Alto Fairfield Metro

I enjoyed living here and feel sad that I have to move out to another state due to the job change. The apartment complex is very new and has spacious covered garage. It is just one minute walk to the Fairfield BlackRock train station, and it has express train to Grand Central, Manhattan. You can also find daycare for both dogs and kids downstairs. The property manager Zach is extremely professional and nice. He really hears the needs of tenants, and speak for us.

Alto is a GREAT place to live - very close to Fairfield restaurants, the train, Whole foods literally around the corner. There is an Amazon Hub and mailbox system so receiving packages is a breeze - maintenance and trash extremely convenient - use of the garage feels secure and easy. The units are elevated - most places have a really great view with lots of window space. The gym downstairs has everything you need and is never overcrowded. Tess and Zach are always friendly and eager to help at the front desk when needed. I'd recommend anyone to reach out and schedule a tour - they go quick!

I LOVED living here. I’m sad to be leaving. Finally purchased a house and will miss it here. Staff and neighbors were all super nice and location is perfect! The buildings amenities were always in great condition and using the gym or anything was never a problem. If there was ever a maintenance problem (which only had a problem once with a drawer), they were fast and fixed the issue. I couldn’t tell they were even in my apartment.

How a property responds to service needs can be as important to the experience as amenities. We had (to us a relatively minor) issue with flooring. The maintenance team responded quickly, showed up as scheduled, completed the job perfectly (not so minor), expertly and quicker than expected. The finished work was undetectable from existing - all looks like new. Very respectful as well.

Absolutely incredible experience we had living at Alto Fairfield Metro, would highly recommend! Amazing community, extremely dog friendly, and the actual apartments and facilities are wonderful. However, the best part of our time here was the top class staff. Zach Bayles made our time here exceptional. He stayed on site hours after he was supposed to go home in order to give us our keys because we were stuck in traffic moving from another state. This type of treatment continued for our entire tenure renting here. Marcus Walker was also a stand out employee day in and day out. The entire staff really went above and beyond for all tenants. Highly recommend!

Overall, I had a pleasant experience living at the Alto Fairfield Metro. The location is perfect. Different restaurant options and the train station is right behind the building. The staff knew who I was even though we had very limited interactions which I thought was impressive that they take the time to remember their tenants. I would definitely recommend.

The Alto was such a great place to live! My boyfriend and I had to move out at the end of our lease for a few reasons but none of them were because of the Alto in any way, shape, or form. We loved living here so much and the staff were always readily available for us at any time. Maintenance requests were completed on the day we would make an inquiry and if we ever called down to the office, the leasing office was quick to call us back. We miss living here so much as it truly is such a great spot but we wanted to drop in and write a review for anyone who is considering living here. Also a quick note, Zach who is the head of the leasing office, went truly above and beyond with our move out process and we cannot thank him for working with us. Such a great building and even greater people to work with!

I had a very good experience with Maintenance Supervisor Danny D ( Diaz) at the end of September. Someone noticed at about 9:15 pm on a Saturday evening that the door to Residence area 2 A was locked and not working properly. I told them I would relay the message to the emergency maintenance line which I did. A few minutes later , I received a return phone call from Danny D , and explained the problem to him . Early the next morning, which was a Sunday, he was on the property and began the process of repairing the door. His quick response and efficient follow up is much appreciated.
