Excellent! If you want something cozy and comfortable, nearby to train station and literally next door to Bellas Artes Museum, the hotel offers complementary breakfast. The neighborhood is beautiful with coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Super great hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The reception desk is open 24hours to assist. Room 25 was well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom here is not built for modesty but is stylish and functional with a great waterfall shower head.

We booked two nights at Altiplanico Bellas Artes, after having a wonderful stay at the Altiplanico in Puerto Natales. Our stay at Bellas Artes, unfortunately, was somewhat disappointing. We booked what they call a “suite,” which was essentially a large traditional hotel room with a bathtub randomly placed in the middle of it. The design as a whole prioritized aesthetics over functionality and simply didn’t make sense. For example, there was a rainfall shower head that didn’t work, both because it seemingly wasn’t connected to the plumbing and would flood the bathroom if it turned on. Oddest of all was that there was an advertisement and menu for Papa John’s in the room. It felt like something that belonged in a “by the hour” roadside motel, not an upscale hotel suite. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special and the staff seemed disinterested in providing a memorable stay for guests. An exception is the man who greeted us when we checked in very late after a flight delay. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. The pillows were also very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and in a good location, but I imagine there are better places out there in the same price category that would provide a better experience.

This is just not a good hotel on a number of levels. Most of the interior, especially in the rooms is really amortised, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Hotel was super loud throughout the night as you can hear any footsteps or conversation in the corridors as if they were happening right next to you. The girls at reception looked and acted like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world but there. We also went down for breakfast at 10am (breakfast was until 10.45am) but there was practically nothing left (no coffee and very little food), and basically nothing was replenished for the 15 minutes we spent there. I would expect a lot more for the USD 94 we paid (per night), and I am sure there are many better and/or cheaper options.

Beautiful boutique hotel right across from the fine arts museum, with restaurants, coffee shops, trails and parks all within a few blocks. Super helpful, friendly, and kind staff. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, nice shower, and healthy and fresh breakfast included. Will def stay here if I’m back in Santiago

No-frills hotel in a great location. A few caveats: the elevator has been out of commission for months (see other reviews) so this is not accessible-friendly for elderly, stroller-carrying or mobility impaired visitors. Our shower was nonfunctional and the room’s lock didn’t work either. Front desk staff were friendly but indifferent to either problem. Breakfast was decent given hotel size. Location is pretty great. 24-hour front desk service.
