I had an incredibly awful experience at this café. I ordered two coffees in an absolutely empty space and watched as two baristas focused on everything but my order. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked for a refund, as it was clear they had no intention of making my coffee anytime soon. They refused to return my money and only then prepared the drinks.
When I finally sat down, just a couple of minutes after getting my coffee, they approached me and told me to leave because they didn’t want me there. They even claimed the café was now "closed"—clearly targeting me. When I asked to speak to the owner, the woman said she is the owner.
I strongly urge you to think twice before supporting this business. If they decide they don’t like you, they’ll send you away without a refund. No coffee is worth tolerating such disrespectful behavior from an owner.
For reference, I recorded the incident and will be filing a formal complaint.
