Good morning buffet
But the service from the front desk was very disappointing. We felt like we were bothering them. They quickly gave us our keys without proposing any of the services or options we could add to our stay. Nobody offered us to attend a wine tasting, cooking class, spa treatments, nothing.
We had to fetch ourselves for drinks and food at the pool.
Thankfully Roberto arrived at 3 and gave us great service, he saved our stay. He was so nice, presented all the wines we bought and even gave us restaurants recommendations in the city.
He should give lessons to the rest of the staff on how to treat guests.
