I just toured this STUNNING apartment community and was blown away! Heidi, my leasing tour guide, was warm, friendly, and oh so helpful! She didn't pressure in any way, but I was ready to sign on the dotted line by the end! The amenities, the wonderful SMELL, the views, the cleanliness, the building's peace and quiet...all set this property apart from the others I've toured! Highly recommend stopping in for a tour!

I moved in last weekend and have had the most wonderful experience from touring and applying to moving in. I worked with Heidy for most of my process and she is absolutely fantastic! The communication of the staff here is great and I had all my questions answered in a timely manner. The apartment was spotless on move in day and clearly very well taken care of. The building is clean, quiet and feels very safe. I am loving my new apartment and highly recommend checking out this building!

I've lived here for two years and I just renewed for a third year. The building, staff, gym and roof top balcony are all fantastic. It's settled between multiple different neighborhoods that are all easy walks. If you can swing it the fourth and fifth floors are the best, the views are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Alton Jefferson Park is the best place to call home! Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors/community, and AMAZING staff, even before move-in! Amenities are well kept, garage always feels safe, and apartments are updated and spacious. I would give 6/5 stars if I could :)

I lived here for 2 years and I highly recommend, it's a great place to live. The staff is incredible, they are kind and always very helpful. Though we had very few maintenance issues, every interaction with them was seamless, maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The units themselves are nice, good quality. I loved the big windows with great natural. The units are quiet. The one and only downside to living here is out of the building's hands, the park across the street is often unusable due to the high schoolers littering, breaking glass, etc.

I lived at the Alton for 2.5 years and it was such a pleasant place to live. The location is close to the west highands/lohi neighborhood and was less than 2 miles from downtown. The rooftop has beautiful city + mountain views and is right next to a park. The property management was great (thank you Tenci and team!) and very responsive to any maintenance requests. I moved to try out a new neighborhood with my partner or I would have stayed at the Alton longer!

I moved in recently and everyone at Alton has been great throughout the process, especially the property manager, Tenci. I had some challenges with the movers, totally separate from the building, but Tenci still stepped in to help and resolve the issue. Her help was so appreciated. She really goes out of her way to ensure the residents feel taken care of. The maintenance team is also very responsive, and their after hours response is prompt. The complex is great but it's the staff that really sets this place apart!

AJP is a lovely place to call home! The amenities are fantastic, everything is always clean and in good condition, the neighbors are so nice (but not nosey), and the units are spacious and updated. Beyond anything else, the management is spectacular! They go out of their way to make you feel taken care of and they go above and beyond for their residents. Highly recommend!
