We stayed at the Amara Hotel in Cyprus for 5 nights on our mini moon and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely looked after.||Our room was gorgeous – spotless, modern, and with the most amazing views. Getting a complimentary upgrade was such a lovely surprise and made our stay feel even more special.||The pool area was beautiful and so peaceful, exactly what we wanted after the wedding chaos. The food was another highlight. Every restaurant we tried was brilliant, but Beef Bar was our absolute favourite. It was so good that we went back a second time during our stay.||What really made the trip unforgettable though were the people, especially Maya and Elio. From the second we met Maya, she felt like family. She welcomed us so warmly and took care of absolutely everything, from showing us to our room to organising all our restaurant bookings. She always checked in with us and genuinely made us feel so special. Nothing ever felt like standard hotel service with her – it was more like having a friend making sure we were having the best time.||Elio by the pool was just as incredible. He always seemed to know what we needed before we even asked, whether it was towels, drinks, or just making sure we were comfortable. He was constantly busy but still found the time to stop and chat, and he had such a kind and easygoing way about him. Our days by the pool wouldn’t have been the same without him.||We couldn’t have asked for a better place, or better people, to celebrate such a special occasion. The Amara really is something special and we’d go back in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Amara in Cyprus. The hotel is incredibly tasteful with excellent decor and contemporary art. The rooms and amenities are well designed and exceptionally comfortable. The only match for the splendor of the hotel is the excellence of the staff. The Hotel Manager, Maria, who welcomed us on day one, was elegant and professional throughout or stay. Julianna, the concierge, was simply lovely and exceedingly knowledgeable about the whole island and provided us with brilliant recommendations on multiple occasions that kept my family of four entertained for several day trips. ||We will most certainly be returning to Amara in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Amara Hotel. The beach is beautiful and just steps away, and the rooms are elegant with stunning sea views. The adult pool area was a highlight—peaceful, clean, and perfect for unwinding. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a huge variety, all fresh and delicious. Service was consistently excellent, and the whole atmosphere felt both luxurious and welcoming. Perfect for a relaxing and stylish family getaway. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel and overall such nice people. From the reception to the spa ladies and the manager. Very kind people and a luxurious hotel with prices that are worth the experience. The beach is so nice and clear, the pools are the perfect temperature, and the hotels bring u the best food. This is a really nice place to stay at and the people make u feel loved by giving sweet gifts such as jello, lollipops etc. The drinks manager I believe is really talented and kind, we saw his implication at the hotel daily. Just a PS: Once u book a spa treatment, u get acces to more facilities than u do at the indoor pool. But since the spa is busy, not many people get to experience them. It would be nice to be able to pay for the facilities at the spa place, such as the salt pool.

I booked for two weeks with my children’s it’s the worth hotel I saw in my life. First of all all Jewish people are not welcome at all. Second In room 7032, located next to my daughters’ room, a man inside attempted to frighten my daughters who had just come out of the shower. He leaned his head over from the adjoining balcony – which is private property – and, furthermore, he was completely naked. He also walked nude in the hotel corridors. My daughters are now terrified and in tears, unable to recover from this traumatic experience. What is even more shocking is that the Amara hotel Limassol facilitated this situation. Instead of protecting my children’s , the staff prohibited my daughters from going out onto their own balcony, as if they were imprisoned, merely because their presence disturbed this individual. I requested several times that the police be called, but your security officer refused and told me “tomorrow.” This is completely unacceptable. The management chose to confine my children instead of ensuring their safety like in jail. This demonstrates a profound failure in the duty of care. I will take every possible legal step to ensure that justice is served, and that the competent courts take urgent action. Trust me you will not be satisfied except if you accept to be like in this second world ! The ever ever bad experience I had.

I don’t rate the rooms, because we went only to spa for 1 day. It was a great massage experience, one of the best in Cyprus. However, despite this is a start of a high season, the spa pool bar was not operating. We’ve been offered to call a waiter to the spa pool area to get an order for food, but we ended up waiting for an hour and no one showed up, even after we attempted to call the reception. So we had to come back to the changing rooms, dress up and go downstairs to get lunch. The sink in the steam room was very loud and we didn’t get an ability to relax there. The lights underneath the bench in steam room were hanging and it didn’t look very nice. Ice fountain is making noise and we would suggest you to avoid the chilling beds next to the steam room as you will keep on listening ice crashing through the pipe. With that being said, it’s still small details as overall experience was great. We liked the design of the whole building, the food in the restaurant and the view from the pools. Definitely will be back!

Excellent family stay. Rooms were generous, property is immaculate and clean, restaurants are high end and delivered amazing quality food every time. Not much to do outside of the hotel, but if you want a relaxing holiday by the sea, this is definitely value for money

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amara, located at 95 Amathus Avenue in Agios Tychon, Cyprus, and everything was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism that made us feel truly welcome. The property itself is stunning — modern, elegant, and incredibly well-maintained. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking sea views and convenient access to the beach, as well as nearby attractions and restaurants. Every detail in the design and atmosphere exudes luxury and comfort. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony view was unforgettable. Housekeeping was meticulous and ensured that everything was always in perfect condition. The service deserves special praise — the staff went above and beyond to cater to every request with a smile and genuine care. They were always available, attentive, and ready to make our stay memorable. Overall, I can confidently say that Amara offers a five-star experience in every sense. If you are looking for a place in Cyprus where luxury meets comfort and exceptional service, this is the perfect choice. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agios Tychon!
