Amazing Space

We booked the Nordic Space package treatment and arrived 1.5 hours early to enjoy the spa itself first. We were very disappointed with the spa itself. There are only two couches for two people each. At one point, there were five people in the pool are and some people had to move their things. It really interfered with the relaxation. In addition the pool is only heated to 29C which was too cool for us to enjoy, so we just rested on a couch until our treatment time. The treatment itself was lovely, with a bath, body wrap, facial and hot stone massage. I left feeling totally relaxed and Stine was great clinician.

I had high expectations for the massage services at Amazing Space, given the prestigious reputation of Hotel d’Angleterre. Unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. I gifted this massage to someone, expecting relaxation and well-being, but instead, it resulted in discomfort, tension, and even physical harm. A massage should be a source of relief, not distress. To make matters worse, despite reaching out, we have not received any response regarding reimbursement. This is highly disappointing and not the level of service one would expect from such an establishment.

The spa facilities are tight. There is only two, two people chairs in the pool area - so if you come with a friend, you have to share a chair and hope there is one free. The pool water was freezing cold, which it was supposed to be warm. No hot tub or jacuzzi. I got the Nordic space treatment- which started out with a bath - that for me was too hot. My tub was also huge and I couldn’t get comfy slipping around in the space. I was supposed to be in the water for 10-15 minutes but I got out early with my heart racing and me sweating. The facial, body wrap and massage were all fine. My friend who got the same treatment had a lukewarm bath in a tub that was too small. Everyone working there was very professional and nice.

Amazing Space is a very well curated, luxurious experience for the VIP visitors of Copenhagen, with an excellent pool, sauna and shower facilities, and a wide range of expert masseuses offering a variety of treatments. I'd like to thank Dorte M. in particular for my excellent 70 minute massage, as well as Maria for helping me effectively and kindly with a customer support issue. Currently, the steam baths are out of order, and young children are allowed into the facilities, which given the price and aire of exclusivity, I do not think should be the case, and the loud children of one family were disruptive to my experience here. Other than that, I have no complaints, and I consider this a must-visit locale for anyone spending time in Copenhagen. I can't recommend their massages enough.

I had a Massage with aromatherapy at amazing space. I really liked the products they used (massage oil and aromas) and the spa atmosphere is very relaxing and soothing. Although the massage therapist was very friendly and welcoming, I felt a little bit like she rushed into the massage, it was more just rubbing rather than focusing on the right spots of my body and tension parts. Also it was a little bit strange that I was offered tea upon my arrival and when I asked what type of tea it was the receptionists didn’t really know. Overall it was an okay massage but for sure not the best one I’ve got.

An absolute oasis in the centre of Copenhagen. Inside the gorgeous D’Angleterre hotel you’ll find this beautiful spa. My friend and I booked evening slots for the mini facial and added some spa time onto the booking. The pool is a little bit chillier than expected but other wise the facilities were amazing. There’s a sauna and steam room and relaxation beds poolside. Water, robes and slippers provided. The changing rooms have lockers, gorgeous shower rooms and hair drying/styling tools. The mini facial itself was so relaxing and was tailored to my skin needs by the therapist Dorte. She gave me great advice on my skin and left me glowing! 100% would recommend!

The place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately the day I was there, it was quite dirty and messy, give the fact you pay a lot. Dirty towels laying everywhere in the ground, used bandaids by the pool and in the showers… would be nice if they went through in between the day to clean.

Had a wonderful massage here. Really relaxing and soothing for my muscles. Loved being able to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and pool beforehand. Great place to relax and unwind!!

My passport was stolen so had to go to the embassy to get a new one. Had time to kill while waiting for the new one so headed to the shopping district where Amazing Space is located. Popped in and asked if they had any openings and they had one for 25 mins. I opted for deep tissue since I was mess from all the stress. Lisa poured me a cup of licorice & fenugreek detox tea. Quite honestly, I hate black licorice so was dreading the tea. It turned out to be AMAZING! Best tea I have EVER had! I bought a can. Have no idea how much it cost, but I probably should've bought more. My deep tissue massage was with Jeanette and she did a GREAT job working the knots out of my back and neck. She even slipped a towel over my hair to massage my scalp. After the treatment, you are treated to refreshing juice and a chocolate cupcake. (And I had more tea too of course!) I highly commend Lisa and Jeanette for making my time at Amazing Space a very relaxing experience!
