Unreliable delivery service. I was on my last box for one of my IVF medications so I placed a new order and scheduled it for next day delivery, but the delivery was canceled the same day — an hour after the driver picked it up from the pharmacy. There was no tracking provided for this delivery and no phone calls were made to the contact number that was provided upon arrival. I also checked my security cam footage and there were no attempts to deliver the package. When I called Alto, they said they’d look into what had happened and contact me, but I didn’t receive any phone calls from them. I resorted to picking up the medication in person and when I explained what had happened to the Alto representative, he said “It’s a driver issue. There are no notes or status updates from the driver except that he was sending it back to the pharmacy. Looks like he didn’t want to deliver the package.” This is simply horrible customer service and I’m shocked by the lack of accountability from Alto.
