Review Can confirm it is indeed a luxury hotel. There is a review here saying “walls are crumbling” and that things are “outdated”. TV, maybe it’s outdated. But you don’t come here for the TV. Think they mainly speak of no USB outlets next to bed, which is of no concern. In fact, that’s better as you know for sure nobody can hack into your phone. Not sure how you could give this hotel one star, unless you’re a Karen. Far enough away from city center to give you peace, but close enough that it’s a 15-20 minute drive to go for the day or dinner if you like. We had what I would call the base room. It was quite splendid. Personal pool. Two sinks. Great view. Fireplace for the night time. A camera to see who’s ringing your door (not kidding). Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very peaceful and lovely place. Recommendation to Aman: compete with Four Seasons to customize the guest’s bed however they like it. Firm or soft mattress topper. Firm or soft pillows. Relatively easy to add in to the experience at little cost but would pay off in guest experience. Recommendation to guest: at least once have a wood oven fired pizza, either at pool or the seating next to golf course is lovely. The pizza is absolutely delicious! The dough is light, and comes out with the perfect amount of charcoal. The sauce made me so happy, I could’ve cried. Would include explicit words to describe how good this pizza is, but this review is public. Spa massage was great. Usually I tell the masseuse to use light pressure and it’s still too hard. Masseuse was fantastic and very nice. Also nice facility, would’ve loved to chill at the hot tub and sauna after but the wife and I were pressed for time. Would recommend the spa! The service was fantastic. Couldn’t say enough good things about the employees, they were very kind to us, even though Trump is making a terrible name for Americans worldwide :) Dinner at the Moroccan was great. Splendid large room. Great mood lighting. Great atmosphere. Lovely, and lovely music. Enjoyed our chat with the manager at the time. Won’t give away where his accent is from but he was very genial when I wanted to guess his background. If you’re looking at cost vs worth for this hotel: worth it in the winter. Can’t imagine how hot it is in the summer. We went in February and, though it may have been a little cool in morning and night, for this northerner I think that’s perfect.

Two night stay with children at Amanjena! Our every expectation was exceeded at this hotel. The architecture, decor, rooms and environment were inspiring. It is very peaceful and we were made to feel very very welcome. Every individual need is catered for. Our room was just perfect. Things that stood out were the child size robes and slippers provided for my 5 year old. We were met with this attention to detail in all aspects of our stay. Thank you for having us and we would love to return!

The most beautiful hotel. Perfectly peaceful and gorgeous architecture that aligns with the city of Marrakesh. The service, food and amenities here are impeccable. Would love to come back another time.

They are in all details from check in receiving us with some refreshments to departure and loading our car with fresh water for the next of our journey. The live music at the restaurant was the best melodies I heard in my entire trip in Morocco. Loved it in every aspect.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place!! The architecture is beyond this world! We fell i love the whole property. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and always ready to help. This place is a slice of heaven, truly can’t wait to come back.

This was our second Aman experience and they just keep getting better.||||Amanjena is a true haven in Marrakech - from the minute we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with the most incredible level of service and attentiveness.||||Matthias and all of the staff truly went above and beyond on a daily basis - we were away for my husband's 30th birthday and they arranged a room upgrade, organised a beautiful cake and made sure everyone wished him a happy birthday on the actual day, from reception staff to waiters, everyone we walked past knew - it's these touches that made our stay exceptional.||||We stayed in a Pavillion Piscine room which was beautiful - just as incredible as the grounds it sits within. Everywhere you turn is the most picturesque, pristine corner - it's like stepping into a Wes Anderson film set.||||A truly breathtaking stay in a world-class hotel.

Stunning resort. Other worldly beautiful design. Exceptional service. The arrival process was smooth as silk. The Morocco restaurant is a must visit for dinner. Overall 9.9/10, would definitely come back.

just want to post a review to shout out matt who is a fantastic resource and hotel manager. aniis — who was our server for breakfast every day — was a delight as well. the hotel is really a 4.5 out of 5 because there are some small ways it feels contrived for the price point and the hype of aman luxury. however, most aspects of the stay were just fabulous and I can’t recommend enough.
