Amazing Hotel Sapa

We stayed in a deluxe family room with a Mountain View and balcony. Room 603. It was a lovely room with a stunning Mountain View as promised. I sat on the balcony with a cuppa for an hour one day and just soaked up the view.||Breakfast is wonderful. I’m gluten free and although they didn’t have gf bread (we brought several packs of our own schar long life ciabattas along as we expected this) there was a wonderful range of other foods. I had a made to order vegetable omelette, fresh fruit and yoghurt daily. My daughter enjoyed made to order pho.||The swimming pool is warm and under cover. With sun loungers overlooking the stunning views.||The location of the hotel was superb for me. The hotel staff were all wonderful. ||A note to the hotel. Your contact details on your website are incorrect. It still has the info@localhost address which the web developer uses for testing. I worry this will lose your fabulous hotel business if people can’t make enquiries. I hope you get it fixed and wish you all well.

The room itself was decent, some parts were old/dusty. I thought the room corridors were too dark, and can be more brightly lit. Breakfast was alright. But the hotel's selling point is their location, located just behind the main street provides some peace while being walking distance from all shops. And also, the view from the rooms were great.

Very good location and nice atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Umbrella and rubber slippers provided. The bathroom was nice and had hot and cold water. The amenities were also adequate. Friendly English speaking staff too.

During rainy day,I had an body massage and facial with Ms.Thuy. On my visit with Alex I was made to feel very welcome and I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere with soft music and the relaxing massage was enough to send me a million miles away from stresses of everyday life. Thuy has an ability of putting her clients at ease and ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage. The hour goes so quickly and then the facial was relaxing, and left me feeling refreshed, and younger 😉I would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. We arrived after 4 days travelling the Hà Giang Loop and was so nice to rest here. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choice. Staff are all very friendly and helpful!

Overall location is quite okay as nearby to restaurants and shops, within walking distance to Sun Plaza. The hotel room is quite spacious and with nice view. Recommend having outdoor seating for breakfast with a breathtaking view will make your day.

Best hotel to stay in SAPA everything is in walking distance. Staff were exceptionally helpful - quick check in and offered local tips, especially Ms. Kim she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hope to be greeted by them/ her again on our next visit.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel.front desk reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are nice and there is one staff could communicate well in English (ms Chu) with us. The bedroom is comfortable and well equipped. Nice view. strongly recommended people seek for a relaxing tour.
