Here to hold a training for two days. The design is obviously thought through of its type, but too old fashioned and dark for me. no big deal. there could be more storage space in rooms. When asking about picking up the keys for the booked seminar room, I got the same answer three times at reception: ‘We no longer have the keys. The last customer has not returned them.’ As the hotels customer, I was kind of expecting a more solution oriented approach; I honestly am not bothered what happened to the key, and am only bothered about having a usable, lockable room for the booked time. Fingers crossed the hotel will resolve the issue more constructively tomorrow morning.

Design/lifestyle...but...room bit impractical e.i.: thin walls, bathroom lacking small shelf to put own soap and no exhaust fan, sticky hair dryer, coffee maker but no tea. Excellent breakfast. Clean

Will start w hotel earth friendly, clean, decor etc perfect. Complimentary breakfast the best ever had in hotels, quality menu items. Hotel owner please educate your staff that without guest you have no business and possible closing your doors. Cold welcome at front desk and not very helpful, dining staff hard working but tone of their voice toward me when I asked or needed guidance was like command . Hope you will consider my suggestion I have to say in overall had good experince. Meridian from Phoenix Arizona.

Nice hotel but not much happening around. Breakfast was ok. Maybe the Kitchen should have another waffle doigh recipe - much thinner consistency. We had the dinner buffet on our firet evening and it was really good. Not much variaties but the food is really good. |I actually wanted to book the hotel through their website. Sent them a mail but There’s was No reply. So We decided to book via booking.com. We called the hotel 2 days before asking about the massages and was told that they will Call us back as they have to check whether they Can get a masseur. No reply still until the day we checked in and again the same reply. Finally they got back to us and We requested for a sports massage and a relaxing massage which they jotted Down. No idea Why Both my husband and i got the same type massage which is relaxing -|More like feather-like touches kind of massage. Sauna rooms were great though.|No proper table or a mini bar in the room. A small bench that could only hold the size of a hand luggage and nothing bigger. |Would we come back here again? No. Not if We want a real wellness and spa hotel for a short getaway.|Parking is definitely not free as indicated on Tripadvisor. It doesn’t cost much, just 5 euro/day

I and my husband were really happy with the staff and services with this hotel. When it happened, we were really hopeless and couldn't find the replacement of last-minute place to stay in neumunster. And the one thing that we are sure about really good 👍 services is very nice and warm staff of the hotel. We're very stratified with this hotel hospitality. We are sure we will come back again ....😉😉😉

We loved this hotel! We stayed there twice. The perfect stopping off point on the way to/from Denmark to catch the ferry to Norway. The staff were super helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. And we ate in both restaurants in the evening. Good food and good service. We were travelling with our dog, and the hotel were super flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very nice but Neumünster just isn’t. Breakfast is great. Gustavs too.

Very nice hotel, great vibes. On the minus, the rooms are very small, no wardrobe for clothing or even a chair on which to put your clothes. The bedsheets were a polyester mix and not very soft. Breakfast was great but the tables often not wiped down or clean. Very friendly front desk.
