This is a practical hotel to stay for an early morning flight and a simple walk over the bridge. However, it’s much more when the food by the pool is absolutely delicious and the pool is warm and relaxing after a long days flight. The rooms are functional, but there are some renovated to a high standard but some still need to be renovated and works are happening now. you can have a balcony overlooking the pool to relax in the evening. The staff are really accommodating and the breakfast is delightful. This is quite surprisingly good for a Airport hotel and we have stayed here for the second time and would certainly return.

This hotel is very old and outdated, however, it’s so convenient since it’s attached to the airport. For a late night flight, this hotel was perfect for us. Water from the shower smelled weird but it sounds like they are doing renovations which is great. Staff was super nice and accommodating. This place has so much potential and is walkable to the airport so perfect for layovers. If I fly through Bangkok again, I would stay here.

Hotel staff is very nice. Hotel itself is very convenient. For an 8am international flight, in less than 30 minutes total, we were able to depart hotel room, check out of hotel, walk across the skywalk, check in for our flight, complete immigration and security, and check into the airport lounge. Very convenient hotel! We didn’t have time for swimming pool but it looked nice. Hotel allows food deliveries as well.

Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok – “Convenient and Comfortable for Airport Stays” Amari Don Muang is exactly what you would expect from a good airport hotel – comfortable, convenient, and reliable. It’s a great choice for anyone needing a restful stay before catching a flight at Don Muang Airport. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and welcoming, making check-in smooth and efficient – exactly what you need when you’re traveling. One of the best things about this hotel is the direct walkway connection to Don Muang Airport. It makes getting to and from the terminal incredibly easy, and with all the food options available at the airport, you’ll never have to worry about where to eat. In short: Amari Don Muang delivers exactly what it promises – a pleasant, no-stress stay for travelers. Highly recommended if you need to be close to the airport.

We stayed at this property for 1 night before our early morning flight to Da Nang, Vietnam. It’s the perfect hotel for travellers with flights departing from Don Mueang Airport, as it’s directly connected to the terminal via a convenient footbridge - super handy when you have lots of luggage or a tight schedule. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and professional. Our room was spacious and quiet. However, the hotel itself does feel a bit dated, and the decor could use a refresh. Also, lighting in the room was quite dim, which made it hard to do anything that required good visibility. Water pressure in the shower was also on the weaker side, which was a bit of a letdown after a tiring day. One odd thing: during check-out, I was asked if I consumed anything from the minibar, but ours hadn’t been replenished at all. Apart from the complimentary bottled water, the fridge was completely empty. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Overall, this hotel is all about location and convenience. If you’re flying out of Don Mueang and just need a place to rest your head for the night, this does the job well. Just don’t expect too many frills.

Good Hotel with very good staff . Very good environment. All sort of public transports are available at door step. But No halal food nearby. Nearest halal food is at Don meung Airport terminal which have very limited menu to offer for Muslims. Otherwise you will need to search within 2 KM radius.

Our stay here was disappointing and we shall not be returning. To be clear this was not our first stay here and we have visited this property multiple times. However, this is the first time to experience such a let down from Amari.|There were problems with the room from the toilet leaking to an electric blowout that killed one of my phone chargers.||It first started with the toilet leaking where they came in and supposedly fixed it but it kept leaking the same. We were inconvenienced to have to go down to use the lobby restroom for 2 hours after the fix that didn’t happen. This was highly disappointing from a service standpoint. We have never expended anything like this in more than 20 years of traveling globally.|We then chose to ask for a towel to wrap around the base because we had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to spend an hour repacking everything to move rooms. ||Then in the afternoon there was an electrical malfunction in the room that resulted in the partial electrical function in the room, flickering lights, alarms ringing, etc. |I called the front desk and housekeeping came promptly but they were unable to fix it so they said that a technician would come by. We waited for over an hour and no technician came. Thus we called the front desk again and they said they would send someone. We went to dinner for and came back a few hours later to the room with nothing fixed at all.||I had to go down to the front desk in person to get them to send someone, and it still took over 40 minutes for anyone to come. At this point my son was ready to go to bed and he just said that he would go check the main electrical system.||We then had to move rooms late at night to put my son to sleep. The room was old and musty and a serious downgrade to the previous room we were in. We had to wash the glasses and bottles ourselves since they were dirty and we notified the front desk again that the room smelled of like someone smoked there. At that point my son was sleeping and we didn’t want to move rooms again. ||Finally, upon check out no one asked us about our stay or about what happened. I was too tired to complain again at that point and the receptionist was confused as to why we had so many room keys. I understand that she was a trainee and had no idea about what happened yesterday but we expect better from Amari. Safe to say this is the last time we will be staying at this property and will explore other options.

Amari is a chain of hotels, and based on my experience here at the DMK airport location, I would be up for trying them again. The hotel is old, but I really valued how quiet, convenient (covered, wheelchair-accessible walkway between the airport and the second floor of the hotel), and inexpensive it is. Book a courtyard-facing room for the utmost solitude. ||For the property’s age, I was pleasantly surprised how clean and comfy my room was, although outlets were not the universal type and I forgot my adapter—the hotel didn’t have the right one to let me borrow. The WiFi was a bit finicky at first (they want you to sign up for their rewards program, understandably) and if you didn’t create an account, the internet connection would shut off in like ten minutes or so. It wasn’t clear enough on how I needed to proceed to prevent this from happening, but eventually I realized my mistakes and signed up for a rewards membership.||I would likely come back to the Amari DMK on a future Bangkok visit!
