The pizzas were definitely and surprisingly the highlight. Food was served relatively quickly and served immediately after being prepared, so the food kept coming in. The staff could play tetris fitting all the plates on our table which was nice. They were attentive to our needs to. I would personally skip the meatball bologna. The lamb shank was a bit gamey which would be a shock if you're not accustomed to that acquired taste. The tomatoes were really good in all of our plates. They could flexibly serve groups of various sizes .

We had an amazing dining experience at Amare by Chef Chris to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food was outstanding! everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The Angus beef was tender and flavorful, and the ravioli was rich and satisfying. But the true standout was the Rolliza, their best seller it was absolutely delicious and a must-try! The service was warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, perfect for a fine dining setting. It was a well-spent evening and a memorable celebration. Highly recommended!

Amare by Chef Chris is definitely on the pricey side, but 100% worth it! Every dish we ordered was amazing—flavourful, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put a lot of love into their food. The place gets quite busy, so I highly recommend making a reservation instead of walking in to avoid the wait. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I was very pleasantly surprised by their 'Spaghetti Don Jaime'... for me this was perfection! Every detail of this plate was on spot! Definitely one of the best spaghetti's I ever ate in my life. It was also a large volume. I also tried their Tiramisu. Everywhere I come I try the Tiramisu, so here I am a perfectionist. There is still a bit of room for improvement here to make it really top notch, but certainly nothing bad either. Lots of people to serve you. Food came quickly. Only remark I could make is to do some interior decorating perhaps to make it more cozy. But for the food and service nothing less than 5 stars from me.

Had dinner with a friend. Difficult to get last minute tables here but we managed to get one. Tomato soup (not on menu) was delicious. Rolliza was excellent. Overall, service was quick and fantastic, the place and ambience is great and prices are not very expensive. Definitely will visit again when I am back to Clark next time.

Very good restaurant. The menu have various of meals. Very delicious food, specially the risotto. I recommand! Easy to park down stair under the casino. Price are expsnive but the quality of food match it. The only downside, don't sit close to the entrance of the kitchen, so many noise, specially people cleaning the dishes...

Food was delicious! Price point wise, you really do get what you pay for. Food quality was outstanding, from the toppings of the rollizas, to the not too strong sauce of the pasta, as well as the taste and consistency of the soups! Service was good and accommodating. Restaurant itself could use more themed decor, the atmosphere/place looked like a reused function room, but doesn't affect the quality of the food. Best to reserve beforehand! Since it's in a casino hotel there's ample basement parking, free at the time we were there.

We had a fantastic lunch here at Amare! Everything that we ordered are very good and tasty and had a lot of serving! The restrooms are also clean, and it's my first time seeing one that has a mouthwash provided for guests. The staff are particularly helpful and provide very good service. I recommend going here for special occasions!

End up back here again after several years since the last visit in 2016. My return really was not by choice, other members picked the place to dine, and I did not find out until it was too late to change locations. Really little has changed, the service and food is still subpar and overpriced. Yes, they have moved from the original hotel location to the new building but really no improvement. It is a much longer walk now to the parking because the whole complex is set up for the gambling, they really don't care about the food or the comfort of those dinning, just get the money. Lets's set the record straight here, they do not serve pizza, or anything like pizza, their Chef Chris roll ups are not pizza, and not good at all. Service is very slow, even in an empty restaurant. The soup was a very small amount and tasted like packaged freeze-dried soup. The lamb was not tender and overcooked. And why call it Amare by Chef Chris? He died long before the current location was ever built, even going back to his early restaurant C Italian, on Don Juico Ave, when he was cooking his food was not good and his customer service was even worse. If you want to overpay and get bad food with poor service, then come here, you will not be disappointed. Amare by Chef Chris should follow the lead of its namesake and RIP. It could be considered a public service.

DINING OUT DURING A PANDEMIC I've been dying to try out Amare by Chef Chris ever since my friends, who lived in Italy, had recommended this place. My sweet hubby brought me here to celebrate my 55th bday. The restaurant is to the right of the hotel lobby. The restaurant staff allowed us to sit across from each other instead of at different tables or catty corner from each other. The dining area was spacious and bright with interesting artwork. Staff are very attentive to details (topping off water, removing dirty dishes, offering to take our pictures); I felt I was back in the States! My only complaint was with one wait staff who had to keep running to others and the chef to ask about menu specifics; she was probably new so I didn't let it affect my rating. WE ORDERED - Bread - complimentary with entrees, but you need to request for it. It comes with fresh pesto and olive oil. - Cafe Mocha - made with Moak Italian coffee and Torani syrup. I liked it. - Shrimp Bisque - was very flavorful and full bodied. I could tell they used the shrimp heads because there was a slight bitterness to it. Something was missing though....ah! salt and pepper from a pepper mill; it made a HUGE difference! Topped with cream, a couple pieces of shrimp and a few crunchy croutons YUMMY! - Chicken wrapped in bacon served over penne pasta with walnut cream sauce and rapini. Delish! - Pork Saltimbocca - pork loin steak wrapped in parma ham, saffron risotto listed port sauce but staff verified that Masala wine is used. This was very rich. - Trio (Dessert sampler) with chocolate lava cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, lemon cheesecake, pavlova Kai - this is their best seller with good reason. All three desserts complimented each other so well; except for the vanilla ice cream which wasn't sweet enough and tasted of butter. - Complimentary Birthday dessert (this is a rare occurrence in the Philippines)- Pavlova Kai - light, airy and delicately crisp meringue; layered with tart strawberry and kiwi slices; whipped cream and sliced almonds; with a drizzle of lemon sauce. The food was rich and the desserts decadent: after our meal, I was way too stuffed to do my happy food dance. I'm so excited to add another place to our select list of "special occasion" restaurants. COVID PRECAUTIONS: Located in the lobby of the Royce Hotel, you'll need to wear a mask and face shield for entrance. They have a hands free hand sanitizer dispenser and a mounted temp check machine, then handed a health questionnaire to fill out, finally you'll walk through a mist machine. Masked hotel staff with face shields and hazmat lookin clothing open doors and greet you warmly.

Amaretto usually has the best Italian food oin town however the food was different the day I came to visit. I love to see that Royse has expanded and is becoming a bigger hotel. The new hotel Is big and spacious. So glad there's lots of parking! And you can ask for a golf cart to go from one side of the hotel to the other side. Amare can be a hit or miss depending on the dish. I think their pizza roll ups are still consistent and so is their risotto. Pastas would depend on the day and how fresh their produce are for the day. All in all still a really good lunch and dinner!

Business dinner here tonight with several colleagues! I am rating the service as average, as the staff did not do much to market the establishment or favorite dishes. The food was also average! Had rizzotto Cato, i feel it was too much boiled, and a Greek salad (a bit more olive oil would have had helped. Would I come again? Probably not, sorry Amare.

Decided to try this place in Clark and was pleasantly surprised with the ambience, food and service. We ordered too much food but they were all good. The steak was excellent (a little bit salty though) but very tender and flavourful and the spinach that came with it was so good! I also loved the tomato soup and salad Kristine (greens, grapes, apple, oranges with balsamic vinegar and grape seed oil). The food was served to us really fast which was great since we were in a hurry! Would definitely love to come back and try more dishes.
