AMARA HOTEL

We love the hotel but what makes the hotel so special is Giannis Stefano. His warmth, passion and enthusiasm for both the Amara and all its restaurants are something quite special. We loved the restaurants but for us he made the restaurants even more glamorous than the spectacular food and service they offer. We cannot wait to return.

We could not fault the hotel, it was everything we hoped for and more. Service was 10/10, any issues faced were rectified immediately by the staff who were all polite, friendly and couldn’t do more for you! A special mention to Chadi round the pool who was just amazing, he is a credit to the hotel! Thank you for making our stay so seamless.

We are regular guests at the Amara and we have been staying since 2020. The hotel is beautiful but the thing that draws us back time and time again is the staff. They are all excellent across each department. This was a flying visit for us but we felt so relaxed as soon as we arrived, it really is like home to us now. The F&B is excellent with so much choice, you don't need to leave the hotel. Shout out to Yiannis the F&B manager he is always around checking on guests and ensuring they have a great time. I wish I could remember all of the staff by name, they are all great but a special thanks to Yiannis, Marios, Katerina, Pete and Dorina. Maya in guest relations welcomes us back each time and makes sure we have everything we need for our stay! We can't wait to return.

Went to the amazing Amara hotel to sample fine Italian dining at the Georgio Locatelli restaurant.||Georgio is a Michelin star Italian chef based in London who opened the renowned Zafferano restaurant.||The hotel simply oozes class and the dining experience was exceptional. From the fresh grilled calamari to the lobster linguine, sea bass and glazed lamb fillet, everything was exceptional. The moscato was a perfect wine to accompany the meal and the desserts of various sorbets, tiramisu & cannoli were light and perfect!||An exceptional fine dining experience in Cyprus and worth every penny.

We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 18 months to 88 years old. We could not have wished for a more perfect experience. The hotel is fabulous and the staff who work there even more so. Elena from guest relations was on hand from sorting our check in which was affected by a computer problem to making sure of our smooth departure. |Chadi organised the pool area with charm and humour - and a sixth sense for seating people where they were likely to be most comfortable. The hotel can attract loud and noisy groups at weekend and although our weekend experience wasn’t affected, Chadi ensured all was kept under close control. |Restaurants were all superb and breakfast has everything you could possibly want.|We will be back

Amara Hotel is an exceptional destination in Cyprus, offering luxurious amenities to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel features globally renowned restaurants, including Matsuhisa and Beefbar, known for their outstanding cuisine and service. Additionally, the swimming pool facilities are incredible, providing breathtaking views. Above all, the service is impeccable, with Giannis Stefanou and his team consistently delivering top-notch hospitality.

Amazing hotel, with good service. Highly recommended for families with babies or toddlers. The kids club is very cool with nice staff (Victoria was very engaged with the kids and so kind) It is very clean and the team keep it organized. The restaurants super nice, a little bit expensive but high quality.

Amara hotel is a true example of high end hospitality. This is probably the best hotel on the island. Everything was incredible from the balcony views to the hotel pool and staff. The attention to details was eminent in the interior design- every corner is pretty. The breakfast was really great with huge variety. The hotel’s lobby has delicious pastries. Guests with babies: a huge pro was the complimentary baby food and amazing kids club. They also have a great quality high chair and baby cot.
