautiful), their yoga mats, kitchen, and more. Our guests really enjoyed Altar and I seriously recommend that you consider it for your next event or co-working space!

I had the distinct pleasure of facilitating a conversation on our nation's purpose and values at ALTAR last night. It is such a thoughtful and welcoming space, and the community that shares it is equal parts courageous and reflective. Thank your for the gift of your space and spirit, Kathy!

ALTAR is magical beyond words. I have had the honor and pleasure of hosting a couple of sound healing and meditation events here and it truly feels like a home away from home.
