Altin Palace

My favourite hotel during my holiday in Moldova! The room was amazing!! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Loved the theme, which was 'pink'. The room had three separate beds for me and my friends, and also a TV with YouTube (to watch bowling videos). The owners were such lovely people Only a 10-minute walk to the restaurants in the city

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Altin Palace in Comrat, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of the hotel was the fully stocked mini-fridge, which had an excellent variety of items to choose from. It was great to have everything I needed right in my room. Additionally, the hotel is undoubtedly the best in town, with all the necessary amenities to make my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. To top it all off, the best restaurant in town is located right downstairs from the hotel. It was incredibly convenient to have access to delicious food just a few steps away from my room. The food was fantastic, and the staff at the restaurant were also friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend the Altin Palace to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Comrat. The staff, cleanliness, amenities, and on-site dining options make it the perfect choice for any traveler."

Not the best value for money at over $50 USD per night but given that it's one of the only hotels in Comrat, the other options seemed much worse. The room was clean enough, the cleaners weren't the nicest when they banged on my door in the morning. Given that I don't speak Russian, Romanian or Gagauz, it's hard to complain though because of the language barrier. All in all, 3/5.

Lovely hotels and restaurant. The rooms are large and immaculately clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. Being set back from the main road means that the rooms a very quiet while still being in a great location, just a short walk to Central Comrat. Our dogs and us were made feel very welcome. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are all different- we had 12 staying so got to see many of the rooms- all unique and a bit of fun. Rooms were spacious and clean. Warm bedding provided. Service was a little lacking.... but it adds to the charm of the place! Nice outdoor seating area to relax or have a drink. wifi intermittent! Breakfast menu was good... ||||Room 201 is a corner suite with two beds, smallest room of our group, 202 had three very pink beds and interesting artworks, 203/204 were double rooms darkly decorated. Saw a few rooms downstairs too- all different. Beds were very comfy and room had air conditioning too.||||Walking distance to everything- Andy's Pizza was good, supermarket nearby is great- does currency exchange too!

Stopped through and had one of the rooms on the second floor - all the rooms are very unique and interesting, beds were comfortable and the room we had was very spacious. Food in the restaurant was ok, all very affordable. Outdoor area is lovely to have a drink. Bathroom facilities were also very good and clean. Would definitely stay again - only difficulty with our room was the air con wasn’t the best and had eastern facing windows, but not a deal breaker.

I was given a room with no windows and no A/C. The shower and sink drains barely functioned so showering went in stages as not to flood the bathroom. One other hotel guest looked at my room and said it was horrible. From this I assume that there are nicer rooms in the hotel. The manager, knowing I was a cyclist, asked where I was from before showing me the room and telling me the price. I definitely feel ripped off since the price on their website does not reflect what I was told. ||||I was less than impressed with the majority of the staff for many reasons. Atleast there were two staff members who were professional, friendly and cheerful. ||||The restaurant is good and the outdoor terrace is beautiful.||||I will not stay here again.
