Good location on the edge of old town, only 350m to the christmas market if coming in December. Very limited parking at hotel but public parking close by. Roads around the hotel are 1 way Hotel split over 2 buildings so you may have to walk 15m outside. Restaurant is in 2nd ( ie non reception) building. Staff Very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Lift in 2nd building. Good breakfast, nice choice of hot & cold. Restaurant has good lunch/ evening menu including a vegan option. Food excellent. Downstairs in 2nd building is a beer Keller. They brew their own beer and it is very good.

The location is in the town centre, which is practical if you have things to do there. The staff is polite and speaks English. Very nice breakfast. Parking: garage under the hotel. Large and clean rooms. There is bad noise insulation. You will hear cars passing by and people taøking in the street. Our room was facing a popular Pub. It was saturday evening and we could hear them partying. We got 2 rooms. One of them had a very little double bed. My boy is 176 and had to lay diagonal. The other room had three good sized single beds, and the other there of us was happy there. All in all a nice stay. If you are not so picky about the noise, which was not really a problem, you will love the hotel.

Location is in the best in Fulda, come out of the Hotel walk 100 meters straight your in the city, take a left walk 100 meters your in the old part of the city. Service, really cannot say anything about it , just need to pick up my key. Was running about 15 min. Late for check in and they called, did not like that to much. My room was a little higher standards, what can be expected from a 3 star hotel. Overall experience good.

Great location in the old city. We had a family room which was very spacious and had a large sitting room. Breakfast was busy but the staff was nevertheless very helpful, happy to go the extra mile and make a hot chocolate for my kids. Minibar in our room was free and it had a coffee machine as well.

We stopped in this boutique hotel as a stop on our road trip journey and didn’t know what to expect. We were very gladly surprised ! Staff was very helpful and the room was very spacious, and the location of the hotel in this charming little city is perfect. We had a lovely breakfast with local products, and a little walk in the city before going back on the road. And the price is very reasonable compared to the big cities we stayed. A very few small downsides : the access to the underground car park is a bit diy and tricky when you arrive at night when there is no reception. Also the minibar was empty and restaurant / bar closes very early. Everything was explained to us, but we still needed 30mins to figure it out. Also the hotel told us the special procedure for night checkin so we could arrange our dinner on the road.

Very nice hotel with a good location. The room was spacious and clean, but not perfectly clean. The rooms don’t really isolate the sound, and I was able to hear the people next to me. Half of the channels on the TV doesn’t work.

the lobby to the room is extremely clean and tidy, staffs are very friendly, complimentary beverages are available in room and lobby. the bed is very comfortable. the location is just in the town center. plenty selections of for complimentary breakfast.

Stayed in one of the comfort rooms which are in the dependance of the hotel and were recently renovated. Very stylish, practical. Loved it. Located close to train station and in the middle of pedestrian area. High money value.

Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung Ihrer Mitarbeiterin Anja Weitzel: freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Die Ambientezimmer sind gemuetlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist toll. Die laengere Treppen zur 4. Etage ist mit schwerem Gepaeck gerade so zu erreichen. Den Fernseher finde ich bei der Groesse des Zimmers uebertrieben, macht sich zudem bei der Bildqualitaet bemerkbar. Zimmer sind hellhoerig, was sehr schade ist. Sauberkeit ist gut braune Algen u. a. breitet sich langsam aus. Der Luftabzug ist recht verstaubt. Das Fruehstueck im Brauhaus war ok gleichbleibende Qualitaet sieht etwas anders aus. Das Fruehstueck wird bis 10:00/ 10:30 serviert, so ist es bedauerlich, wenn man zu den spaeteren Gaesten gehoert und dieses abgefuttert vorfindet. Die Deko am Bueffet vermissten wir gaenzlich. Und Obst aus der Dose finde ich generell unpassend. Am Sonntag erwartete man einen Bus zum Mittagstisch. Die Vorbereitungen waren im vollen Gange: recht lautes Klimpern mit Besteck und Klappern mit Geschirr. Eine ungemuetliche Stimmung, gepaart mit Hektik machte sich breit sehr sehr schade.
