I guess we set our hopes too high on this Italian joint. We were seated in the back past the pizza oven, which was a mistake if we wanted fresh air. The service was good, and we really enjoyed the toasted garlic bread that was brought before the meal service. The fettuccine arrabiata had a good flavor, and the pasta was al dente as it should be. The star of the show should have been the pizza, but it took a night off. We ordered the pizza diavola, but we were disappointed. While the pizza oven held promise, the flat, tasteless crust that emerged was underwhelming. There was no leoparding on the crust as there should have been. The cheese and sauce was scant. And while diavola should be the "devil's" pizza, it was served with angelic gloves. The pepperoni and allegedly spicy salami were merely bologna in disguise. I realize they had brought red pepper flakes to the table, but we are not to prepare our own spicy pizza diavola, it should present itself on its own legs. Would we eat here again? No.

My girl and I went here looking for something tasty to eat, we checked the reviews and photos and seemed to be a perfect place and we were not far from our expectations. The place is a little small but cosy, and the best here is pizza without fail, it is napolitana style, that means dough is thin and crispy and what surprises us was its acid taste just like the ones you can eat in Naples, the pasta was overcooked but just a little bit, the service was fast and the staff was super friendly.

My little Place I could be a fan of this place. Starting for the super kind and delightful service from Miriam to the delicious dishes they serve. A nice place specially in the back of the restaurant with this cozy atmosphere and the variety of delicious food. A must while in downtown Puebla.

This place is suggested by the Lonely Planet as a place to go to. We ordered two pizzas, one Diavola 155 MCN and one Crudo 250 MXN. The music was very loud and annoying. The Diavola Pizza was good, the Crudo was super dry and needed a lot of red to flush down. Unfortunately the service was not friendly and seemed not interested. No smile at all. What a pity... And actually too expensive for what you get.

We were two ladies, had a table by the window. Nice staff. The pizza is 35cm in diameter and they let us have two different types on one pizza dough! …. And the lady spoke English and had an Aspirin for us !!! So kind!

Every time I'm in Puebla I take the chance to dine in this place, always a good experience, food prepared and presented really nice, great service... pricing is average. All in all, a great place to eat an Italian meal (Pasta+Pizza+Wine)...

Excellent service and a nice atmosphere. The amatraciana lacked a requisite element: picante. It tasted like sugar was added to the recipe. I was told that Poblanos are not so into spicy foods. (Maybe that's why their mole is sweeter than that of Oaxaca.) Good portion. Reasonable prices for an El Centro location.

sorry but we did not like the pizza at all. we had hawaiana and capricciosa and they kind of tasted the same: there is a lot of ham in both, and the other ingredients have just no flavor. could not really taste the tomato, and could not tell the difference between the mushrooms and the artichokes. the service was very good though, our waiter treated us very well.

Yelp
Really great pizza with a super thin crust. Getting kind of tired of Mexican food we went for pizza. The service was very good. The pizza didn't take much time to come out.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing. The best pasta Arrabbiata I have ever had. Highly recommend the pizza crust was so delicious and the toppings didn't make it soggy at all. Love love love

Yelp
Bennisimo!!! Excellent Pizza and desserts and the staff is super helpful as well as the owner who stops by every table asking everybody how they are doing. Definitely going again during my business trip here in Puebla.
