Alternative Retail | Tustin, CA

Located in 'The District at Tustin Legacy' near the Petsmart on Park Ave & Tustin Ranch Pkwy (plenty of parking available). This spot specializes in weekly brand clearance events and warehouse sales. I've visited a couple of times for the BYLT brand sale, but they frequently feature names like Oakley, BEIS, and more at unbeatable prices. Because it is a warehouse sale environment, some items may have a dirty spot. I make sure to inspect everything before purchasing. They use 'Eventbrite' to organize entry; you book a specific time slot, sort of like an appointment for shopping. Overall, I always have a good time and highly recommend checking out their event schedule for some serious savings!

I can’t wait for the next SALE event!!! It was the best thing ever! I spent $200 for 13 pair of shoes! Unbelievable! Please do it more often in OC(Tustin). All my friends who’ve seen it on my IG stories came to shop and were super happy, bought shoes, clothes, belts, bags!! Everyone is waiting for the next time already! Please come back asap))

I love that this is now in Tustin instead of Santa Ana since our taxes are slightly cheaper. It helps when it adds up. I usually keep an eye out for the brands I like. My favorites are Vuori and Olukai. I usually always go to these when I can snag a ticket. The Vuori sales have gotten more and more popular and tickets are harder and harder to get. If you do snag one, you have to go like 45min early to go stand in line. This last time, my time was 10am and I got there at 9:20 and I was already 50 or so in line. They seem to allow more people in at each slot which is great but it's a time investment if you decide to go. Like Whs sales, it's hit or miss. I haven gotten a lot of great stuff from this sale and sometimes, it's just so so. There is a standby line for Vuori but you better have a lot of time to wait around. Soo painful. The Olukai sales are not as bad. And it's hit or miss. Just depends on what you are looking for and want. Great to have this so close by.

Such incredible discounts and a great variety. They don’t have old collection clothes or stained ones, it’s great product! I’d go again any day and can’t wait for the next one. They’re so so worth it. It’s a large wearhouse and requires some digging but it’s all well organised by size. A huge thank you to the team of people who work there, they work so hard to keep everything clean and organised. Love alternative retail!!!

visited today as I usually selection to be limited and the prices quite high; better deals can often be found elsewhere. I ended up purchasing two polo shirts, for $165, regret not checking online for better offers before my visit.

The lady checking the ticket was in a super bad mood very unplesant and unwelcoming.thumbs up to the security guys that were the most polite and smiling .They advertise the event as premium luxury but by noon everything is PICKED CLEAN ( in the women section). Saw a few mcqueen ysl armani in the men section but in very limited sizes and amout . Its all sub brand thinks saks off , off rack type of stuff .higher than macys lower than neiman marcus . Its 80 off SUGGESTED retail price. No not everything is 80 off the bag were 65 off ( not mention in the ad very misleading), no you arent going through 60 000 items( also misleading ) they only put a small quantity on the floor the rest is in boxes behind curtains on the other side.they emphesize on "LUXURY" sorry but puma steve madden and yoox are far from " luxury".chloe was SEE BY CHLOE a sub cheapper lower quality brand of chloe , valentino was RED BY VALENTINO an other sub cheapper lower quality one. Dont be fooled by their EXTREMELY MISLEADING/ FALSE AD.its a carrot to get u at the door. The vast majority of the stuff out on the floor isnt " luxury" . Lot of clothes were DAMAGED and RIPPED . Make sure you inspect every piece of clothes prior purchasing up close . They usually start on thursday(and have the motherload of boxes in the back that they unpack either late at night after closing or early in the morning each day). The event is free to attend as long as you have ticket ( and those sell out fast) . Lot of people were walking out empty handed or with very few items . In the afternoon they had yoox steve madden type of shoes stuff u find at dsw/ aldo type of stuff . Not ultra luxury . Maybe for the few lucky one in the morning they are able to buy all the ultra premium ( as there is no limit on how many or how much u can buy per person ) . By the time i went no luxury purses belt or undies . I was expecting more as they make it sounds and seens like its all chloe prada balenciaga ysl miu miu jimmy chou and its NOT.Thats FALSE ADVERTISING. The designers names are nothing more than " carrots" to get u at the door , they have a few yes but thats not what 80 percent of their stock felt like... . They have a few to get people at the door but once sold out most is SUB BRAND NOT PREMIUM LUXURY. Unless you can be there on a thursday early morning best of luck finding anything " ultra luxury" . Drove all the way down to tustin for this event wont bother again . I rather shop at saks or neiman when they go on sale . The racks are hard to look through cuz they are PACKED. Its a huge mess . Irs not classified by designer but by size ( and by the afternoon all the sizes r mixed) there is only a few mirror 3 at the entrance one near the shoe / clothes section people fight for those . Not the most pleasant experience . Also note that if you use debit or credit you need your ID matching the card ( which is good and safe) .i talk to people while at the event. A lot of people said the same thing at the event " slim pick" or " was better last time" . HARD PASS for me from now on. This place is run poorly customer service is near inexistant . There are so many better sales / events in LA with better staff better products.

The day I visited was a sale of BEIS luggage products. I was sad that the luggage itself was all gone but I was very happy with prices of the assorted bags and backpacks. There were some products I had never seen up close before such as their pet carriers! Multiple shoppers had armfuls of items! The kind staff assisted people to find matching colors of specific styles and the check out crew was efficient and quick. I hope that the next time there is more pricing signage on the individual boxes, but what great sale overall. My new work bag is great!
