Amaguk Hotel

I was assigned to go to Hopedale Labrador for a work trip for a week . Reservations were made for at the Amaguk Hotel. While being nervous and new to the northern town , I was extremely pleased with the people , the beauty of the little town and the amazing hospitality at the Amaguk Inn . The staff will go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay and feel at home . Anna at the restaurant was amazing ! Ask her to try the Labrador Tea ! Amazing ! What really stood out was the atmosphere — relaxed yet refined, with a sense of calm that makes you instantly unwind. Whether you’re here for a quiet getaway or a base to explore the area, this hotel is a gem. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Northern escape! Thank you so much ! Corrina

My husband and I and our two friends had an amazing time at the Amaguk Inn! The views were so beautiful and the staff and local people made it feel like home. The hotel manager and his wife are very experienced in the field of hospitality and have created a delicious drink/food/dessert menu. The staff was also very friendly. We’ve enjoyed our stay so much. Coming to Hopedale was an experience we will never forget. We will cherish all of it! Thank you so much!!

This is a special place. I had a short visit to Hopedale and the Amaguk hotel, but I will remeber the conversations, people, and the hospitality I experienced while there. The hotel bed is comfortable, and the sun room is warm ☀️ just like the soup (which I had twice). A kind employee of the Amaguk hotel gifted me a locally forged berry tea, which was a kind and thoughtful gift. The cherry on top was definitely the wolf theme 🐺 I truly hope I get to visit again (and have another bowl of soup 🍲)!

One of the most amazing experience I have ever had . The staff go beyond and above for you . Mo and Anna made my 11 days there , a home away from home . I ate about 6 times at the restaurant and was never disappointed . Highly recommend the pan Fried Cod . I can’t wait to return to visit my hopedale family . This is how you will feel after leaving This hotel . Everyone should experience what I experienced .

Beautiful spot with a beautiful view. It's nice to be back. The service is great. The rooms are spotless. The tough thing was loud banging like doors slamming after 11pm.

I love this place, it became my home away for home for 3 weeks. I had a perfect room that looked right over the ocean! Just beautiful. However, the best part of my stay was the staff, everyone was very friendly it really made our stay feel special. The resturaunt is very good as well. I miss this place already!

One of the nicest hotels I've been to in Canada's North. Rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. Service is beyond compare, the staff are fantastic.
