Lovely little hotel in the centre of Valladolid literally 5 minutes to the main square with all its restaurants and bars. Secure parking via a narrow garage into a lift and down under the hotel. This seems fairly standard in Spanish city hotels. We have a Cherokee jeep so it was a little challenging but we did it! |There is no restaurant and the breakfast looked underwhelming, we went to the square instead.|Room is comfortable and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel is not expensive.|Negatives:|1. No bottled water in the room|2. No safe|3. No tissues||Positives :|1. Inexpensive|2. Great location|3. Parking|

This hotel is inexpensive to stay. However was a little hard to find when in a car and in the dark, as I think it's the only hotel that you can't drive to the front, as its pedestrian only. But once found staff very welcoming. Lovely room, but no water and no way of making a coffee or tea. But it's only minutes from the square and you can buy what ever you need.

Very centrally located This hotel lacks normal facilities associated with a 4 star hotel. Finding it was a challenge and then finding the parking an even greater one! Parking is very limited in size and space and is really only suitable for small cars. We booked a junior suite which was reasonably priced and spacious and nice. Wifi was fine but little things like no coffee/tea making facilities and lack of toiletries were a disappointment. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Biggest advantage is its location.

I only stayed here for one night whilst travelling. Parking wasn't a problem for me as I left my motorcycle in a bay on a public street. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, my room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. The only downside was the breakfast. Choice was very limited (pastries, fruit and not much more). I had a croissant, glass of orange juice and a coffee - ! was charged €4.50 for it! There only seems to be one member of staff on in the mornings, the poor guy was running around serving breakfasts, checking people out etc. but he done it all very cheerfully. For what I paid for the room it wasn't that bad.

We had a great stay here, it is v quiet and they do not do food, but the guy on reception could not do enough. He opened up the bar for us, he fetched extra towels, had recommendations for eating out, helped us with the secure parking for our motorbikes. Nothing was beyond him and he was very cheery. The room was spacious, luxurious and we slept well.

A swish LOOKING, ideally placed, central, and reasonably priced hotel, but upon arrival the dining room/bar were in darkness and obviously not open for business in the early afternoon. ||The receptionist was a friendly and helpful chap.||The parking was very secure for our three motorcycles and accessed via a vehicle lift at the rear of the hotel.||My room (single) was of ample size, well furnished and clean. ||The bathroom was also clean and well appointed.||The bar in the evening was still in darkness and did not appear open for business. A visit to what may be a sister hotel around the corner, "The Mozart" refused to serve us ushering us brusquely away at 11pm when we took seats at a table.||In the morning it became apparent that the Amadeus receptionist previously mentioned, was also responsible for providing what appeared to be very limited fayre for breakfast and as a result was having to rush about to see to guests at the reception desk.||Whilst the fabric of the hotel was excellent the, certain aspects of the hotel management ethos could not be described as such, certainly not what I recognise as 4*. The hotel appeared to be run by the very hard work of the minimal staff. (One on duty receptionist and two cleaners)

The location of the hotel is good because just a two step to reach the main square. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is nice enough. There is a possibility to have a breakfast, but the offer is poor... so I really don't recommend it. (At the and when we saw what they call breakfast we changed our mind and we went out to have it.) |If you would like to have a good located hotel with basics this is your place.

Centrally located and reasonable value. Classic style but quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel quite small but the room is a good size. Comes with a DVD player as alternative to local nightlife. Close to Plaza Mayor. Also a Carrefour supermarket at the end of the street.
