A beautiful, spotless hotel with excellent service — kind, welcoming, and always with a smile. Special thanks to Olga at the reception for the warm and thoughtful welcome. Excellent facilities, a beautiful room, and a breathtaking sea view. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. The winter facilities were also great, especially the indoor pool and sauna. Thank you for a wonderful stay — we would love to return in the summer as well

An absolutely wonderful stay at Amara Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The sea view was simply breathtaking, and the room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for our family. There is no need to add photos the reality fully matches what is shown on the website, and even exceeds it. During our stay, we experienced an issue with the room, which was handled in the most efficient and professional way by Emilia. Sensational rooms; all sea view. Great DJ playing chill house all day by the pool. Dana gave the best service all day and night, as well as great humour. Access To the beach is great, the SPA is beaut, the rooms modern, all restaurants stunning. Truly 5*!

My husband and I stayed at Amara for one evening. Very swanky place - the most luxurious hotel we have visited in Cyprus. We were upgraded by an exceptional front desk associate to a deluxe ocean facing room. Extremely comfortable but somewhat limited bathroom privacy given the shutters separating the bathroom and bedroom. ||Lovely breakfast with a large variety of cold and hot foods. Gorgeous food spreads.||Why four stars? The pool staff were so grumpy! No greeting when we arrived and it seemed as if we were interrupting their day when asking for anything. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect the pool staff to be proactive from a food and beverage standpoint, but we had to ask to order and the staff did not look very happy to assist. Some customer service training at the pool could be an asset, especially given the professionalism of all of the other teams on site.

This was our first visit… we will be back. The experience was truly superb! The quality is truly 5 out of 5 from customer service, room upgrade, room itself, spa, breakfast, facilities - it was all tip top, couldn’t be faulted. Location was great and easy to get about. The star of the show for us was Ioannis in the bar - what a lovely guy - couldn’t have been nicer and made our day! Truly 10/10 customer service… we will be back! Thanks AMARA for a memorable week.
