Amazing Hotel Sapa

It was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. Staff were really helpful and friendly. And also they have decorated our room as well and we didn’t expect that so it was soo nice. Food also delicious and amazing. Highly satisfied

A truly amazing hotel with great service staff . The view of the mountains from our room was simply splendid . The room is spacious , functional & clean. |Spa prices are so reasonable & the breakfast buffet spread is awesome . Bich is a polite & helpful staff.

I teaveled solo, the hotel is located in the center but also in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful. Even after check out they kept offering their service until the departure.

Location is good, but extremely hard to get a cab as the streets are just too narrow, which gets a huge bottle neck with the traffic. The hotel also did not provide any support on getting a taxi as for them the main street is quite near, however it is an uphill walk, if you have a luggage it will be difficult to manage.Room is big enough but it’s not new. You can see that it’s a bit old already.Breakfast pho is good. But I skipped the rest.All in all it’s just an okay in Sa Pa.

Best hotel to stay in SAPA everything is in walking distance. Staff were exceptionally helpful - quick check in and offered local tips, especially Ms. Kim she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hope to be greeted by them/ her again on our next visit.

From the day we arrived the staff has been extremely polite and helpful. Being tourist the staff has helped us very much and has been extremely patient with us and has answered all our questions. The rooms are very neat and clean with all amenities. The hotel was very understanding to provide us with all vegetarian food and specially prepared it for us. Overall it was a great experience

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel.front desk reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are nice and there is one staff could communicate well in English (ms Chu) with us. The bedroom is comfortable and well equipped. Nice view. strongly recommended people seek for a relaxing tour.

We had a great stay. The view from the room or from the lobby was breathtaking. Very nice breakfast. We also had complementary tea which was very nice. Very good equipped gym and lovely swimming pool on the top of the roof.
