I cannot recommend Alton enough. I had to move out in September due to needing to move back to Florida to be with family but I would have stayed there forever if I was in Denver. The leasing office, maintenance, amenities, location, and unit itself was 10/10. They have a way of making you feel a part of a community. I miss walking to the highland square farmers market on Sundays or over to Nurture to work during the week. One of the reasons I chose Alton was of course the location but the options they had for studios. To have basically a 1 bedroom apt with studio pricing is something I wasn’t able to find anywhere else!

I just toured this STUNNING apartment community and was blown away! Heidi, my leasing tour guide, was warm, friendly, and oh so helpful! She didn't pressure in any way, but I was ready to sign on the dotted line by the end! The amenities, the wonderful SMELL, the views, the cleanliness, the building's peace and quiet...all set this property apart from the others I've toured! Highly recommend stopping in for a tour!

Friendly and helpful staff. They're always organizing community events, such as pumpkin painting and trick or treating for Halloween and a pot luck for Thanksgiving. Good location, close to a bunch of restaurants and other stuff. I think the building is from 2021-ish, so it feels newer with modern amenities. Maintenance guy is super chill and cool.

I moved in last weekend and have had the most wonderful experience from touring and applying to moving in. I worked with Heidy for most of my process and she is absolutely fantastic! The communication of the staff here is great and I had all my questions answered in a timely manner. The apartment was spotless on move in day and clearly very well taken care of. The building is clean, quiet and feels very safe. I am loving my new apartment and highly recommend checking out this building!

I've lived here for two years and I just renewed for a third year. The building, staff, gym and roof top balcony are all fantastic. It's settled between multiple different neighborhoods that are all easy walks. If you can swing it the fourth and fifth floors are the best, the views are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Alton Jefferson Park is the best place to call home! Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors/community, and AMAZING staff, even before move-in! Amenities are well kept, garage always feels safe, and apartments are updated and spacious. I would give 6/5 stars if I could :)

Tenci, Jemma and Heidy are awesome the ladies helped answered my questions, displayed professionalism and made it easy when deciding on an apartment. I was greeted with smiles. Very knowledgeable give these ladies a raise. The complex is beautiful, clean and a great vibe. Residents se very happy and location is a great spot close to downtown, great restaurants and shopping.
