Wonderful concert featuring Matt Harding last night, 17 June 2023. It was the 10th anniversary celebration of Club 44. The ambience was incredible. Matt and the band played some fabulous folksy blues music, most of which were Matt’s original compositions. The place was packed and swinging with the soulful music. Memorable experience and very lucky to have been part of this.

Small space, the right one for the inspiring Jazz-fusion it is played here. If you are in San Sebastian (or Donostia..) you have to stop by and enjoy Free entry (May17 time now) and friendly and dancing staff

Wasn’t the best experience of my life. Ordered an old fashioned but got whiskey on the rocks, not totally complaining as it was delicious! I understand cocktails may not be the specialty. Really cool vibes and could understand how good it would be with live music - unfortunately it wasn’t very clear when there would be live music or not.

A venue with potential. Music was enjoyable enough but not exceptional. Paid to enter and drinks were overpriced (two drinks for over €25) . Maybe worth it if you stick to tap water within.

The concert was good and the place itself is designed well for small concerts. We had a service problem as they charged us 1.5 euros on top of each drink (beer for 2 /2.5) however did not think of mentioning it at any time. After we asked for the bill, the worker just told us a number, when I asked for the ticket she said there was a problem and there wasn't a ticket, when we asked to explain the prices she did not sum it up properly. Eventually she showed us a small sign that says something in Spanish and has 1.5 euros and said they charge it in concerts. No problem paying for music but have a common sense and explain it.

This cosy bar offers great music, talented live musicians and a varied drinks selection. We visited this bar while looking for a relaxed ending to our night and it did not dissapoint. As a tourist, I felt welcomed by staff and settled quickly into the relaxed atmosphere of the locale. Highly recommended
