Altius Boutique Hotel

Those people are nice till they take your money, then, they don't care if your acomdation is ok or not, I talk with the menage that the receptionist sent me to, and he was pretending that he's just a simple worker and couldn't help with the complaint. How you can see in many reviews, the place is very noisy, nothing like the pictures on booking or website, and quite expensive for the quality they offer . I really don't recommend this place

Highly recomend this boutique hotel. I stayed for one night, it was perfect. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning, with good location! Breakfast was great, I will 100% return again!

Nicosia is not the world's prettiest capital,but this hotel is a decent choice.A good 15m hike from the main bus stop or 20m from the crossing into Turkish Lefkoṣa.Good room too. Cleaning staff very helpful,2 wonderful ladies,they also attend the yummy buffet breakfast.I had a very unpleasant incident with one of the reception staff,a cheeky,rude young guy.The problem is the manager who allows staff to behave this way,including insults over the messaging system.

Booked to stay 6-14 May|I would not recommend this hotel. It is very dated and basic. The air conditioning was not working properly, our safe didn’t lock and the fridge wasn’t working. Of all these faults reported to staff only the fridge was fixed. We left four days early to go to a hotel with working air conditioning.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The owner is shockingly rude and has no idea how to treat guests with basic respect. Instead of hospitality, you get attitude and hostility. The hotel itself is overrated and not worth the price. The rooms are nothing like the pictures—outdated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. The so-called “amenities” are a joke, and good luck sleeping with the thin walls and constant noise. Honestly, there are way better places to stay for the same price (or less). Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

Never seen a hotel before with only 4 parking spaces!!! Our company booked me a stay for a night on my request, and the receptionist refused to provide me with an in invoice and receipt when checking out!!! The coffee served for breakfast is of quality never served even in the lowest quality coffee shops!!!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to the city centre, but still only 5 cars can park at their property?! Moreover, the cleaning and reception staff was great, even during the late night hours! What comes to the breakfast though… Staff was constantly watching the customers clean the tables that they should clean, unbothered. They did not refill anything that they were running out of, or put any effort into serving people that were looking for a clean table to seat, in order to “enjoy” the terribly dry bread and the cold bacon…. Overall a decent experience but they should upgrade quite a lot both the breakfast as well as the service there!

I was a bit nervous about Altius, having read some critical reviews but I spent six nights there, and it was fine! The price was good, I felt safe and secure in my room which was clean and well-appointed, and the staff were helpful. Wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast wasn't fancy but it had enough options for me. There are two pharmacists and two restaurants within 60 seconds walking distance, plus a small minimart. It took about 20 minutes to walk into the old town. I would stay again.
